I've been a member for 4+ years and am ready to turn in my card. Costco is the worst place to shop in Twin Falls! Just getting into the place is a major accomplishment. It's located close to one of the busiest intersections in the city. Good luck finding a parking place once you are in the parking area. The lot is located on a hillside, so I usually take a rope to attach to my shopping cart and vehicle to unload, to keep it from rolling away and crashing into someone's car, which has happened to me before. I took a 15-minute cursing out from the owner of that vehicle one time. That alone makes me want to shy away from the place. If you're handicapped, be prepared to walk a ways; there are a few handicap parking spaces, but not many. Plus, I disagree with the woke policies they have adopted. read more

For appliances and TVs bad experience after spending a few thousand dollars my experience with the service and products is bad. The logistics team member from Boise called me and she was rude and a manager never called me back. A kitchen aid dishwasher missing part and Costco took a month and several phone calls to get me the part. I also have bought 2 85 " Samsung tvs the 1st one had a defective blue line the 2nd has a broken screen now I have to return it again for a third one and they are selling defective merchandise to tell me I can only make 3 returns on one account. Costcos customer service is going down and their clothes is like swap meat quality. We are disappointed in Costco. read more

I pay $60 for membership and they had no Starbuck coffee, turkey hotdogs, Comet, 1ply TP, panto shrimp in a box, so went to Walmart got all and paid for gas and got to use any credit card I wanted. So NEVER again renewing my membership or shopping there again. If I need one item or more I can have a neighbor just pick it or choose to not by the bulk item they only sell and still Dave a crap load of money elsewhere. Costco= large quantities and high quality. A membership to costco will run you around $50 a year. I do a large majority of my shopping at Costco. It's very convenient to be able to buy large amounts of food for affordable prices (less trips to the grocery store). The customer service at this location is excellent. I have never had a bad experience here. The Food in the food court is cheap and a convenient meal to grab after a long shopping trip. I always get a cinnamon twist for $1 before leaving. My partner JJ and I make it a point to stop by this Costco every time we drive from SLC to see my folks in Mountain Home. The selection is standard-issue Costco *except* that this store seems to have better than usual selections of organic and all-natural items. (Go, Twin! Who woulda thought?) On our most recent visit, we found an all-organic butternut squash pasta sauce that is dreamy on spaghetti squash with a bit of olive oil and garlic. Plus, the wine selection here is fabulous--e.g., Menage a Trois red for ~$7.99-$8.99 a bottle, a few proseccos at $8.99-$10.99 a bottle, and my new favorite tempranillo blend, Monte Alta Reserva (89 points, Robert Parker, and $16+ elsewhere) at only $11.49 per bottle. read more

Costco is Costco. Big bulk items, free food samples on Saturdays, and home of the buck fifty dog! Our Costco is all of that and more. The wine selection is vast! Many selections to choose from. The parking at this Costco SUCKS!! VERY cramped! The main entrance into the Costco parking lot splits the parking lot in two. So, if you were to enter from Pole Line and park to the right (east), once you get out of your car, you'd have to cross back over the main entrance lane of traffic to get to the Costco entrance. This Costco by far has been best one in the United States. Especially the Pharmacy they always seem to have enough help and they even remember your name. The attendants in the gas area are the best. Took our truck to the tire department to get our tires rotated and balanced. A previous trip to a different Costco left our tires out of balance. This Costco completed the job in half the time of any other Costco we have taken it to in the past. They were friendly and our tires are properly balanced. We would recommend this tire department to anyone. Great job! read more
