We are sure to go every time we are in town - whether we are staying there or just passing through. It is a combination grocery store and department store that feels like the size of a small town. We were in the area for Thanksgiving weekend and were able to grab some snacks for the road and shop for Christmas gifts at the same time. The variety of goods and services seems never-ending. Bakery, deli, sushi, pharmacy, clothing, toys, video/electronics, books, grocery of all kinds, flowers, etc. They have a very nice Clearance section as well - we found some gifts in that area at terrific prices. All of the employees we spoke to were friendly and helpful. They honor Fry's Rewards which we have from living in Arizona and shopping at their sister stores.

Prob don't think I should complain since it's pick up. But mind you, I prefer my shopping done myself, I hate pickup. Employees were kind, not their fault they are doing their best! It was busy when we came plus all the open bays were filled with cars and and the employees were helping everyone and the lines were quickly being emptied. When and employee had the chance to come and asked us what we needed he apologized for the wait. My friend who was driving explained what happened and said they would have gone home to fix the problem but it far away and didn't want to change going home and have the tire fall off and ruined the car and or others. The employee was able to quickly fix the tire and we were on our way. We appreciated the work he did and also aloud my friend to Double check the tires. Afterwards we parked out front in the handicap parking area. I took a buggy inside and told the first greeter employee that the buggy needed charging. They thanked us, and continued working on what they were doing. We each had to use the restroom. The woman's was smelling fresh and all the stalls were clean and fresh looking. I used the bigger stall. I saw there was a bag hook behind the door. I needed to bring my bag to the toilet and when I wanted to hang it up there was no hook it up. It made it very awkward and not very accessible for me to use the toilet. I couldn't walk to the stall door to hang it. This is the only thing that could have made my visit more comfortable while using the toilet. We were done and on our way out the greeter said thank you for visiting and have a wonderful rest of the day.

We had an amazing help from the automotive section we had loose lugnuts and they were able to fix…read morethem. All the automotive bays were filled and the employees were busy working with the line of cars and empty the bays. We had to wait for about 5 minutes for someone to come and assist us they quickly were able to fix the problem and a loud my friend who was driving to Double check the work. We appreciated that. Since it was a tire, that needed looking after. After we visited the automotive part of the store we parked out front saw a buggy I went to use and thank heaven my friend was there to help push me in the store. We saw a greeter and told them that the buggy was very low on battery and needed to be plugged in. We went to use our respective restrooms. I pleasantly surprised how clean smelling the bathroom was and each of the stalls were. Ie: the floors were clean of trash, toilets clean on the inside and outside bag hooks in each stall area were clean. The only complaint I have is that I have to use the larger stall and the bag hook was on the stall door. I had to bring my bag with me to the toilet because of my disabilities. After I used the my bag there was no place placed for me to hang it up or set down except on the ground of the stall. Which I didn't feel comfortable with doing.do I held onto it while using the toilet. It would be very helpful for someone with my disabilities and have a hook or a shelf near the toilet to set my bag on in arms reach of the toilet. As we were leaving the greater said thank you for visiting and hoped we had a good rest of the day.

There's a main floor, as well as a basement for your perusal. Items are always coming and going, the sign of a healthy shop. If you see something you like, grab it and don't miss out, as it may well be sold by the next time you pop in. Every time I go in I end up chatting with the owners, as well as some of the vendors. They are great people and really know their stuff. Prices are decent, and there's lots of vendors with different tastes that makes it more likely that you'll find something for everyone.
