Listen, I'm a number 8(club sub with Prosciutto ) kind of gal! I have had other items on the menu and they are also so good! It today!!! I tried the sub in a bowl since newly being on a health journey. oh.ma.gaaah! Chefs kiss! It was so good I paired it with chili lime protein chips for a little crunch! Since finding Jersey Mike's a few years ago I've not been able to go back to any other local "sub" spots! Every time I have tried in the past has been a disappointment! The service is ALWAYS great when I go in! The employees really make you feel welcome and go the extra mile to make you feel satisfied with your order before they wrap the sub up and slide it across the counter! I really love jersey mikes, my family and I have been going to jersey mikes for so long that we have rewards cards from the original locations. This post isn't to bring anyone down but MAN you do not need to drown every sandwich in mayo and mustard! We have never had this issue until moving here and everytime we have to make sure there light on the mayo and mustard. This time we had someone getting our order for us that didn't know to watch the mayo and mustard but to be honest they shouldn't have to sit there and make sure they're not putting a bunch on. Maybe teach the employees they DO NOT need to drown their sandwiches in mayo and mustard....we had to scoop it off it was so much! read more

No complaints! This has become a lunch staple since they have opened. I go with the #7 turkey & prov. MIKES WAY of course. A regular is the perfect amount of lunch for me. I love the texture of the bread - it is magical. Add the vinegar and oil on to that and HELLO! I'm a happy girl! The dining space feels a LITTLE cramped, especially when the line wraps back away from the counter. Outside tables would have been nice. The team is always friendly, and the sandwiches come out fast. Who ever is working tonight should never be allowed near a grill again...... easily the worst experience I've ever had with jersey mikes and I've been to them all around the country for years now..... nothing was good, bread was stale, meat wasn't even fully cooked, veggies still raw and the cheese wasn't even melted or mixed in was just a sheet of cold cheese ontop of everything that wasn't even hot to begin with.... Let me start by saying, Jersey Mikes is one of my favorite places and always my go to sandwich. My 1 star rating is because I haved yelped this business before for the same reason ... IF YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE EMPLOYEES WEAR GLOVES TEACH THEM PROPER USE... do not use the register, markers, to go bags or anything else including attempting to adjust your hat with your forearms... I watched an employee today making sandwiches, touching the register along with another employee without gloves, and sticking hands into vegetable bins. I spoke to the ungloved person at the register and asked him to have the other boy change his gloves, his response was " they are supposed to touch register with gloved knuckles" I guess then its ok to stick them in vegetable bins.. When he told the boy I complained and to change his gloves before getting to my food the boy mouthed " whatever" and did it... mind you have myself told several employees in this business to please change their gloves after watching them on many occasions so feel the need to review again. Hot sandwiches are great never have an issue but cold is always a problem. Never done how I order them thru the app - think this last time I might have gotten someone else sandwich but you can't get a hold of anyone at the store to fix issues if you have them so probably won't be ordering anymore. read more

We decided to try this place out. Jersey mikes opened April 10, 2019. They have been open a little over a month. When you first walk in, they have very relaxing music (reggae at the time). We had absolutely no idea where we had to go because there wasn't an obvious sign on where to start. Luckily the staff was helpful and pointed us in the right direction. They have a good size menu to order from. You can get a regular which is 6 inches or a giant. The giant is a bit pricy though ($13.95) I ordered a number 56 which is the steak cheese. It's cooked and OMG, the flavor is phenomenal!!!! There was a few hiccups here and there on ordering and getting the food out (I understood, they are still pretty new. It takes a little longer to get a good rhythm going). We had help from a young lady named Juliette. She was very helpful the whole way through and she was very cheery. I enjoy people like her because they make your experience easy going. If you have not tried out jersey mikes subs.....YOU MUST. I will definitely be back for some other sandwiches. read more

I am disappointed with the pace of service. Even when the line is short it takes an unusual amount of time to make it through the line. Additionally, online orders are usually not ready by the quoted pick up time. The sandwhich is good but service could be better especially with the amount of staff on hand. read more

I've never been to a Jersey Mike's so wasn't sure what to expect. Had a Buffalo chicken. It was the worst Buffalo anything I've had. My son had Super Sub and he said his was just ok. The food here is really fresh and tasty. I got the Turkey and provolone on white. The bread had a nice crust on the outside and soft on the inside. The Turkey was delicious. I highly recommend getting there sandwiches Mike's way. This means your sandwich is topped with tomato lettuce and onions and finished with a vinegar and oil dressing with spices. It aafes a nice, bright acidity and the spices really pop. Their dressing enhances the flavor of their high quality ingredients. read more

We ordered 4 sandwiches, it took 30 minutes for the 2 hot ones we ordered, one wasn't even half wrapped and leaked all over. I get that it was busy but there was 3 people that ordered after me and got their food before. And on one of the cold sandwiches, it was a GIANT, when asked for pickles there was only FIVE put on.
