We live 20 minutes away so driving back wasn't something I'd consider. I called and talked with Bonnie about our order. She was very apologetic and took my info for a recovery order. We'll tonight was the recovery order... Again, went through the drive thru, not busy at all drove right up to window. Told the roaming order clerk that we were here for our recovery order. She verified it. Repeated our order and said pull ahead. Got our drinks and food drove home. Arrived home, everyone hungry, unpacked and low and behold... shorted one full meal. Got 3 drinks but 2 meals. Should we flip a coin to see who didn't get a meal? Sadly, not impressed. Especially since they were not busy. I guess my advice to you is to check your bag thoroughly. My bf's alfredo noodles were also a bit overcooked and sauce a bit bland. My bf didn't enjoy his meal as much.
