The description says 'A mixture of soil, sand, compost and organic soil builder compost for filling raised beds'. What I received was clay top soil, mixed with sand and a very little amount for wood chips. It is full of hard clumps of clay that are very difficult to break up. It rained last night and now the top 3" are setting up hard. I'll have to buy a large amount of quality soil amendment to make this stuff usable. I called and complained and they said 'sorry you're not satisfied, no one else has complained, we won't do anything for you'. I do not recommend doing business with them.

When we entered the facility, I spoke with an employee right away, telling them of our needs. They called a gentleman up to help us select plants and get them organized in order to be delivered at a later date. Everyone we dealt with was professional, friendly and very helpful. It took us 45 minutes to an hour to select, purchase and set up delivery of everything we needed. It was a very easy process, particularly helped along by the gentleman that helped us select the plants. He was quite knowledgable and helpful. After purchase, they told us that everything would be delivered either later that day or early the next week. We left, drove home and as we were getting out of our car a truck pulled up in front of our home. It was the delivery of our purchase! Amazing service. We have since had a landscaper over to install the plants and do everything else to make the garden beds look great. In fact, this landscape contractor went to Southern Idaho Landscape Center to purchase the rock needed for these beds. The project is now completed and everything looks great. An image of the completed project is below. The one thing that you should be aware if you are going to shop here is this; they are not the cheapest. If you are looking for cheap, go elsewhere. This Landscape center has quality plants and they are not cheap. I do not mind paying a little extra to get quality AND to support a local business. We've gotten quite a few plants from them this season, and all are doing well. The employees are helpful & knowledgeable, and if they don't have the answer, they find it out for you asap :) They have a fenced in play area so if you have kiddos with you, it's a bonus! They have several register/help desks set up out in the nursery, plus a main office, but only one outdoor desk has a line to run credit cards, it's the one with a more ornate entrance, rather than the one just next to the play area.

We also installed water lines to each tree. 5 of the 13 trees look terrible. March 2025 I went in to talk about getting replacements. I was sold a bottle of "Save A Tree" & to come back in month if they don't perk up. DON'T BELIEVE any guarantee they claim to have when giving you a sells pitch. We've now been told that these trees are "disposable" & to replant them. Each tree was $99.99. We've also been told that their arborist says that "they're annuals". We won't be doing business again with Webb Nursery!

The mark of a company's quality is how they handle a problem and Therapedic makes it almost…read moreimpossible to rectify a problem with your mattress. Thankfully I've never had a warranty issue with a mattress til now, and I've probably bought ten plus mattresses for my family, but infortunately our problem occurred with a Therapedic mattress. We bought a Therapedic mattress a little over 3 years ago from Runge Furniture in Coeur d'Alene and when it started to fail we were told that Therapedic had a systematic process that we had to go through in order to see what was failing. First they had Runge test the box spring and once they decided that that was failing they replaced that. Then once we realized, which was very quickly, that the mattress was also bad, they had Runge come out and test that. Now we're getting the brush off and when we press Runge Furniture they're telling us that Therapedic says they only handle that through a repair and that the mattress will be gone 4 to 6 weeks. Does that make any sense for a company to ship a mattress 500 miles twice and repair it and leave the customer with no mattress for over a month!!!!!!????? Bad business, worthless warranty, stay away. Glad that I've never previously had a problem with a mattress but sorry it had to be with this manufacturer. #warranty worth less than a mattress plastic shipping wrap.
