I have been going here for years on and off, the food is 80 percent of the time good, service depends, why I will not go back is because they grossly overcharged me the last time I went, I ordered take out and when I got there and she said the total I was a bit taken back it was lunch, the only reason I didn't say anything is because I did order a second lunch, and I thought maybe they raised the prices, when I left I grabbed a take out menu I was overcharged, was it just a mistake? who knows, was it incompetence not sure, the solution is not very hard, to get a pos system to show an itemized charges for the items ( it is 2025) so this doesn't happen, I am writing this because this is not the first time, and when you see the bill its not broken down so it allows mistakes to happen, I will not be returning. read more

There is nothing better than their house egg rolls and their spicy Thai Basil chicken with the white rice. So fresh and the perfect amount of spice. When I'm in the mood for something spicier, you can request their spice tray. Delicious! read more

Pad Thai was tasty just a little sweeter than we are used to. The Masaman curry was wonderful. The basil duck was ok. Tortilla appetizer was interesting, and the chicken satay doesn't come with the cucumber sauce anymore. Overall, great experience. read more

The only thing less appealing than the absolute void of ambience for a dine in experience at this establishment are the self serving rules so crudely printed out on paper and hastily sprawled throughout the restaurant. The newest I ran into while looking forward to having lunch with my family. "Will not seat unless full party is here." (Paraphrased). I was the first to show up for my party of a whopping 3. Looking forward to my most enjoyable start to a meal, sake and an appetizer while thinking on a meal. That certainly didn't happen as the staff abided by their Times New Roman font printout and continued to seat others as they came in behind me. Instead of being sat, ordering some drinks and appetizers and soon thereafter, a meal. I left immediately and had my family meet me elsewhere on the same road. Real rich when you lose out a family of 3 ticket and left with nothing. I get it, "we're continuing to half our dining area and increase rules because pandemic yada yada." It's important to realize there is the exception and there is the rule. The exception being here that nothing would have been lost seating the 1st member of a party of 3. Instead, the rule cost a party of 3 instead. I really want to keep enjoying this place, and I've tried. Franklin is void of a restaurant culture. Honestly, it's due to establishments ran in this fashion. Void of aesthetic. We came in to dine to have sake and appetizers. I suppose I didn't miss much since the last time I was dining in the microwaved sake wasn't even to temperature. Stick with take out, if anything, and avoid dine in at all costs. This gem was a huge sigh of relief for me since relocating to Franklin, NC. I have been struggling to find good restaurants in the area. But this one gave me hope. But then, thanks to YELP, I stumbled in this place. CLEAN!!! from the moment I stepped in through the front glass doors! Staff was friendly, they asked customers to wait in their cars while waiting for a table. Great idea!! Within a few moments, we were sitting at a beautifully cleaned table with the drink menu under the glass! Another great idea! Less paper waste, constantly swapping out paper menus... ones that still pass through plenty of hands throughout the day sharing germs. Genius! Then I'm handed the menu. Beautifully designed, well written, organized. great descriptions and clean! Shocked, I ordered basic Shrimp Pad Thai, common dish, but always tastes and looks a little different. Food arrived quickly, still allowing us time to eat our Basil Rolls. Delish! When my food arrived, I was pleasantly surprised at the presentation, appearance and flavor (mild for my first time). We frequent Thai Paradise! They have something for everyone. My mom doesn't like Thai food, and she still is able to find something in the menu she likes when we order Thai. Love their Larb chicken, Tom Kha Gai w/chicken, Pad Thai, Basil rolls, and Cheese rolls!! Also, really yummy Thai tea. At first glance, it was very watery, very thin and there was no aroma, which I thought was strange. I took a bite, and it had absolutely zero flavor. HOWEVER, the restaurant as a whole routinely seems too busy to want to serve customers. Where do I even start? This place is absolutely INCREDIBLE, in EVERY aspect. I had never really tried Thai Food until I started coming here in 2016 and now I can say it's MY FAVE. Not only is literally EVERYTHING on the menu absolutely delicious but it's family owned and operated; making the overall service very warm and inviting. I've come to know the family personally and know how much care goes into every detail. (And can I just also say, that place is SPOTLESS, I would eat off of that floor). I love highlighting places that serve vegan options! They will make any dish vegan with tofu or veggies or both. Everything is made fresh to order, so we were even able to get fried rice without the egg. We got the veggie rolls with a plum sauce, veggie fried rice, and the very best thing was the green curry with tofu and veggies. The sauce was so creamy from coconut milk and full of flavor. Although I probably didn't capture it on the best of days (was driving through franklin on mother's day, so the place was packed with church goers and mothers day celebraters) I thought it was probably a place I could understand being phenomenal. It is decorated, but probably more 90's style decor and the outside is very non-descript (m,aybe an old Denny's?) My food took a bit of time to come out, and I think that's becase usually this place is worked by family/friends of family and they just didn't have the manpower to handle a completely full crowd (I took the last available table). However, waiststaff and greeters were friendly. My food took a bit of time to come out, but it was hot and fresh. I had the shrimp wrap which was actually kind of a shrimp wrapped in fried shell and came with a very fresh and tasty dipping sauce with veggies. I also had the spicy basil noodle, which was fresh and plentiful. I was very full when done and the food was good despite the wait. The spice rack has a spicy vinegar, fish sauce, and powder, I would highly recommend trying the spicy vinegar, it was great on the basil noodle. read more
