6-27-26: Last time I came here, I gave this place 5 stars. This time, I'm giving 5 stars again! I came with a total party of 9, and ordered a large create your own pizza, with my half being bacon and Italian sausage. My party also ended up ordering bread sticks, and I ordered a "Berry Delicious" fusion of classic Pepsi and strawberry. As for the service, Angie was a great server to us and was nice to us. All of our stuff also came out in only 21 minutes despite being a party of 9, which I think is impressive. The vibe here was very chill and cozy in here, and the TV's also provided great entertainment while waiting for our food. As for the taste, the bread sticks tasted great, my Berry Delicious was "berry delicious", as the name says, and the pizza (I forgot to take a picture of it), tasted amazing and hit the spot perfectly. Great job! Can't wait come back again for hopefully another 5 star review! read more

Thrilled Pizza Hut is maintaining a dining room, and very happy they offer a salad bar. but that salad bar is one of the most uninspiring bars I've ever seen. Also their wait staff is extremely limited. read more

A Pizza Hut this good is almost unheard of these days. We all remember how they were back in the 70's and 80's, and most have deteriorated to something nobody wants. Well this isn't the case with the Pizza Hut in Franklin. To me all that was missing is the old Rockola juke box blaring Head Games. My wife and I both had the salad bar, and two personal pan pizzas. Both were great. There was only one server working the floor today, I think her name was Candice. Extremely nice. She did an excellent job as the restaurant began filling up, she just kept getting faster and faster. Place was super clean too! Not a speck of straw paper found on the carpet anywhere. read more

There's something about being back in the mountains that makes hubby and I crave Pizza Hut. Maybe it's the stuffed crust, maybe it's the nostalgia. We needed a tried and true chain restaurant pizza night and we got it with Pizza Hut. I called and placed our order - stuffed crust pepperoni pizza, cheese pizza, sausage pizza, breadsticks and boneless wings. We picked everything up, drove back to our cabin and dug in. The pizza was exactly how I remembered it. Same classic taste from the 90s. The stuffed crust pepperoni pizza was my favorite. The breadsticks were a little light on the seasoning but still great. Their marinara is uniquely Pizza Hut and delicious. The medium Buffalo boneless wings were crispy and well-sauced, great dipped in blue cheese. We all thoroughly enjoyed it. read more

It's a Pizza Hut. Service speed is dependent upon customer count, and how many employees are working that day, but they do get the job done. The pizza is decent as is the chicken Alfredo which I always order. Over all, it's a Pizza Hut, and it's pretty decent. read more

This was quite the experience.Sue our waitress was darling. A little bit forgetful. She did forget to put my sandwich in and then I got a different sandwich and then waiting 20 mins for my right one. Walked in the door, hostess took us to a table but it was in the area where the sun was coming through the window. We asked her if we could sit some other place. She was nice and said, please sit where ever you would like. When our server came out it was another story. He did not want us to sit there because the table was not cleaned. We told him that we were fine with that and that we would be glad to wait for the table to be cleaned. From that point on his attitude went to crap and treated us as second class customers. His attitude on everything was piss poor from questions about the menu to cleaning the table. I realize life can be stressful and I have compassion for those going through tough times but it is no excuse to treat people like that. Food was fine and I will most likely be back but this server got zero tip. The rating was for service attitude. Sad. read more

The WORST service that I've ever had! We have a service dog and was told that we couldn't have the dog inside! These employees have no concept of federal laws on service animals! They were rude and announced loudly in front of the others customers about the dog! My daughter has a medical condition that this service is needed! We order two medium pan pizzas because it was their special. Both Pizza dough was still doughy. They took them back stuck them in the oven again, and when they brought them back to the table they were still very doughy. Well they took those two pizzas off the ticket and we started over. The manager suggested that we get a hand-tossed which we did. It was also doughy. Our first two medium pizzas was supposed to be $5.99 each. Then we got the bill for are single medium one topping was $11.48! Three strikes you're out and three strikes we were out! I will never return to Pizza Hut in Franklin North Carolina again. This is my newer post. I normally do this when the restaurant gets better, but it seems that even with all these updates and new employees they are going downhill quickly. There is a special listed on the marquee in the front of the restaurant stating 2 medium pizzas for $13.98. I tried to order this special and was told it wasn't right and that I had to pay regular price. My pizzas were supposed to be ready in 25 minutes, that was 20 minutes ago. They took my money and then told me they were behind. Its been 45 minutes and still no pizza. You just lost a great customer and a large family of great customers. read more

So I went to Pizza Hut today with my husband, daughter, nephew & sister! Our waitress was HORRIBLE! Her manners terrible! She came to us once to ask if we are good after I got up to get my husband another refill of sweet tea! Her response was I'm sorry that I haven't came by, that I been here & there! Um we are your customers just like everyone else! We were first then they! I wanted to reply back to her! But why should I? Either start doing your dang job or find another one! She did not get a tip! We only tip if they are doing their job, or see if we need some every other time, or if they are the best! Mind you I have gave tips, I gave $5 a tip before and a few times! But if you are not doing our needs! And you are not asking if we need something .. you won't get a tip! Smdh .. I recommend you do not visit this Pizza Hut! Horrible waitress! And mind you when I went up there to get my husband a refill the other waiter say your waitress will be with you! Um you cannot give me a refill?
