I ordered 3 burgers, two shakes and 3 fries. Paid almost $70 which is outrageous! Ordered to-go and within the 10 minutes to get home the buns were so soggy the entire burger was complete mush. Love that they're generous with the fries but I was handed a huge paper bag with an insane amount of fries dumped into it (enough for a family of 10, no joke) so heavy that the bag busted open from the bottom when I picked it up. Whats the point of ordeing online?! I ordered online at 6:05, for in store pickup. The website said the order would be ready in 8 minutes. I drove across town, and when I arrived, I went to the order counter and informed them I had an online pickup order. I was told to wait at the pickup counter. I then watched 4 other parties ORDER AND RECEIVE their food (with fries) before me. At 6:55 I inquired about my order and they realized it had been just sitting and waiting for fries - they had made 3 batches while I waited. This place used to be SO good. The GM - who is no longer there, named Marcos was always so friendly, inviting and truly cared about how the restaurant was being run. I was sad to see him go. Yep, this is a good solid 4 stars. Burger was done to perfection, nice and juicy and loaded with sauce, borderline sloppy, jalapenos were a touch over-crunchy, but the bacon was perfection itself and plenty of it. Cheese was actually melted. Peanuts were off a bit, but the fountain Coke Zero mix was right on it. Food was fast and fresh and the staff, all of them, were exceedingly friendly. Bathrooms were also stunningly clean and this is another excellent location to get the Five Guys fix on! If you want them to make you a burger my way, choose either single or double patty, add cheese, bacon, mushrooms, jalapenos, A-1 sauce and get thee face full. Sometimes I will also add green peppers and less frequently a little splash of lettuce, but that's more of an option; the other toppings are standard. read more

I love burgers, who doesn't right? All in all this was a good burger, fresh with good toppings and fries were pretty good too. Ate here over Memorial Day weekend while in town visiting with family. Like In N Out here in CA, there is a limited menu offering, simple and easy. Fresh food, good eats but just not as big a burger patty as I've recently had at Double Value, Fuddruckers and Burger Lounge or quite the flavor of Jack in the Box (Sirloin Burger) and Burger King (Whopper) and the A+ In N Out. In the last month I've only had 5 burgers aside from Five Guys, but that's because I don't do red meat every day like I used to and because I have a few burger spots that we just love here in SD, but if I'm back in Twin Falls again I'll stop by again if Burger Stop is closed. read more

This place kind of reminds me of In-n-Out: great burgers but don't really live up to the hype, and their fries are awful. The natural cut fries at freakin Wendy's are better. That just shouldn't be the case for how much it costs to feed a family of 4-6 at this joint. The other sort of weird thing is the peanuts. I get it at Texas Roadhouse, but why this place? Door dash drivers - I would refuse these orders . The staff does not care at all about door dash . I came to this location 3 times Sunday night 10/ 10 and each time they had an excuse as to why I waited 15 min for the order that was place a longgggg time before that . One of the times the staff Had everything cleaned up, had friends at the register, had absolutely no food being made at all and had stickers of orders just sitting there. One of them being mine for door dash. The guy told me oh so sorry we just got the stickers it'll be six minutes. I was there for 15. And BS he was not just getting the stickers they had been sitting there. They were just having friend time. As a door dasher time matters just as much for the customer as it does for the driver. Then goofing around and taking their time to make my order, causes me to not be able to work at an efficient Ray and get paid and pay my bills. read more

Went here with the boyfriend tonight. This is the third time I have ever been, and let me tell you, I forgot how terrible it is. I had possibly the worst burger I've ever had in my life, it was greasy and had no flavor. It was like eating a ball of grease thrown on the floor and covered in more grease. My big problem with this place is the service maybe it is just the one in twin falls but it took a long time for my food to come and there wasn't even that many people in there. When you first walk into this fast food restaurant, you will notice something that catches your eye. Potatoes are blasted throughout the restaurant. For you french fry lovers, this is paradise. The restaurant was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I was taken care of by three people Marcos, Destiny , and Jacie. Something I like to test out with places like this, is to see if they will work with a unique order. I told then I didn't want any buns. Without skipping a beat, I was told that they could definitely do that. I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger with sautéed mushrooms, grilled onions, and jalapeños all wrapped in lettuce! I can tell you that this is probably one of the best burgers I've ever had in a very long time. The only reason they are getting four stars, is because of the wait time. The restaurant wasn't busy, and it took almost 10 minutes. Even though the wait wasn't the shortest, their burgers will make your taste buds dance. They also have peanuts, tons of peanuts. I can't say that I'm a big fan of them, but for those of you who are, definitely go in and enjoy a handful of them. Overall, my experience was great! With all the hoopla about this place I finally went to eat there yesterday with my son. Uh....not impressed. The burgers were big and they serve you a lot of fries but there was nothing special about it. People have compared this to IN n OUT? I think not. Very laid back atmosphere, the cooks, cashiers are goofy, its a great place. My teenagers would eat here a couple times a week if I allowed them to. My 13 yr old son can pound down a double, but with the HUGE order of fries, i can barely get down a jr. The prices are about as much or less as you would pay at McDonalds, but the food is better.
