9 beans has horrible service , and where customer service isn't existential I will not go . I went to 9 beans and i drove all the way over twin and went home and my order was not correct I called and when I got there they said they could not help us and could not give a refund unless I brought all the food back including the ones that's were right . I called the owner and the owner said the same thing . It's almost petty you mess up my order and can't even give me a refund what kind of bs is that . Make sure you check your bag every time before you leave because they always screw it up. To make matters worse they guilt you with the tip screen during drive thru when you pay with a credit card. Here in a business trip. I walked around for a bit. And stumbled upon this gem of a place. I walked in and ate in restaurant. I had a combo Carne Asada Burrito Tamale and a hard shell taco. And 2 beers ! The ingredients are fresh the flavor is there. I asked for red and green salsas. They both tasted fresh and spicy!! The music in background is very subtle and a nice touch. The dining area was well kept. The price is just right for taste and the ambiance of the restaurant. Now I tell you , next time I'm in town , I'm making this place my go to eatery. My Tummy says " iiii Si que sabe Muy bien a comida autenticamente Mexicana!!" Nice to find a place that reminds of home. So so far away. This place is stop over for us when going to visit our daughter in Caldwell every time. The bean and cheese burritos are the best, the beans are flavorful and creamy, also the egg with bacon is so good, it has thick pieces of bacon, and the salsa is delicious. We're passing through Twin Falls from San Francisco and are thoroughly impressed with 9 Beans & A Burrito. We ordered a Spicy Asada Fajita dinner and a Spicy Asada Burrito with a side order of chips and medium salsa for curb side pick up. Our order was ready upon arrival and the worker promptly brought it out to our truck. The chips weren't the freshest but everything else was fresh, favorable and large portions! I left Twin Falls 12 years ago, and 9 beans is the only restaurant I miss. I crave the chicken and rice burrito and a tortilla dipped in their medium salsa. I was in town visiting a family member at the hospital and brought a hot/cold bag with me so I could take dinner back to Boise. Imagine my disappointment when I get home, open the bag, and they forgot the salsa. The food was pretty good but surprised when I got the receipt. After asking what comes on the burrito, "whatever you want, build your own". I saw sour cream as 35 cents under the menu as "extras", that is typical as is charging for guacamole. But after asking for the various toppings, 35 cents for lettuce, onions, SALSA? CILANTRO? Best Crunchy Taco in Twin Falls - - - So Far! Stopped in while I was waiting for an oil change at the Rob Green GMC dealership next door. The customer service was fantastic and my two burritos were under $10! The food came out so fast and I haven't even gotten to the best part. Probably the best bean rice and cheese I've ever had. The tortilla was so fresh and the contents were equally distributed. Holy shit though. The pluses: It's open to dining in right now. The beans were tasty. The negatives: There was no kids menu which forced us to buy an over priced quesadilla for our 4 year old. They make you pay the same price for water as they do for a soda. We had to wait 19 minutes for our order which was: A bean and cheese burrito tamale combo and 1 cheese Quesadilla (which I should have taken a photo of...) The Mt.Dew was wasn't mixed properly and tasted horrible. The others in at our table received their food in under 10 minutes. The benches and table do not move. If you are plus sized or like us have an infant in a carseat that you want to sit beside you on the seat.... sorry. It won't work. Final consensus... If you need to eat they have food. However I feel it is over priced and they make an attempt to get as much money out of you for food that while not being horrible is really more of the quality of fast food not a sit down restaurant.
