I've been a member for 4+ years and am ready to turn in my card. Costco is the worst place to shop in Twin Falls! Just getting into the place is a major accomplishment. It's located close to one of the busiest intersections in the city. Good luck finding a parking place once you are in the parking area. The lot is located on a hillside, so I usually take a rope to attach to my shopping cart and vehicle to unload, to keep it from rolling away and crashing into someone's car, which has happened to me before. I took a 15-minute cursing out from the owner of that vehicle one time. That alone makes me want to shy away from the place. If you're handicapped, be prepared to walk a ways; there are a few handicap parking spaces, but not many. Plus, I disagree with the woke policies they have adopted. read more

Buy some fettuccine for my party, in the past it's always been good. This time it wasn't very flavorful. A little disappointing. And the price went up $3.00 read more

Huge Costco. Feels like bigger than where we usually go in NorCal. Clean and organized. Product samples are back and mask not required anymore. Great location, too. We like the self-cleaning station at the gas station area. They provide trash cans, tissue papers and window cleaning tools. read more

For appliances and TVs bad experience after spending a few thousand dollars my experience with the service and products is bad. The logistics team member from Boise called me and she was rude and a manager never called me back. A kitchen aid dishwasher missing part and Costco took a month and several phone calls to get me the part. I also have bought 2 85 " Samsung tvs the 1st one had a defective blue line the 2nd has a broken screen now I have to return it again for a third one and they are selling defective merchandise to tell me I can only make 3 returns on one account. Costcos customer service is going down and their clothes is like swap meat quality. We are disappointed in Costco. read more

I pay $60 for membership and they had no Starbuck coffee, turkey hotdogs, Comet, 1ply TP, panto shrimp in a box, so went to Walmart got all and paid for gas and got to use any credit card I wanted. So NEVER again renewing my membership or shopping there again. If I need one item or more I can have a neighbor just pick it or choose to not by the bulk item they only sell and still Dave a crap load of money elsewhere. Twinfalls, ID is the store I am talking about. read more

I typically love Costco. But today couldn't get anyone to help in electronics. Bummer. read more

Ok so they gave my daughter spoiled food and it had expired a long time ago and they lied and said that it was good and it wasn't

Costco is great at taking money. I have noticed my last few visits were very unfriendly and pushy. The checkers are now long winded on signing up members to become executive business members. However, it was a no go on setting up a booth to register people to vote. How in patriotic. All business no heart. Please take the time to get registered and VOTE. read more

Need to get rid of the mandatory masks, we see in stage 3 and they are not mandated in Idaho.

I won't go anywhere where masks are not required - and where the customers are responsible enough to wear them. This COSTCO is terrific in that regard. Whenever I go to a COSTCO, I expect to see masks -- why else would you shop anywhere? read more

They say you can buy anything at Costco, I don't know who "they" are but they have said it, and they are correct. You can buy anything, a horrifyingly high definition flatscreen TV, a bag of dripping crimson cherries, an escape from the existential horrors of your life, anything. This cavernous store holds every single thing you could dream of, all at an impossibly affordable price. Keep your eyes in front of you whilst you shop, for It is said that a shambling eldritch horror roams the towering, winding aisles. The deeper into the store you venture, the older the "employee since" dates on the employees tags get, 2007,1998, 1964, 1821, but the numbers soon turn to unrecognizable arcane symbols. Birdsong echoes around the dark ceilings, did a bird get trapped inside? Whatever it is, it doesn't look much like a bird. You can buy anything at Costco. This is a special shout out to the Optical section of Costco -- I was recently visiting from out of town, and had a total contact-related emergency. The staff here was so quick and helpful, and were truly lifesavers when I was in a pinch! I'd recommend them to anyone who is interested in great customer service & care. Thanks Twin Falls Optical team! read more

Costco= large quantities and high quality. A membership to costco will run you around $50 a year. I do a large majority of my shopping at Costco. It's very convenient to be able to buy large amounts of food for affordable prices (less trips to the grocery store). The customer service at this location is excellent. I have never had a bad experience here. The Food in the food court is cheap and a convenient meal to grab after a long shopping trip. I always get a cinnamon twist for $1 before leaving. I will definitely be back again soon! Fin' read more

My partner JJ and I make it a point to stop by this Costco every time we drive from SLC to see my folks in Mountain Home. The selection is standard-issue Costco *except* that this store seems to have better than usual selections of organic and all-natural items. (Go, Twin! Who woulda thought?) On our most recent visit, we found an all-organic butternut squash pasta sauce that is dreamy on spaghetti squash with a bit of olive oil and garlic. Plus, the wine selection here is fabulous--e.g., Menage a Trois red for ~$7.99-$8.99 a bottle, a few proseccos at $8.99-$10.99 a bottle, and my new favorite tempranillo blend, Monte Alta Reserva (89 points, Robert Parker, and $16+ elsewhere) at only $11.49 per bottle. read more

There was a lady today and she was giving out little taco samples and then there was a girl and went to go get one then the lady said your welcome because they girl didn't say thank you. Costco is Costco. Big bulk items, free food samples on Saturdays, and home of the buck fifty dog! Our Costco is all of that and more. The wine selection is vast! Many selections to choose from. The parking at this Costco SUCKS!! VERY cramped! The main entrance into the Costco parking lot splits the parking lot in two. So, if you were to enter from Pole Line and park to the right (east), once you get out of your car, you'd have to cross back over the main entrance lane of traffic to get to the Costco entrance. If you have kids, hold their hands! read more

Bad service the icecream machine wont work Tip: Go to walmart because at least they have service

I had a tire blow out on the freeway. Chris at Costco stayed over an hour late to help my family and I get back on the road for our road trip from UT to OR. We were super grateful for his willingness to help! We tried giving him some money for his trouble but he said they aren't allowed to accept gratuity. Hopefully his boss will take notice of his hard work!! read more

This Costco by far has been best one in the United States. Especially the Pharmacy they always seem to have enough help and they even remember your name. The attendants in the gas area are the best. Customer service is phenomenal. I have been a customer of Costco/price club for over Thirty Years. This store deserves 5 Stars Plus. read more

Took our truck to the tire department to get our tires rotated and balanced. A previous trip to a different Costco left our tires out of balance. This Costco completed the job in half the time of any other Costco we have taken it to in the past. They were friendly and our tires are properly balanced. We would recommend this tire department to anyone. Great job! read more
