Tried to be patient because the drive through employee was a trainee. But she should not have been on her own. Came specifically to get a Smore frosted coffee. Said specifically we would like two Smore frosted coffees. Was told, even though it was all over the signage and menu, that was not what it was and that I wanted a toasted marshmallow frosted coffee, it was the same thing. It was not. What I got was a fairly lousy iced coffee, not a frosted coffee. When I tried to correct the drive through employee I was ignored. Terrible experience. Coffee was undrinkable.
