Super awesome deals
Sherese W.

The set up at the store was a little congested in the clothing department. Like always they had some really great sales, but when going to try on clothing the woman at first seemed helpful. But when I had left the fitting room I could hear her speaking to another employee about how annoyed she is with putting clothes back. I mean I made a big purchase of clothing as we don't have a Fred Meyer's in Reno Nevada. I always love coming to Fred Meyer's their clothing are always high-quality and always have a special or a deal happening. The woman Alicia noticed that I had overheard her and another employee talking essentially about myself and the others that had tried clothes on. She was annoyed that she had to do her job at all I'm not sure why you're in a customer service position if you dislike people or your job.

I may have only checked in a couple of times, but I shop at Fred Meyer at least 3X's a week. What I like best about them is, they have a section with whole foods, some that is in bulk form, and a nice selection of herbs and vitamins. We don't have enough variety here in Twin for natural foods, so Freddies is a nice option. They also have fresh fish, by the meat department that has some of the best fresh salmon we can find in town. They sell a bit of everything from outdoors, to shoes and clothes, housewares, beer and wine, books, decorations, furniture, office supplies, bathroom and toiletries, automotive, seasonal and even a Jewelry department and daycare services. It's just way too convenient. Why not get it all done at once! The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because they are bit more expensive than the other big market stores in Twin.

Oh how I wish thee were in California, Freddy. It's something of a wider selection than Target offers, or what WalMart forever aspires to be but never will: a vast selection of actually not rubbish clothing, a full grocery store, bakery, in-store bank (Chase no less, not even a teeny no-name one, complete with a drive-up ATM outside), electronics, home wares, oh, and my favorite -- a map to find the key areas. (Another item WalMart could learn from, though their model is focused on letting you forage, lest you discover more stuff to buy.) We were there at 8am on a Sunday, so it was quiet, super tidy, but the staff were awake, alert and helpful. Managed to scoop up some pre-trip nibbles and other essentials for the long final leg back to the San Francisco area.

The grocery section is pretty big and would say similar to the size of a small market with the vast selection of food items.

Terrible customer service here. When issues are brought to management attention, they are met with…read morea poor customer service attitude and indifference. This rests on the shoulders of the store manager, Wendy, who not only tolerates this attitude from her employees, but leads by example... Of how you DO NOT treat patrons. No smile, and no introduction. Just an expression of a nasty attitude on her face. Her assistant manager acts exactly the same way, which is how I ended up speaking with her. Absolute F in customer service for both, with no exaggeration. Wendy will stare at you and say absolutely nothing when serious customer service issues are brought to her attention, then lie to you and say how she is sorry about your problem without the slightest furrowing of the brow. Professional lie detectors abhor this two-faced behavior, and Wendy is a textbook example. Absurdly rude attitudes coated with false apologies permeate the employees and management, complete with blame-shifting and outright abusive and intimidating behavior towards customers for their own pleasure and validation. You will not be treated with respect here. This store desperately needs new management. This is one of the lowest customer service scores I have ever seen, and I have prepared professional QSC reports for marketing for over 30 years. Lines for regular checkout are not reasonable, and the store staff will get nasty with you if you have a couple items over 15 in self checkout, even with many self check stands open. Staff run checkouts can be over 30 minutes long on a regular basis. The staff member running the self checkout was extremely rude, pointing to a 15 items or less sign in a snotty way and saying nothing, with 6/8 self-checkouts open halfway through checking out. Management blames their customers for the issues they cause themselves by having unreasonable wait times for regular checkouts, and escalate issues with their customers rather than de-escalate them when patrons bring legitimate issues to their attention. You will not feel welcome or a valued customer dealing with a management staff that acts this unprofessional when interacting with reasonable patrons. Shame on you winco management. You are a shining example of what not to do. From reading the other reviews here, it is clear you have a repeating customer service failure regarding your employees having a nasty attitude with customers, particularly in self checkout, and allow this to continue on a regular basis despite you being notified multiple times. Since management is engaging in this same behavior themselves, the cause of the customer service failure is far from being a mystery.

It was busy when we came plus all the open bays were filled with cars and and the employees were helping everyone and the lines were quickly being emptied. When and employee had the chance to come and asked us what we needed he apologized for the wait. My friend who was driving explained what happened and said they would have gone home to fix the problem but it far away and didn't want to change going home and have the tire fall off and ruined the car and or others. The employee was able to quickly fix the tire and we were on our way. We appreciated the work he did and also aloud my friend to Double check the tires. Afterwards we parked out front in the handicap parking area. I took a buggy inside and told the first greeter employee that the buggy needed charging. They thanked us, and continued working on what they were doing. We each had to use the restroom. The woman's was smelling fresh and all the stalls were clean and fresh looking. I used the bigger stall. I saw there was a bag hook behind the door. I needed to bring my bag to the toilet and when I wanted to hang it up there was no hook it up. It made it very awkward and not very accessible for me to use the toilet. I couldn't walk to the stall door to hang it. This is the only thing that could have made my visit more comfortable while using the toilet. We were done and on our way out the greeter said thank you for visiting and have a wonderful rest of the day.

Absolutely no food of any kind without pick up. Walmart keeps asking me why I don't rejoin their club and I would just like them to know, this is why. I now shop with Amazon, might have to pay a little bit more, but they ship everything I need including food, candy, vitamins and anything else I might want. Now, when I go to town, I don't need to stop at Walmart for anything.

I disclosed this to her and she yelled at me and called me hurtful names. I spoke to the store Manager, Brian Daily. While he remained calm, he did not even offer an apology. I spoke to the manager of the pharmacists, Todd White and he spoke at me. He was dismissive and, again refused to even offer an apologize for Diane Howell's or his own behavior. He laughed at me and treated me like an errant child, not a person. He blamed me and judged me for being on controlled substance and even insinuated that i was "doctor hoping" to obtain these prescriptions. I have two doctors. A psychiatrist and a general practitioner. Each is responsible for their resppective prescriptions...mental health and crushed vertebrae in my neck. Each know EVERY medication I am on. I also was able to speak to Mark, the manager of all Ridleys stores. He was kind and listened to me, but also explained the business and legal sides. I am not unreasonable. I was receptive to my conversation with Mark. However, the treatment i received from Todd White, Brian Daily, and of corse, Diane Howell was terrible. Tech, Marissa and pharmacist, Valerie also hung up on me for simply checking on a prescription.
