I give the women working there five stars, and a raise if I were in charge. However, the single woman working there was tasked with making sandwiches for both people in the lobby of the store and in the drive-thru, so she had an impossible task. She needed to make 12 sandwiches at the same time. She took it in stride but it meant people standing in front of her had to consistently wait for their sandwiches to be made every time another car pulled up through the drive thru, since they were prioritized. I ended up waiting 15 minutes for a sandwich, and had it been busy I'm sure I could have waited longer. The car wash is also a mess. Rather, I don't know what the car wash is like because I couldn't use it. They have both a touchless and brush (touching?) car wash. However, for both, the payment machines can't take cash, or credit cards. I guess to pay for them you can go back inside the gas station and buy them, but once you have waited in line for five minutes, getting out of line, going into the store, and getting back in line, and then getting a wash is incredibly inconvenient. They really need to get that fixed. Overall, this "oasis" is more like a mirage than an actual bastion of excellence. It seems like it will be great but the implementation is really lacking.

Check it, troop, be very careful what you get at this location. Stick to either sealed treats, chips, snacks, etc. or to the cans and bottles. Selection there is overall pretty decent, but no telling what sort of insect life has wandered across anything open (including the fountains) prior to your arrival...it was so bad, in fact, that I deducted a star just for this. That kind of thing is pretty inexcusable...
