Oh my goodness No where to even park for a pick up order! I always go in store, when I ordered online it made me do store pickup for 1 item! They need more hired help! Prob don't think I should complain since it's pick up. But mind you, I prefer my shopping done myself, I hate pickup. Employees were kind, not their fault they are doing their best! We went first to the auto parts outside help because the lugnuts on a tire was loose It took about 5 minutes for someone come to ask us what they could do to help us. We understood why. It was busy when we came plus all the open bays were filled with cars and and the employees were helping everyone and the lines were quickly being emptied. When and employee had the chance to come and asked us what we needed he apologized for the wait. My friend who was driving explained what happened and said they would have gone home to fix the problem but it far away and didn't want to change going home and have the tire fall off and ruined the car and or others. The employee was able to quickly fix the tire and we were on our way. We appreciated the work he did and also aloud my friend to Double check the tires. Afterwards we parked out front in the handicap parking area. I took a buggy inside and told the first greeter employee that the buggy needed charging. They thanked us, and continued working on what they were doing. We each had to use the restroom. The woman's was smelling fresh and all the stalls were clean and fresh looking. I used the bigger stall. I saw there was a bag hook behind the door. I needed to bring my bag to the toilet and when I wanted to hang it up there was no hook it up. It made it very awkward and not very accessible for me to use the toilet. I couldn't walk to the stall door to hang it. This is the only thing that could have made my visit more comfortable while using the toilet. We were done and on our way out the greeter said thank you for visiting and have a wonderful rest of the day. read more

I live 2.5 hours from Walmart; I used to be able to order non-perishable foods, vitamins, candy and many other items. Now, I can only order a very few items. Absolutely no food of any kind without pick up. Walmart keeps asking me why I don't rejoin their club and I would just like them to know, this is why. I now shop with Amazon, might have to pay a little bit more, but they ship everything I need including food, candy, vitamins and anything else I might want. The one star is purely for the auto tech guy I interacted with. He was overworked and frustrated, but kind and helpful. I really wish I thought I get his name, but I didn't. I bought my snow tires through the website and scheduled my installation for November 21st. I got a text that day that the installation was cancelled because only one of the tires had arrived. Annoying, but I was willing to let that slide because that was more of a 3rd party supplier issue than a Walmart issue. I rescheduled for the 25th online in the hopes that the tires would arrive by then. On Sunday, I checked the status of my order and was pleased to see that the tires were marked as arrived, but my appointment showing up, so I scheduled another one for Tuesday, the 26th. I showed up half an hour early for the appointment and the gentleman who came out to greet me told me that they would likely not be able to get to my car because they were 3 people down, were already working on one truck, and had two other 5 o'clock appointments waiting (even though only one vehicle per hour was supposed to be scheduled). He apologized profusely and rescheduled me for the next available appointment, this Saturday. This morning, Thanksgiving, I woke up to a text message from Walmart telling me that my appointment was canceled and to schedule a new one. Which I did, for tomorrow (Friday) morning. Which is interesting, and I'm sure will be cancelled, because it's clear interface between the store and the website don't talk to each other, so I will be quite surprised if my appointment isn't cancelled yet again. At this rate, I'll spend most of this winter white-knuckling it on the roads before I get my tires, which will be just in time to switch them out again. This is honestly ridiculous and I'm regretting the decision to try to save some money for Christmas by buying through Walmart. read more

I was looking at the phones. We were considering getting phones for my two teens. The employees told us they had a promo going on where you didn't have to pay for the phones. I asked how much the lines would cost each month. They told us based on how many lines we had, our bill would only go up $20. They lied. Our bill went up over $75 a month. You know what, I don't hate this Walmart. Especially now that they offer GROCERY PICKUP! YES! That is a big thing for Twin Falls & I LOVE it! I easily order my groceries on Sunday night - pick them up Monday after work and we are set for the week! They track my car to the pull up location & the promptly run out my food! This is my favorite Walmart of all - anywhere I've ever been. It's also the smallest! It's basically just a gas station store but sells many items you'd find at a larger Walmart - at the same prices. This is a big one. I've been into this Walmart and others with this layout a couple times, but I'm still not familiar with it. Soooo we did a lot of walking trying to find what we need. Then again, you do a lot of walking in any Walmart even if you are familiar with it. All in all, a Walmart is a Walmart is a Walmart. Nothing too different from one 4 hours away. Same shoppers, same employees, same prices, same products. Nothing too exciting, but that's not always a bad thing. I'm glad they were there and open. I live in a camper because I love being off grid and rent free. I usually stay around my work place at flying J, by the bridge or by the valley wide shop. On my days off it was convenient having Twin Falls (Idaho) walmart lot to stay at. In early November I was given noticed that overnight parking wasn't permitted. So I figured no big deal and I simply stopped parking there and go other places. About a month later on the 6th of December I stayed out at my workplace. About 6 am I got breakfast there and went to Walmart to finish some Christmas shopping. I got there about 7 am did some shopping and then I parked to wait for my doctor's appointment which was across the street a bit later in the day. About 8:30 I was notified by a police officer that I had been given an ejection order and that I can't return to that walmart or the stores around it on the property for a full year. So I've been ejected for being there "overnight" when I was only there for an hour and a half in daylight during business hours. I tried contacting them and basically just got ignored and told to wait a year. Not seeing much reason to go back at this point anyhow. read more

This review is based on one interaction I had with this particular Walmart, and the great customer service I received from one employee in particular. I had seen on Instagram that Pioneer Woman had released some Christmas wrapping paper, and I knew I would be passing Twin Falls on the freeway on business and thought I'd make a pit stop here to see if they had it. I called the store, and got Kathy in Electronics (not sure why). She kindly transferred me to whoever I should ask. And it rang forever. I called back, got Kathy in Electronics again (poor Kathy, is she getting all the calls?) and I told her that no one had picked up. Well apparently they have Caller ID. She asked if she was speaking to (my name) and my phone number, and I said yes and she said "you know what, I'm going to go check on that and call you back." And she did! 15 minutes later, Kathy in Electronics called to tell me that they do have the Pioneer Woman Christmas wrapping paper in stock, it's in a corner in the Garden Center, and it's $4.98 a roll. To be sure, I asked if they were the Walmart that's right off the freeway past the Maverik, and she said no, they are the one that's further in Twin Falls, that I need to come down the 3 miles or so and then go right and then go left, etc. I arrived at the store, headed left to the Garden Center, to the front corner ... and there it was! The managers of this store i.e. Troy Hansen and his underlings in management unpatriotically lied to me regarding registration for voting at their store. They contend it is the Walmart corporate policy that does not allow anyone to collect on their sidewalks. However, a call to Corporate office denied any policy in this regard. Additionally, it appears that there is a discrepancy in Hansens Policy if he is in fact misguided enough to believe such a policy exists as the Boy scouts, girl scouts and Salvation Army are allowed to do business at Walmart. However, voter registration has been denied access to his store. Although Hansen has the right to avoid allowing a 501(C3) non political group to collect votes I would like to leave a serve message on this site. Thank you Yelp! Voters please help us by reconnecting locally with your community. It is not only your right but your duty to all those who fought and died for this right. So you're telling me, that I bought this tv as a Christmas present for my parents and in less than 1 full year the screen is black and won't turn on, and nor you or Hisense is going to cover any sort of warranty on anything... including the purchase of a 4 year warranty scam through Allstate that Walmart offers on this brand new tv - that theoretically covers absolutely nothing.. mind you the first one I purchased and walmart shipped was absolutely shattered and I scrambled the day after Christmas last year to get a 2nd new one... what an absolute waste of money... and time... I sincerely thank you - I will forever remember this for any future purchases through Walmart and or your Allstate insurance scams. If anyone has purchased any tvs, make sure to check to see if your tv has the proper protection "plan" - not just the garbage they "promise you" because I can almost guarantee you it will come back as improperly covered!! Clearly Walmart is only out to stuff their pockets with everyone's hard earned money - they do not care to make things right!! So I strongly suggest if anyone is in the market to purchase electronics of any types, I encourage you to take your money elsewhere! Costco sells the exact same brands - and actually back what they sell in their stores! I was at the location today and roughly half of the customers did not wear a mask. I saw a lot of walmart employees and none of them confronted customers who were violating walmart's company-wide mask policy. They made my family less safe by allowing selfish, science-denying people to violate the policy they claim to have. It was infuriating to see so many people refuse to do the absolute bare minimum to protect others. read more

While some things are great at Walmart, obviously the sodastream product is a huge rip off. This Walmart does not offer the refill replacement of CO2 containers, which means it is NOT environmentally friendly, so you cannot return your replacement as ADVERTISED- by their store for 14.96, (close range price) instead, they expect you to replace it for 30$. When I confronted management about this issue, they hung up on me, and provided no solutions. I will be returning this POS product along with their supplies for this stupid machine that costs more than what is already mixed, and tastes horrible. As for the manager who hung up on me, obviously she cannot do her job and needs to be replaced as well. You don't hang up on legitimate customers as a resolution to a valid issue! read more

Grocery pick up is a joke nowadays at this location. They are so short staffed that the pick up time that you choose it's actually delayed by an hour or so. If you're not in a hurry to get your groceries and then I would continue to use the grocery pick up. Otherwise, it's very frustrating. read more

Kicking on all cylinders this Sunday. Fried chicken tenders stacked to the roof with a dumass woman asking if they had ranch. Wasn't sure about the spicy chicken wings but they had an 8 piece bucket up by the registers for $6 and it was mines. Breast and wings were killer. Common theme for most Wal-Mart's: 16 registers and 2 cashiers. This is a major inconvenience, especially when you're in a hurry. If you run in to get 1-2 things....dont plan on being in and out. Ugh! Everyone knows Walmart is a gross place to shop, but this one went from a nicer new store to trashy in a very short time. Getting assistance from an employee is nearly impossible! And when you do finally get someone to help you they are unfriendly and sometimes downright rude. A lot of the time they will have a clearance table with a sign saying "50% off ticketed price" but beware because I have NEVER had it ring up at the 50% off. You have to ask them to take it off and when you do they look at you like you're a crook who's trying to pull one over on them. Another problem is that they have many of their items mispriced or not marked at all. Always check your receipt when leaving this store! read more

I went to purchase a prepaid debit card I was trying to read the information on the back of said card because I wanted to purchase something off the net for a certain price so I wanted to make sure I put the right amount of money to cover any fees. the Walmart employee at the register said she could explain it to me. I said I would read it. she went ahead and explained it any way she sounded like she know what she was talking about so I listened and told her the amount I needed she told me the amount I need to cover fees and the purchase price. If I could give this Walmart zero stars I would. I moved to Idaho four months ago from California where all the real rude people are at but never have I experienced anything like what I experience from this Walmart. Two days ago Maria in the meat department decided to shove my sons hands and snatch A package of meat from him. I said excuse me? Three times and she ignored me. Finally she turns around and says what? I said don't ever put your hands on my son you have no right to put your hands on anybody's kids. She said well he was touching the meet. I told her that even if he was eating the meat out of the package she still should never ever ever lay A finger near my son. We ended up getting in a heated argument and John the manager brushed me off and told me he needed to check the cameras and for me to calm down. So you need to check the cameras when I just seen with my own eyes this lady putting her hands on my son? Wow. So I ended up calling corporate and filing a complaint because I honestly felt like he was not going to take care of it. Even the lady that I spoke to was in disbelief over how the situation was handled. I guess this one star goes to the one associate that ran up and looked at Maria like what the hell were you thinking? Anyways? Two days later today I get a call from the assistant manager at 9 o'clock in the morning which I missed. So I called back and got transferred four times before I could reach the right person and he himself was rude as hell and offered me $20 to fix this "inconvenience" he called it. I asked him if someone did this to his child would he feel like $20 would fix the situation? He didn't make me feel reassured at all that this situation was taken care of and I told him I don't want your money. I went to the Twin Falls Walmart Supercenter today and I had bought a few items, One of those items was these tomatoes and they were for $1.48 per lb. So I had put them in my cart. I went shopping and made my way to Cashier 6 or 7 ( not quite sure) and there was a lady named Linda and she was the cashier and she was scanning all my stuff and I noticed that the tomatoes were almost 5$ at the price $1.98 per lb. And so I had said That I no longer want them anymore and she said "okay I understand that " then Mumbled " because you are poor" This is not okay! This is very disrespectful and I will not allow anybody to talk to me like that! Employees should have respect towards the custmers without judgeing people towards there social class. Used to do all my shopping there. Now I go there only for a few items and the pharmacy. This store is constantly out of popular products. Discontinued my Brach's Sugar Free Butterscotch even though I bought ALL they had out each week! The last 2 bags of salad I bought there turned brown 5 days before the expiration date. I would just like everyone to know in management that DAR is an asset to your bussiness. He was very,very helpful. I am a 61 year old woman who ask for help in your store and this gracious man walked me through everything. He lifted the 5 gallon bucket of paint into my cart for me and we went up front. the wrong price rang up so it was off to customer service and was greeted and taken care of with the most kindness ever.Then off to the car and DAR lifted paint into car for me and collected carts in parking lot and back to work He went!
