When she signed the paperwork he had told her to sign a receipt of purchase, which turned out to be a no refund slip. Not even a whole 24 hours later she realized it did not work and had reached out to him to try and make it right. To which he responded in a hateful and argumentative manner. Telling her it was her fault she should have paid attention better and that he would not be helping her in anyway to make this right. She let him know the purchase was for another family in need and that she didn't expect a refund just a fridge that was in working order. His response again was it was her fault for not paying attention to what she signed and her fault for not doing a better inspection of the fridge. then reiterated that he would do nothing as she had made the purchase and it was her fault.

They refuse refunds and say that after so many repairs they will "upgrade" you yet there's nothing in there worth "upgrading" to. He has a horrible attitude and horrible customer service and people skills.
