My purchase today consisted mostly of 3D crest whitening toothpaste. I bought several packs. For instance, I bought the pack of 3 tube's of 3D crest charcoal whitening toothpaste. On Amazon or elsewhere I would of paid $20 or more. But here today I paid $5. Awesome! I also bought individual 3D crest whitening toothpaste tube's. 1 individually in store or elsewhere would of been estimated $8. Here, I got it for $2. These are just a few examples of the great discounts that I got today. The staff stated that most of the things in store are actually from Amazon. The things are Amazon overstocks etc. Will also mention, the staff was very nice, kind, helpful, etc. .... I'm pleased with my visit today. Will definitely come again!

This shop is next door and was an unexpected school shopping trip. This store offers men's, women's and children clothing, as well as, an assortment of accessories to random, cool tchotchkes. Given it's time for school to start, the store was 25% off all kids clothes and additional discounts on clearance items. There are name brand and unique brand items and everything we purchased except for his Idaho trucker hat was on sale and a brand name (volcom, billabong, RVCA). We found a lot he loved at a reasonable price. He hates clothes shopping but said he really liked this place. It didn't hurt his feelings that he was put on the stores instagram story and the owner gave him a signature Brass Monkey baseball cap to rep her business. He really felt special and has only wore that hat since he got it and with much pride. Thanks Kindsey for your hospitality and for making my little guy feel like a very important customer. He said he wished we had a store like this in our hometown. We are following you on social media and will definitely be back!

One thing I definitely think they could improve on: the boxes!!! There's tons of boxes strewn everywhere, mostly for customers to carry stuff out, but it is rather unsightly. Susan's is a smaller shop in old town Twin Falls, Idaho. Susan actually runs the shop, and has her…read morepet dog in the shop with her. No worries, he's a friendly and respectful guy, but I thought it worth mentioning in case of allergies. He's often asleep in the front window or nestled in a corner somewhere. She has a note on the door warning guests of his presence before they enter. Her shop has a good selection of various items, from man-tiques to jewelry and silver. I've always enjoyed shopping here, but it should be noted, Susan can take some time to warm up to you. The first few times I came in, she was brusque and mostly stayed at the register. Now that we've gotten to know each other better, she will regularly come out and help me with things in various vendor's booths around the store. She seems knowledgeable about her trade. A quick note: Her husband's locksmith business has a service counter located in the back of the store, and I wanted to mention an exchange I witnessed that affected my experience in her shop one time. One of my buddies came in to the antique store with me, and when he saw the locksmith counter in the back, asked her husband a few questions about having another key made for an oddball brand lock he uses. The husband was cold and bordering on rude about my friend's use of that brand of lock, because key blanks are hard to get for it. He was loud enough I could hear their exchange from up in the antique shop. It made my shopping experience up in the antique store uncomfortable that day. He's not usually in at the locksmith counter when I go antique shopping, but that experience that day certainly left an impression. This is the only thing holding me back from an even better review.

She had asked him when she was buying if it was working, He assured her it did and was ready to go. When she signed the paperwork he had told her to sign a receipt of purchase, which turned out to be a no refund slip. Not even a whole 24 hours later she realized it did not work and had reached out to him to try and make it right. To which he responded in a hateful and argumentative manner. Telling her it was her fault she should have paid attention better and that he would not be helping her in anyway to make this right. She let him know the purchase was for another family in need and that she didn't expect a refund just a fridge that was in working order. His response again was it was her fault for not paying attention to what she signed and her fault for not doing a better inspection of the fridge. then reiterated that he would do nothing as she had made the purchase and it was her fault.

They refuse refunds and say that after so many repairs they will "upgrade" you yet there's nothing in there worth "upgrading" to. He has a horrible attitude and horrible customer service and people skills. If they're not going to actually fix the issue when your appliance breaks then they need to give a full refund, end of story.
