My overall experience was good, just like usual. However, my last couple of visits have had a problem. My wife and I usually share a large waffle fry. It has an upcharge which understandable. But lately the carton is full of crumbs, broken little fry pieces and only has a couple of waffle fries. It seems like I am paying extra for something that should have been thrown out. Chick-fil-A is so overrated. The food is mediocre at best. And the employees are rude most of the time. And you don't even get your food that fast. The lines and wait it way too long. I have yet to have a bad experience at any Chick-fil-A location I've been to, including this one. Despite being busy the service was great and the food was (as always) delicious. Much like other locations, this one seems to suffer from a lack of available space in the parking lot and drive through. The lot was set up as one way in, one way out. That's the only real negative I can ever come up with, though. The employees handle the lines well and always do it with a smile. I would definitely come back. read more

Lol Ordered 2 chicken biscuits + an order of hash browns [they had the baby circle ones] The employee asked if I wanted any sauce and I asked him to add whatever will be good with the biscuits. I hear a lot about Chick-fil-A and how much people love it. I've tried the food for myself, I really just think it tastes like any other chicken out there and with how many teenagers they've hired you'd imagine the line would go at a reasonable and prudent pace but that is not the case it often takes up to 5-10 minutes just for the inside when I am just trying to get a quick in and out meal. The vibes often awkward considering the fact that you're seated near other people which in other cases there's usually some sort of wall block so you cant hear or see those who are not in your party but once again this is not the case for Chick-fil-A and it makes me feel uneasy because of this. God forbid you get seated near the play area because you're just trying to eat your mediocre chicken sandwich when suddenly you get a whiff of the feet from the children within the play area, all the sweat and multiple children cramped up in there just makes the smell unbearable and I just find it revolting that some people actually have to sit and eat near those smells. You can also see the kid so you better hope they are picking their nose or doing anything a lunatic would. Overall I believe this establishment could be far better than people make it out to be. Would not recommend, just get chicken yourself and make your own sandwich. trust me it will either taste exactly like theirs or it will taste better than theirs while also being cheaper. read more

I ordered my grandson a kids meal with chicken strips and they were so over cooked practically burnt and hard that he could not eat them. I've been going to Chick Fil A weekly Monday through Thursday for months. I'm usually Chick-fil-A's #1 fan, but they got TWO things wrong tonight, hence the 3 stars. I went through the drive through and ordered a chicken deluxe sandwich with pepper jack cheese, they repeated, "a chicken sandwich with pepper jack?" I replied, "no, chicken DELUXE sandwich with pepper jack cheese" ..... You guessed it. I got a regular chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese. No tomato or lettuce. My sandwich was not complete. I also ordered a 4 piece chicken nugget, and a medium fry. The fry container wasn't even full! See the photo to see, there was room for a handful more. Seriously, an inch or more of emptiness from the top. I did not take away any fries from the container before taking the photo, promise. I was disappointed this go-round. Mmmm. Yep! That was easy. I do like this location out of the many I have been to. The biggest downside to Chick-fil-A, besides no Sundays, is the line at drive-thru. They manage their line really well and still continue to be friendly in the process. I usually skip the drive-thru and order through the app. Then I pass everyone in the line and park at the curbside for Curbside Pick Up. It goes a lot faster that way. You can now buy the sauces in tubes for your fridge as well. That's such a dangerous temptation, and I fold for it. Everyone has a vice. Good location, great service. read more

Stopped by Twin Falls during my road trip and it was 1pm. Found this spot open for drive thru and thought it would be good to get something yummy for lunch. A bit line there, but it was moving forward in a relatively fast speed. Got the classic chicken burger meal, with their signature sauce and honey mustard. This was our first time at a chick fil a and we were impressed. The chicken sandwiches were so good we had grilled and classic as well as the mac and cheese. Everything was so good. The lobby was open for orders only but the lady who took our order was so sweet and recommend the chik fil a sauce for our fries and it was awesome. I got the lemonaid and it was fresh squeezed. Omg heavenly. I went back to get one with no ice so I could refill mine and share with the hubby. This will be on our list of places to retirn to when we visit Twin falls. read more

I was really impressed and now I wish there would be similar fast food restaurant close enough to Power,Bannock or Bingham county.Not sure why a lot of brands seem to avoid the area.It was my first time here I remember some years ago this chain made some news about always being closed on Sundays.As a consumer who does have a very flexible working schedule I had mixed feelings about it, but as long as they notify their potential customers ahead and everyone knows what to expect there should be no issues. I had one of their salads and was really fascinated by the quality and the freshness, I even tried part of my wife's chicken burger and was amazed at how fresh and tender the meat was.I usually avoid most chicken sandwiches because chicken meat is not soft enough. The place was very neat and clean including the bathrooms.I never really expected excellence from a fast food place.In our area I learnt one thing: if you want some fast food in the box that is cheap and consistent in quality - go to McDonalds most other places are not stable one day you get lucky , the next day you are not.
