We moved the truck after letting it run for a couple minutes to keep it cool inside for our two dogs, one being my Registered Service Dog. It was overcast and the windows were down for airflow. Maybe 5 minutes after walking in the door, not getting a single greeting from either of the senior guys that were working, one of them asked if our truck was running. We said No. Then he proceeded to tell us the dogs might be too hot!!! I reassured him they were just fine! We should have left right then and there and never spent the $20 we did. Guaranteed we won't be returning! Not to mention the ONLY thing they sell at that so-called Pawn broker is gun related. Guns! Guns! And more guns! Get some color and flavor in your lives. I went into pawn an item for $100 and I had never gotten less than that before. I was immediately told only $50 and then after a few minutes it was up to $75. The item that I was trying to pawn, I actually did a partial trade partial cash payment to get it as it was being sold for a little under $300. And according to John, he would pawn anything that you bought from him for half of what it was sold for. Which because of my trade-in with the cash, half would have equal out to about $150 so $100 should have been fine. Just really irritates me because it feels like John rip me off. I thought he viewed me as a good customer, but not only shorted me on what I was asking didn't even look me in the eye when he was saying it like he was preoccupied with something else and seem to just try to hurry me out the door so to speak. Because of this, I will not go back.

I mentioned that I had been told I could get a higher price over the phone before coming here and I was basically ignored.
