It's your typical Office Depot store. Nothing exceptionally new orndifferent about their products. The staff at this location, however, is exceptional. I wish I had gotten his name, but there was a guy on shift that was super great with my 4yo daughter. She liked him so much she drew him a picture while we were in the store and gave it to him as we checked out. Went in to Twin Falls store and purchased a couple of grand worth of office furniture and supplies. Went to return office chair that was still sealed in box. Manager informed me that his location does not accept returns or provide refunds. You buy it, you own it. Brutal return policy. Will never do business with this company in the future. Went in to purchase a desk. Was 1st told by a sales guy and the manager John that the price was one thing and then he sent the sale rep back to tell us it was $120.00 more. Came home and purchased on line for $55.00 less than the 1st price he gave me and p/u at the store. Guess John didn't really understand what price match meant when he told me they do. Do not buy any software that you buy online and can download. I bought on line Office Suite and McAfee and tried to download. All it does repeatedly is download and I can not use Office Suite. I contacted Office Depot On March 19, 2018 the lady contacted another department and I received an email. They have to contact the vendor. Here it is 9 days later and they are waiting to hear from the vendor. This is ridiculous. Office Depot sales all kinds of software and other products and they do not stand my what they sell. I requested a full refund and I got an email that are waiting to hear from the vendor! I want to go to Best Buy and a program like I should have done in the beginning. Please beware on of your purchases from any Office Depot. They do not stand behind the products they sell and the Customer Service SINKS!!!!! in all aspects. I rate them very very poorly. read more
