Good pizza. Horrible service from girl that works there. Bad attitude. Disconnects phone to ignore new orders or allows the phone to ring.

Night shift has rude employees answering the phone. Told me it would be an hour for delivery. Pizza showed up, was slid over onto one side.

My stick didn't even have any cheese! The meals were equally unremarkable. My nephew said his meatballs were terrible (he only ate one as a result). We were a party of 8 so I won't bother to discuss each dinner. But in general, not good. The best thing we all ate was the olive oil and seasonings for the bread which wasn't bad! In fact, it was delicious! The cocktails every one had were ok and we got a bottle of Chianti that was great! They had a very decent wine list. Our server was very good except he said the calamari was "lightly breaded" which encouraged me to order two for the table! Plus he said the mozzarella sticks were on special that night and yet they too were terrible. Ordering both of them was a huge mistake! We were all starving after having been on the road for hours! In town for a wedding. If we were locals, we would never eat there again! I've been to a lot of Italian restaurants and this was quite possibly the worst one ever! Although the place was busy, and had a piano player for entertainment, (which could have been a positive), the lack of quality of the food was a big letdown.

Friendly staff, upbeat, lots of smiles. Server was great she was from Chicago one of my favorite cities. The food is great, cannot say enough about the chicken bacon ranch calzone it's amazing one of the best I've ever eaten. Also have tried the Ruben sandwich with fries. Sandwich was tasty but Extremely small portion for the price and the fries are skinny so eat them fast or they'll get cold quick. Been back 3 times. Placed a to go order on the way home from Ann Arbor and once again it did not disappoint. It was lunchtime on a Wednesday and they were packed with a 25 minute wait time, so glad I had placed a to go order, but that just goes to show you how well they are doing I highly recommend checking them out, I'm definitely gonna mane my way around

TW: This place bleeds money at your expense…read more This establishment needs an overhaul and warn their customers about drinking cut off rules. Our first waitress (we went an hour before shift change) was really sweet, but our last waitress informed us about the beer/drink limit for the bar. However, our previous waitress was filling our glasses nonstop and my husband wasn't driving, I was drinking Pepsi Zero. The manager shows up after requesting her, with a major attitude and a definite need of a makeover and proceeded to inform us that there was a "companywide" limit on alcohol. First of all, you're an establishment, not a company. You have all of 2 locations. (Another group of people were walking out with us, and they also had the same problem and there words exactly were "lets go get some real drinks, ones that don't cost $14 and let's go somewhere we can actually drink." WOW!) On a side note, why do you have more than 5 host/hostesses (who are all on their phones, even though they're not "supposed to be")? You need 2-3. Why do you have 30-50 waitstaff for an establishment that warrants 10 at best? Do you enjoy bleeding money? If you're looking for a job where you can stand around and do nothing all day this is the place for you. We won't be returning to any of your "company" establishments. BTW you're in Jackson, NOT Ann Arbor. ***Update*** They informed us that the waitstaff decides if someone "appears" intoxicated. Managers will back up their waitstaff at all costs, even if that includes losing business. Therefore, the second waitress stated to the manager that he "appeared" intoxicated due to the number of beverages he had consumed, yet she was unable to provide any evidentiary support as to what "he appeared intoxicated" means. In other words, this is discriminatory nature of practice based solely on the number of alcoholic beverages you've consumed. BTW if you want a really good dinner go to Burger King down the street. Their food is better!

We stood in line behind an older woman ordering enough food to survive winter. While this happened, the lone employee kept apologizing to us, running food out, coming back, apologizing again, and repeating this cycle for about 20 minutes. Honestly impressive cardio. When he finally took our order, I told him two baked lasagnas. He looked me dead in the eyes and repeated "two baked lasagnas." We shook hands spiritually. Made them combos. Pep slice. Cheese slice. Locked in. Food took a while (understandable) and arrived with another apology... and that's when we realized it was baked spaghetti. We checked the receipt which also said baked spaghetti. At some point lasagna became a concept rather than a food. Close, but legally different. We also indulged in a chocolate mushroom dessert, which I don't recommend. The taste made me cry. It made my girlfriend throw up. Despite everything, the staff was kind, the night was unforgettable, and we laughed the whole way home. 4 stars because we really wanted that lasagna.
