I ordered well in advance for my mother-in-law to pickup and everything went smoothly. I love Papa Murphy's, but today was my first time ordering in Twin Falls, ID. We got the XLNY Sausage and Pepperoni and it was super dry and the crust was far too thick. I tried a slice of the other pizza we ordered and it was better, but still pretty dry. Fast service. Really like their thin crust Cowboy pizza. We are able to customize each half of the pizza to meet our desires.

The people working here are nice and the pizza is fine. This is a note for those who are from a part of the country who do not think they need to even check if a pizza place bakes the pizza or not. This place does not bake the pizza for you. If you're staying in a hotel next to this spot, do not order from this spot unless your hotel room magically has an oven. To imagine this pizza would be great, but Papa Murphy's does not have the "take and bake" part of their name on yelp and (again) not something you'd think you'd even have to check. I have never had a bad experience at Papa Morphious (as my phone likes to auto-correct it to & now is a family inside joke!) :) I always order online. Usually it is for sleepovers or lazy weekends. The pizzas are always ready when I show up! Amazing! The team working is friendly and hollers hello/welcome even when they are slammed. $6 pepperonis is all I need, but my fam likes the cheese wheel & the chicken bacon. You know what else?? They have AMAZING salads for $6. Three different kinds! I like to get one for lunch at work on Monday and it will last me 2-3 days of lunches! Cheaper and just as good as the $9 salad at Chic-fil-A. This store is in a nice, new location. They have a drive -through! They fixed my order quickly so it was all very convenient. I didn't realize until I was already gone that my toppings weren't correct -- I should have checked that sooner. They usually always have some style of pizza on sale/special and when they do, it makes it very affordable. I got a large NY style pepperoni (supposed to be sausage and pepperoni) for $8.00, which I think is a good price for a take-away pizza that you cook at home. They often have some of their fancier combos on sale for $10, which is also a good price. When I get up into the $15+ range It's not really as worth it to me - I'd probably go someplace where they are already cooked. read more

The pizza is ok, but even in a pizza oven on a pizza stone, it didn't hold up to Blaze for example. For convenience on time, it's an option, but they could do better on the crust and sauce. read more

I am very impressed with this location of papa Murphy's! I came here the other day to pick up a pizza for dinner (lets face it ....no one wants to make a huge meal at home when its over 100 degrees outside). Upon walking in, I was greeted instantly by three smiling employees. We ordered a large pizza (half gourmet vegetarian and half chicken bacon), 2 salads and some cheesy bread (free with text sign up). After placing our order we had it in our hands in under ten minutes! I was so impressed. The food: Salad: The salad was very fresh and crisp. There were plenty of toppings and it was a good size. My only complaint is that the amount of dressing they give you doesn't cover even half the salad and extra dressing is 50 cents per pack (very small packs). Cheesy bread: Crispy on the bottom and gooey cheese on the top.....where exactly could you go wrong here?? Pretty self explanatory. Pizza: Our pizza was loaded with toppings that were so fresh and full of flavor! The crust was crispy and had great flavor! The size was definitely worth the price- the large was enough to feed 4 people with a slice or two left. My favorite was the gourmet vegetarian! I would definitely recommend this place! Want through drive Thur and after paying told to drive back around meaning I would have to wait another 20 mins if not more. When I asked why was told so they could help customers. I asked want was I then since I just paid. She said that I had to. When I pulled around the line in their drive went out to the street so I could not just get in line. I parked waited ten minutes and walked up the window when the Owner came up to window and started yelling at me that I should just do what they needed me to do. Awesome experience here! Called in to ask if they could accommodate a peanut allergy. Staff was extremely helpful in checking ingredients and making sure everything was safe for my son. I think Papa Murphy's is absolutely the best. They are always very friendly and have everything ready on time when I order by phone. When I come in and order they are very quick to get it done. Very fresh and delicious every time. Love the taco pizza they have in the summer and love trying all their different pizzas.
