Jerome has a significant Hispanic population, so this Ridley's has a lot of Hispanic items like religious candles, drinks, cookies, spices, and canned goods. Being a smaller grocery chain, generally their prices skew higher than average, however, just like with any other store, shop the sales and you can often find some good deals. I was able to get some hot deals on Galbani cheese and other packaged deli items that were expiring soon. They also have a clearance rack where I found some $4 Walden Farms zero calorie marshmallow dip for 75-cents. It's interesting to see name brand things in different flavors that other stores do not have. For example, at our home grocery store they have Uncrustables in strawberry and grape; Ridley's also has a peanut butter and honey variety. And the Cheesecake Factory brand they have sliced bread, rolls, and loaves - don't see that at our home store either. Much like other grocery stores, they have a rewards card that gets you special pricing on things. The building itself is old, the carts seem older, and the overall feel is that it's dirty, but I didn't really notice anything to say it is dirty; I think it's just that old sort of Grocery Outlet feel.

Keep in mind this is not to fill the scripts it's waiting in line. I've seen the line go past the first register before. They have 3 registers in the pharmacy and I have not seen them at more than one register. 4 people filling scripts and one person taking money and refilling scripts. I am there between 2 to 3 times a month and it never changes. I've asked to speak with someone and they do not care. One pharmacist said to me, "I don't need your smart a** remarks we will run the business." I told him it was a remark it was a suggestion to shorten the line maybe open a second letter. God forbid they opened all 3. Absolutely terrible. When I said I guess I'll transfer pharmacies which Ellen's response was great. Not a lot of options in Bellevue and Hailey so they know they can bend you over. The pharmacist or techs wouldn't help a lady FJ d an over the counter drug so they sent the guy at the register to go help her. There was minimum 15 people in line waiting. Here comes the Covid excuse and understaffed because of it. Love you like a cold sore albertsons and your pharmacy. Dave Lenon

Healthy and tasty don't usually go together but this is a great product line that I'm glad you brought in to sell Second, Many thank you to Ken the cashier. He's worked for Fred Meyer and is always a great cashier to have. Always helpful and courteous. Only negative I can give to management is the digital coupons need to go. How about just make it a regular sale item as not everyone wishes to have a cell phone to take advantage of extra savings. Darin M, Twin Falls Id.

We are sure to go every time we are in town - whether we are staying there or just passing through. It is a combination grocery store and department store that feels like the size of a small town. We were in the area for Thanksgiving weekend and were able to grab some snacks for the road and shop for Christmas gifts at the same time. The variety of goods and services seems never-ending. Bakery, deli, sushi, pharmacy, clothing, toys, video/electronics, books, grocery of all kinds, flowers, etc. They have a very nice Clearance section as well - we found some gifts in that area at terrific prices. All of the employees we spoke to were friendly and helpful. They honor Fry's Rewards which we have from living in Arizona and shopping at their sister stores.

It was busy when we came plus all the open bays were filled with cars and and the employees were helping everyone and the lines were quickly being emptied. When and employee had the chance to come and asked us what we needed he apologized for the wait. My friend who was driving explained what happened and said they would have gone home to fix the problem but it far away and didn't want to change going home and have the tire fall off and ruined the car and or others. The employee was able to quickly fix the tire and we were on our way. We appreciated the work he did and also aloud my friend to Double check the tires. Afterwards we parked out front in the handicap parking area. I took a buggy inside and told the first greeter employee that the buggy needed charging. They thanked us, and continued working on what they were doing. We each had to use the restroom. The woman's was smelling fresh and all the stalls were clean and fresh looking. I used the bigger stall. I saw there was a bag hook behind the door. I needed to bring my bag to the toilet and when I wanted to hang it up there was no hook it up. It made it very awkward and not very accessible for me to use the toilet. I couldn't walk to the stall door to hang it. This is the only thing that could have made my visit more comfortable while using the toilet. We were done and on our way out the greeter said thank you for visiting and have a wonderful rest of the day.

Now, when I go to town, I don't need to stop at Walmart for anything.
