They gave us their homemade ranch which was pretty delicious and my husband is super critical of all salad dressings, particularly ranch. He said it was really good. I politely asked the manager if my wife and I could move farther away, but instead of helping, he refused and told me it would be "just as loud" anywhere else. We moved ourselves anyway--and it was immediately and noticeably quieter. That told us everything. A simple customer request could have been handled in seconds, yet the manager chose to dismiss our concern rather than help. To make matters worse, my fish was overcooked. Good food can sometimes make up for imperfect service, and good service can sometimes make up for imperfect food. Unfortunately, we received neither. If customer service and good food matters to you when choosing where to spend your money, I would strongly consider other options. We will not be returning.
