All three of those people were told 5-12 minutes until they were done. I stood there another 5 minutes before going up to ask for a refund. This kid looked in the cooler right beside him and my order had been ready the whole time. The entire team in the restaurant didn't seem to know what was going on at all in the establishment. If there was a manager present, it wasn't noticeable. It seemed like four of the teenage looking boys were all micro managing/hand holding at the cutting table getting absolutely nothing done.
