Choose Domino's instead. There's a location in Buhl, and you can expect better treatment without the negative woke attitudes. My experience was frustrating, in addition to the mediocre, doughy pizza. Our party unintentionally placed two orders, so I kindly informed the kitchen staff through the kitchen door that we only needed one. For my consideration, a young, bitter female employee with black hair and a septum ring rudely confronted me at the checkout, claiming I was out of line for trying to help. (This was the same little girl who cooked the pizza.) Her tone was disrespectful and emblematic of the reverse discrimination associated with the woke movement. I was infuriated by her attitude and being spoken to like that as a customer who was just trying to help them. However, the manager was understanding and handled the situation well. Credit to him, but that employee is a problem and needs to be fired. Until then, Pizza Planet is "cancelled". When management confirms that they have terminated this employee, I will remove this review and create a 5-Star review. read more

Great pizza . We called to order and it was made in 15 minutes. Not oily, 16" was the perfect amount for 4.

The wings are the best, I have ever had. The customer service is amazing, they go out of their way to make sure, you are taken care of. There are so much games, and things to do, while you wait for your food. The ambience makes me feel, like it's a laid back place. read more

Very excellent pizza! The crust was pleasantly chewy and flavorful. The toppings were high quality. We got a BLT pizza. It had wonderful chunks of delicious smoky bacon, mellow cheese and fresh tomatoes and romaine lettuce added at the end. They gave us their homemade ranch which was pretty delicious and my husband is super critical of all salad dressings, particularly ranch. He said it was really good. First ranch dressing other than what I make he has liked in a decade! Service was very nice and fast. They gave my son cool stickers. My only very minor complaint is that they don't have a menu ANYWHERE online. But whatever, it's pizza. read more

Uhhhh.... what the heck happened to this pizza? I visited Buhl last August and as usual had fantastic pizza with a uniquely seasoned and crispy crust. My order today, 1/2 Pepperoni, 1/2 Combo. I called it in snd the employee told me it would be 25 minutes. When I walked in exactly 27 minutes later there were 4 kids at a table eating pizza. This told me that when I called the oven was probably off which will possibly explain the under cooked flavorless circle of cheese I got. The crust was doughy and floppy. There was hardly any sauce on the pie and the combo side had few toppings. Was this a one time issue or is this the way it is now? read more

Unbelievably Rude. I would give zero stars if able... Several months ago we ordered 2 Large pizzas, for delivery. Once delivered, they were not what we ordered. Obviously we were thinking they accidentally gave us someone else's order so I immediately called hoping they could get ahold of the driver to come back. The lady I spoke with was so rude, refused to give me her name, said they were the correct pizzas - btw, They were not pizzas I would ever order. After much frustration she finally agreed to make us the correct pizzas and redeliver. Never happened. We waited 2 hrs, until 10 pm. I kept calling, no answer... the next day we took the pizzas in to Pizza Planet, spoke with the owner. He apologized, said they would give us 2 free pizzas whenever we wanted them, no matter how long. He would put a note "on the board" so anyone working would know when we called... guess what? Today we called. The young man who took my order was very nice, had no problem with our free pizzas. However, about 5 minutes later the owner called. WOW! I thought the female manager was rude, this guy was unbelievable. He said they don't give free pizzas, what was our complaint, why weren't we explaining the issue, he seriously never let us speak. He said he couldn't hear us and hung up. We called back on a different phone with better reception, in order to explain. A fat lot of good that did. He yelled at me, said we were trying to get free pizzas, said never to call again that there were other pizza parlors in town and the phone was for paying customers - and hung up on me. I am dumbfounded... I would not go back to Pizza Planet if they happened to call & apologize - and gave me free pizza for life. Never! read more

Staying overnight at hot springs and wanted pizza. Reviews said this was best pizza in Idaho, which I was slightly threatened by, UNTIL we tried Pizza Planet's pizza! This pizza is amazing, not too greasy or overwhelming amounts of sauce. Plus, their cheesy bread is the best you'll find anywhere, I guarantee it! Also, they make ALL of their sauces (including their ranch dipping sauce) fresh every day! read more

This is a small town home made pizzeria. They care about their customers and their food. It's not fancy, but the food is high quality. We loved it. I've never seen a place that offers carnitas as a topping choice. You can certainly taste the love in their food. We will definitely be back. The customer service is off the charts. The work staff are personable & helpful! I used to always learn towards Train - but most recently we have been ordering Pizza Planet more. My family loves the beef & black olives & my little loves the cheesy sticks. We have never ate inside the restaurant but they have put a lot of work into the dining area & we really should try it. I've been wanting to try this place for a while, this was the perfect time on a recent trip down from Boise. This restaurant is located in Buhl, Idaho. First off, the service was quick, focused, and friendly. While waiting for the Hawaiian Pizza, I decided to order a robust Portuguese espresso, wow, it was awesome (and the owner didn't even charge me for it).
