My experience was frustrating, in addition to the mediocre, doughy pizza. Our party unintentionally placed two orders, so I kindly informed the kitchen staff through the kitchen door that we only needed one. For my consideration, a young, bitter female employee with black hair and a septum ring rudely confronted me at the checkout, claiming I was out of line for trying to help. (This was the same little girl who cooked the pizza.) Her tone was disrespectful and emblematic of the reverse discrimination associated with the woke movement. I was infuriated by her attitude and being spoken to like that as a customer who was just trying to help them. However, the manager was understanding and handled the situation well. Credit to him, but that employee is a problem and needs to be fired. Until then, Pizza Planet is "cancelled". When management confirms that they have terminated this employee, I will remove this review and create a 5-Star review.

I wish we could give decimal point scores because this establishment would definitely be a 3.9! I…read morerefrain from giving it a four star rating only because the food is very traditionally American. Which is what they are going for and they succeed but unfortunately there's just nothing to exciting about it. The side salad we had was some lettuce, and arugula with some bacon bits (not real bacon) and it was what you would expect from a pizza shop when it comes to a side salad. Mine did have some wilted lettuce that was a bit discolored but you can't be perfect all the time, no restaurant is! The "Ranchsticks" were really good! It was almost like a little mini-pizza in itself. It had a really wonderful ranch sauce and then covered in melted cheese. The flavors were abound! The "Engineer" calzone was enormous! I was in awe of this bad boy when it came out! You definitely get your moneys worth out of this $11 calzone. The flavors were very expected. It tasted like mushroom, olive and Canadian bacon, and that's what you got. Nothing hiding there to jump out and surprise you; just as advertised! The service was fantastic! We were never having to wait and look around for our server as she was always attentive and made sure our needs as customers were met. The glasses never went empty as I would say! They did have some live music going on which was a nice touch, but I will say, if you're on the dining side and not the bar side it would be nice if you didn't have to listen to the live music as the two sides are separated and if we wanted to go into that atmosphere we would've simply walked to the bar side but instead we just wanted to quietly eat our dinner and converse but it was made difficult by the live music continually switching back and forth from side to side. The history of the place is awesome and was the actual train station back in the day and being a guy who loves history the ambiance was lovely and appreciated! They are also extremely clean and everything seemed very well kept. Wouldn't mind stopping by again and catching the train and maybe this time actually get the pizza, haha!

We had a party of 8, to celebrate my birthday, and by the way, we would have spent well over $500. I had my 3 pound yorkie, in her carrier that is strapped to me, and I was told unless she was a service dog she was not allowed. I understand not wanting larger dogs in the facility, but my little dog would not have even stepped on the floor. I'm just extremely disappointed that this happened, and truthfully this will be my last time frequenting your facility. I'm pretty sure the two people that were in the bar wouldn't have minded her being there.
