Simple and tasty pizza. It's not New Haven, it's not New York, it's a chain that makes way better pizza than Dominos. I loved it!

here in Twin Falls, the pizza was the most Italian I've had in a while. I got a pie with fresh mozzarella, tomatoes basil pretty much the works. and added a drizzle of balsamic vinegar. it was cooked well done and crispy and got even after the ride home, and was absolutely astonishing when I opened it. the tomatoes and everything were nothing short of supreme. Dave portnoy would give at least a 7 if he got ahold of one of their cheese pizzas. and to anyone out there saying Lucy's is better. I had a horrible experience with them and haven't been back since. read more

Two teenagers with AirPods making pizza who never smiled, never greeted us, were checking there phones constantly as they made our food, and never made eye contact...amazing experience. The girls here are annoyed that they have to work. Are not even up front after scurrying up to hastily make pizza. They are generally annoyed they have to work it seems. This place is pathetic and depressing. Not one word was spoken. Even as I type this now the one young lady is taking a selfie by the pizza oven. The pizza was good. I got a veggie pizza with onions, jalapenos, mushrooms, garlic, and balsamic glaze. I definitely wasn't wowed by it but I liked that I could customize it, the crust was very good, and pickup was ready fairly quickly. Ordered curbside pickup but got there and there was no designated parking. No worries, there happened to be a spot open right in front of the doors so I parked there. There are signs everywhere on the windows and in the email, I received to call a number to let them know you are there so they bring it out for you. But the number on the door was different from the number in the email... Called both and got either a busy line or it went to voicemail. Tried 3 times. I ended up going in myself to pick it up. I didn't mind at the end of the day but don't offer curbside if you aren't going to treat it as high of a priority as indoor dining. read more

the service here was absolutely horrible! we ordered 6 drinks and as we went to fill them up, we found their ice machine was broken and they thought it would be okay to not tell us that. when we confronted them, they claimed "there was a sign at the ordering counter" but the sign was in small print and taped sideways. they should have had a better sign up and told us when we ordered all our drinks here. they continued to not inform customers after us as well, who were also annoyed. i would definitely not recommend coming here, especially if you don't want a room temperature drink. the food wasn't even worth it either it was just mediocre. terrible service though. 0/10 from me i would not ever come here again. read more

Build your own thin crust pizza... overall, the crust holds up. Depending on who is on the oven, it may get too much char. Take a peek at pies coming off the line before you order. Built to suit, the flavor is good. Meatballs aren't going to win any prizes, but the other ingredients are quality and for the price, it's a no brainer. You can even half and half your pie for a double header. Got a little sheepish when I found something that didn't belong on my pizza. Looked like a cockroach so I flicked it away...turns out it was an olive which I think was cut in an unappetizing shape. Fun for the laugh though. They might want to rethink how it's cut... just a suggestion. read more

Wow. What a great addition to Twin! Friendly, fast & modern. It is like a Subway for pizza & I loved all the options! There is something for everyone! Even Gluten free. I enjoyed the tomato/mozz salad. A single serving was too much for me! They portions are large. I ordered the "white top." (See photo) All of their signature pizzas are $8.75. ALL pizzas are 12 inches. (Yay leftovers!) they pop them in, and then call out your name. It was such a simple dining experience I can't wait to go back and try other pizza combos. Our little one is celiac and they said the could do it so they would limit cross contamination. Once we paid i watch as they used the same pizza slide on all our pizzas. Our little one couldn't eat it as the risk of him getting sick is too high so we wasted money. read more

An employee even came around to make sure my pizza was good, which doesn't happen at the competition. Hands down amazing pizza! The sauce is savory and flavorful. Fast service and thin crust keep us coming back. My dad is gluten free and loves stopping here because they ask if you would like a glove change while they handle your food. Not only do they glove change the pizza crust is still amazing and is very fast. We enjoy the Red Vine , White, and a gluten free build your own, as well as 4 Dough Knots that I highly recommend. Typically Blaze is fantastic when you go in and order and eat there...unless you order online. Then you're going to be pushed to the back of the line and forced to wait. Ive gotten there three times to see them start making my pizza. I've ordered online twice only to see them put my pizza in only when I'd arrived and they'd confirmed my arrival. I don't know why they think I want to wait when I get there. This is to speak nothing of the inaccuracy that they're prone to. Most recently, I ordered a signature pizza with a red sauce and a glaze. After waiting 15 minutes for my pizza which I ordered online 15 minutes earlier I leave assuming they sent me with the correct pizza. Upon arriving home my wife tells me they messed up the pizza and made it with a white sauce, no garlic, and no balsamic glaze. I try calling them to inform them and ask them to restart the pizza but they don't answer their phone. Their messaging service even says they probably won't answer the phone. I wasn't able to get through. I get there and I tell the girl who I dealt with initially that it was the wrong pizza. I showed it to her and she recognized what was wrong with (good) and asked me if I wanted her to remake it (bad). It was incredibly difficult to not be sarcastic and say "No, I just wanted to drive back and tel you. I'll take the wrong, cold pizza back to my pregnant wife". But I resisted and said yes. All in all, Blaze Pizza, you were high on my list. But the the hits just keep coming! Despite the coupon for the free pizza next time (nice gesture, thank you) I don't know that it's worth the trouble. read more

I looooooove our blaze pizza. Their crust is thin enough that you can eat the whole thing without feeling guilty :) and I noticed they tend to slack on topping portions, but I just always ask for extra and they're more than willing to put more on. Staff is friendly and the pizzas come out FAST! I went in for dinner with my two kids and it felt like after putting so much thought into "making" our pizzas that we would have to wait for awhile, but they were out In like three minutes or less! This looked like a fairly new store. We love this franchise. You order a pizza, customize your toppings, and they fast fire it in a large oven in just a couple of minutes. They have cane sugar sodas. Fresh and fast. This store impressed me as we arrived post lunch hour rush so it was not too busy. There were several staff working, but rather than standing around, each was purposeful in task including some who were tipping chairs upside down to wipe them down. Very nice! I love the meat eaters with a few customizations. You can get as many toppings as you like for the price. read more

The pizza itself is good, very good. Service was great also. Where I have a problem is that with being diabetic, I cannot have sugary drinks which is all they had. No tea at all. They did have Diet Coke but I will not touch the stuff. I went up to get a refund on my drink and was told they hadn't served tea in six months and didn't know why. As the manager fixed the charges I noticed that not one employee cared at all that there was nothing for me to drink. I don't think we'll be back. read more

Awesome servers and you have option to pick your own toppings. We are vegan and they have vegan cheese and the servers were very accommodating and the service was super quick. Five stars and would definitely recommend them again! read more
