After a frustrating conversation with the owner, several of the hired hands agreed to allow my wife to receive the firearm she had ordered. She left feeling humiliated and very angry. We will no longer do business with Red's trading post. I suggest you trust the process. Form 4473 is there to protect the vender as well as making sure the individual has a right to purchase firearms. You should not pass judgement on your customers for no reason. My boyfriend and I stopped in for a quick look. He had parked in front of the building and the…read moreowner came out asking in a rude tone if he could help us. The. He explained that my boyfriend parked his truck the wrong way and it's blocking other parking spots. There were no visible signs or markings on the pavement indicating specified parking spaces. We moved the truck after letting it run for a couple minutes to keep it cool inside for our two dogs, one being my Registered Service Dog. It was overcast and the windows were down for airflow. Maybe 5 minutes after walking in the door, not getting a single greeting from either of the senior guys that were working, one of them asked if our truck was running. We said No. Then he proceeded to tell us the dogs might be too hot!!! I reassured him they were just fine! We should have left right then and there and never spent the $20 we did. Guaranteed we won't be returning! Not to mention the ONLY thing they sell at that so-called Pawn broker is gun related. Guns! Guns! And more guns! Get some color and flavor in your lives. You'll get more customers and make more money!!!
