Driving through town and found this place this morning. Greeted by I'm assuming the female owner. She said ok to seat ourselves. Young blonde girl brought our menus and took drink order. She couldn't have made us feel less welcome. Our waitress was a young brunette that made up for that behavior. She was nice and efficient. I had the Meat lovers omelette with side B&G. Great omelette, good biscuit with flavorful gravy. Sausage, bacon and ham were all quality meats. Great little place. read more

The food portion is good, taste is about average, prices are excellent....service was great, very attentive. The ambiance is old school diner. I'd come back to try their burgers next time. Tried their "homemade" pie, not sure if it was, but their Dutch Apple wasn't what I thought it was cuz it was a custard like filling with a little apple and oatmeal topping, and not sure if it was suppose to be cold or not, but seemed to have come right out of the fridge. Overall, I would come back again but would order something different read more

Excellent food & excellent service! Norm's was very busy, even on a Sunday afternoon just before closing. As an added bonus, they made us feel very welcome. The oyster stew was very, very good. The burgers were also excellent and very fresh. The place is small but feels very cozy. We 10/10 recommend trying Norm's!! read more

Oh my goodness lived here forever, didn't even realize it existed, glad we stopped it was just like eating at my grandmas house after church. Soo delicious! The mother daughter waitresses were so sweet! read more

This place was busy for being so limited on seating. We were at a basically large party table but happy to have others join us. It was a great fit and we all got along great. The waitress was nonstop moving. For as small as it was it really was a hopping place. read more

This is a small out of the way place. Not alot of parking but the food is worth it. The chicken fried steak was made fresh and good-sized. The staff were on top of things. The only thing I could say is like most places they dont put alot of seasoning on the food. With the perfect chicken Fried Steak breading it was just crying out for some salt, pepper and other flavors. Over all this is a good deal. read more

Flash back to '50-60's for sure. My son and I were searching for a non- franchise option on our drive through Twin Falls, ID. We found a gem! Norm's Cafe 803 Main Ave W. The ambiance is like walking into a diner of my childhood. Perfect 4x2 (my vernacular) "Mel's Special" on the menu. Eggs perfect, pancakes perfect, sausage great, though pancakes were thick and fluffy ( my preference is for a bit lighter towards crepe on the batter spectrum". If you are in this area, you should try it. The locals I observed seemed to consider it a favorite. read more

I've been a loyal customer of Norm's Café for years, but my recent experience was unacceptable. The woman who took our order didn't get everything down correctly, and what we received was wrong. On top of that, the food was poorly prepared--far below the standard Norm's is known for. This wasn't just a minor slip-up. It was a complete failure in both service and quality. If management is interested in knowing exactly what was missing and how the food was made incorrectly, they're welcome to call me. I'd be happy to provide the details. I truly hope this was an isolated incident, but based on this visit, I won't be returning anytime soon. read more

This was our first visit for a party of 7. We waited 30 min for a waitress to take our order and another 45 min for food while other smaller parties were served and ate and left quickly. If you have time to wait and aren't hungry it would be a place to go but there are better options with better food in the area. read more

Best place to go on a sunday morning when hungover. Vibe is infinite, servers are nice.

We stopped by Norm's a couple times during our visit to Twin Falls as it was a quick, 5-minute walk from our AirBNB. Each time we came the service was good. We were greeted as we walked in and someone promptly came over to take our food and drink orders. One thing we noticed is that there's A LOT of regulars who come here (which is a good sign). Many of the patrons were greeted by name by the staff. The food was good, reasonably priced, and you're given a decent portion. It didn't necessarily blow me away, but it got the job done. I would definitely recommend Norm's. Especially if you prefer local spots over chains. This place is as local as it gets in Twin Falls. read more

One of Twin Falls hidden gem!!! Norm's Cafe is a small old place, but filled with locals that been going there for decades! Staff is very accommodating and engages with their customers. Random decors all over the walls, menu that's not too overwhelming. I order the 2 Hotcakes and 2 Eggs cost little over $5. The hotcakes are insanely huge, I should have order 1, lol. We were passing through Twin Falls when my husband asked if there were any Triple D's restaurants in the area. Norm's cafe is a great small town-cafe/dinner feel in the wonderful town of Twin Falls, Idaho. Parking lot is sometimes a mess, and traveling to it can be confusing for an outsider visitor not used to the traffic flow surrounding it. Great coffee. Service is top notch, after going to this establishment a few times they treat you like family and they remember your favorite meals: Speaking of my favorite meals... Now for the Denver omelet review: This Denver Omelet.... Perfection. It is absolutely a blessing from Jesus. Perfect oil base, with fresh ingredients. Organized and presented with an evenly spread mixture of green peppers, onions, and ham. A light layer of cheese is added in the middle of the omelet which is a perfect ratio in relation to the rest of the omelet. Bread is smaller, but it does the job, and tastes great. Idaho is known for its potato's and this place makes a great hash brown to side-kick its amazing Denver omelet. This is the place, this is perfection in a Denver omelet. Denver omelet score: 9.7/10 read more

We stayed overnight in Twin Falls to break up a long drive. Found this place on Yelp and decided to give it a try for early breakfast. We were not at all disappointed! The place is small, very clean and quaint. The cook in back waved hello as we entered, and our waitress was cheerful and attentive. Not many customers at 0600, just pleasant locals getting ready for a long day of honest work. My wife ordered eggs over easy on bed of hash browns w sausage and gravy. Wow! Super fresh eggs, crisp, non greasy potatoes and tasty sausage. I had the twin pancakes w eggs. My eyes popped when the order arrived. The pancakes were easily the diameter of a full dinner plate! Fluffy and delicious. I took the 2nd one for the road. Endless coffee refills and very reasonable prices, too. We have Norm's in our Yelp collection now and we're sure to return on our next drive through Twin Falls. read more

The food is good. The family vibe is great as well. 4% extra charges for credit card. I also feel weird about the price... the menu said the Sun Valley omelette is $11 and the "everything" omelette is $12. We ordered 2 sun valley and 2 everything. When I paid at the counter, they told me the price is $60.21 (cash price, and I eventually paid $65). Maybe they haven't updated the price on the menu, or the tips were already included, or they charged on hot water. I'm okay with the price, it was an affordable brunch and the food was great. I'm just a bit confused about the price. read more

Loved it! We were traveling through on a long road trip after a night of camping. We chose Norm's on name alone. It was exactly what we needed. We both got the Norm's Special (2 eggs, hash browns , toast (there were other choices), 2 slices of bacon, and 2 sausage links). The hash browns were plentiful and tasty. We sat at the counter and the service was incredibly friendly and constant. If the opportunity arises, we will definitely stop here again! read more

What a quaint cafe. Certainly, a local hang out. Stumbled across this step back in time establishment. The service was excellent, food was good and you can't beat the prices. Good meal for $10.00 or less. Reminds me of my childhood. read more

Nice people, fast service even though a lot of people were there, but I wasn't impressed with the food. It wasn't my type of food.

We found this Cafe by accident. Our car broke down in Twin Falls and we were towed to the nearby Addison Care Care. So, while we were waiting for car repairs, the owner of Addison recommended Norm's Cafe a few blocks away. All seven of our family walked to the Cafe and found the most friendly competent servers as soon as we walked into the establishment. The menu has many selections. We tried the house special meat loaf and their chicken fried steak - the rest of our family had the burger and other items. All of it was excellent at a very reasonable price. What a fun dining pleasure it all become for us so it did't make getting broken down in Twin so bad. We spoke to a few locals who all frequent the Cafe. They told us their breakfast and homemade pies are really good. . read more

I'm usually not one to complain about my food whether it's bad or not but this one took the cake. When I arrive we ordered our meals the salads came out pretty quick but then our food came out within having three bites. I'm a pretty big dude so I had chicken fried steak and oysters they only had five oysters and they had no tartar sauce and the fries were barely even cooked. My wife had fried chicken the leg and wing were cooked but when she bit into the other two pieces they were not cooked there was blood. read more
