Terrible. Ordered 1 large pizza and it took them an hour and 45 minutes to deliver it. By the time we got it, it was cold and thrown around in the box. To make matters worse there was hardly any meat and cheese. We were able to catch the delivery guy but he told us to call the store and they would give us our money back, we called multiple times and no one answered the phone. This Pizza Hut still sucks. Last time they fed me wings that were clearly past their expiration date. This time, I received such terrible customer service, I just gave up mid-way through my order. My phone call went to some central call center. I tried to order the deal that was on the main page of their website and that they were running on a loop in their hold advertisements. I was immediately told that I couldn't get that offer at this location. I asked why they weren't honoring the deal from their own website. They gave me an idiotic, nonsensical, meaningless stock answer about company policy and whatnot. Could anything be more irritating than having a company that you don't work for quote their policies to you as a customer? I'm just asking them to honor their stated offer and to SHUT UP AND TAKE MY MONEY!!!! At this point, the guy offered to transfer me to the actual location I was trying to order from. I said that would be great. Unfortunately, he then changed his mind and tried to take my order anyway. I went ahead and gave him my order. I asked him where I could find their topping list online and instead of telling me, he just rattled them off so quickly I couldn't hear half of them. I realized at that point that this guy's parents must have had a similar conversation with a school administrator to the one that Forest Gump's mother had in the movie. I completed my order and the guy quoted me a price that was about $5 higher than it should have been. I asked him why it was so high and he told me that it was because I couldn't have the deal that he was supposedly trying to work for me from the web site. Thanks for wasting my time, jackass! He then offered again to transfer me to the actual store location. He then promptly transferred me to another person in the same location as him. Apparently, they're not employing any future Mensa members at Pizza Hut because this happened three more times before I finally got through to the restaurant only to be given the same dumb answer about why they wouldn't honor the deal as the first guy gave me. It was like I was in the movie "Idiocracy" and I was trying to convince President Elisondo's cabinet that they should water their crops with water rather than Brawndo, the Thirst Mutilator! At that point I just gave up and hung up. Dear Pizza Hut, if it wasn't the middle of the night, I'd be ordering pizza from a good restaurant like Zeek's, Pagliachi or Brooklyn Brothers. The only reason I'm trying to order your low-grade crap is because all the good restaurants are closed. I'm definitely not hungry enough to put up with your pathetic customer service just to get sub-par Pizza as the prize for biblical amounts of patience. YOU SUCK! read more

Dude, this place is super quick. They have some amazingly awesome deals and they've been fantastic every time. Haha. My hubby and me like to order out at least twice a month. For pizza it's great. We really like the box deal that they've got going right now. Our norm order is like canadian bacon, sausage, onions, mushrooms, and some bell peppers. It's delish and makes me workout so much harder after eating. They've got awesome pasta too which is nice for the days where I don't feel like eating pizza and hubs does. read more

I am a very picky person. I work in restaurants and have been the gm of a couple myself. Making me happy is pretty much impossible. Last night pizza hut pulled it off. My pizza looked like it was out of a magazine. Perfect topping coverage. Perfect crust. Not a drop of grease on the pizza box. They didn't open it to show me my pizza...which I think is so stupid places do that. They drive to you in a thermally designed bag and then open it up in the doorway and let it cool down. But not pizza hut. They are better than that. I did an online order and then called to ask for parm and peppers. The guy on the phone was really nice. Like talking to a friend nice. It was late and I was that guy. 5 minutes before closing, I was the obnoxious online order that printed up. How did they get revenge? By giving me the best pizza I have ever had. Delivered by an incredibly nice guy too. Listen, Pizza Hut pizza isn't new York style or Chicago or Boston. Its it's own thing. The original is amazing. Give them a chance to show you. We came in at around 9pm and asked a simple question as to if they had pepperoni pizza and the cashier, Brooke, gave me attitude and rolled her eyes at me. I then proceeded to give her a $100 bill and in return she gave me a snotty no, so I had to buy less items. Another man though, was a lot nicer and cared about my feelings. Worst Pizza Hut ever. We live right down the hill, tried them when we first moved in about four years ago, it was terrible, wrote them off. Tried again tonight because we had a house full of kids who wanted the new Cheesy Bites Pizza. Placed our order online, email confirmation said it would be here within one hour. Already annoying because the Dominos across the street only ever takes 35 mins at the most, but okay. One hour goes by, nothing. Nervous because of our previous experiences, we called the location. Was told they got busy but our order was out the door. Ten more minutes. Nothing. Called back, was told our order was then just going out the door, no apology, no concern noted. Asked for a manager. Was then told our order was actually 5-10 mins from leaving but would be comped. Specifically asked if we could count on order or should we just cancel. Was assured it was fine. Finally got our order 15 minutes later, (90 minutes after ordering, and we live 5 mins away!!!) incomplete and cold, and was informed that he had actually been out and lost for who knows how long. The only thing worse than bad service is being lied to by three different employees. Had they told me the truth on the first call, I would have canceled and gone elsewhere. Never again. read more

This was a poor customer service experience that could have been avoided. I made the a carry out order over the phone and I ordered what I thought was something different from what I was told when I made the order. So needless to say when I arrived to pick up my pizzas I was very disappointed. The kid explained to me the difference in the pizza that I had ordered. I didn't complain about the misunderstanding of my order and just ordered another pizza to correct my mistake. OK... so here is where the issue with the customer service starts. The kid I was working with see's that I'm upset about what is taking place and rings up the extra pizza and tells me the new total. Again this my fault as I made the order and it was wrong. I was a little taken back at the new the total as I ordered two pizza's and this 3rd one doubled my total. I ask the kid the price of the new pizza and he tells me the price and all I can do is go with what he tells me. I pay the bill and as I'm waiting the seven minutes he stats it would take to make the new pizza I see the on the reader board that the pizza I just order is on sale /special. So when I see the kid come out from the back I ask him isn't the special the same pizza that I had just ordered? He states yes and I ask why didn't I get that price, because I didn't ask about it and he couldn't offer me the discounted price! This is piss poor customer service! It's not even about the money as much as making me feel like I just got ripped off. A sale / special should be offered to everyone if it posted on the reader board. I know the most all pizza places when you call to make an order that's the 1st thing they ask " would you like to hear our specials". I will from now on never return or give any business to is location. Can't give a zero star. I can not express how livid I am. So the story goes. I ordered for delivery. Expected wait half an hour, yay! Not bad time. Half an hour later passed the promise time, no food. Call them up to find out what's going on, only for them to tell me that they attempted to call 2 times. I call BS. It's was my husband phone which I had on my back pocket the whole hour. He works from home so, yeah. They said a women answered the hung up! Lol unless there's a tiny women hiding in my apartment somewhere doing this.. then my husbands in a lot of trouble. It's just me and him. So a lie on their part. Then they said they knocked but no one answered. Second lie. My dog barks at people leaving the building and it's super annoying. They didn't call. Didn't knock. Didn't deliver. Here's the sad breakdown: Placed order on line. Delivery time was 50 minutes. Ninety minutes later, no delivery. We called and were told our order was cancelled because they ran out of large dough. There was no attempt to contact us. We asked to speak to a manager and after a 15 minute hold Brooke, self identified manager offered no apology but did offer a store credit in the amount of our purchase. Approx $42.00. They graciously sent out our pizzas - minute one whole pizza. We called and they sent this pizza out. From start to finish this order took 3.5 hours to complete. Fast forward 48 hours we attempt to order again with the intent to use our credit. When trying to place our order we were on hold for a total of 25 minutes. Brooke finally came on the line, denied offering us a credit but said she would allow us to order then zero out our account. Great and thank you. Pizza's arrived late but orders were accurate although one pizza wasn't cut. read more

I love Pizza Hut. I've used this location for more than 5 years. First few years was good. Very good and fast and hot. The past year or two, however... ONE PEPPERONI PER SLICE on a large pepperonilover pizza? And once, after waiting 2 hours, a pizza actually arrived undercooked. I ordered 2 medium veggie pizzas with light cheese and extra sauce- took them over an hour to deliver and when I did get it, It had no sauce and extra cheese. I called them and they said it would take an hour and a half to recook it. The girl taking the order was clueless and kept repeating the wrong order... I asked to talk to the manager and he said they would get it to me in less time. I had him repeat the order back to me, and they still had it reversed. An hour later I got the new pizzas, they had light cheese and barely any sauce. And one pizza looked like it had been thrown around in the car. Slices were upside down, and it was cold. Super irritated at this Pizza Hut right now. I ordered some lunch for my son and I this afternoon at 11 am, and a few minutes later I received a call that an item from my order wasn't available (garlic knots), I'm an amiable person, so that was totally fine. I let the girl know she could just take it off our order, she gave me the new total, we hung up. I waited for pizza. My estimated delivery time was 11:48. It came and went. At 11:55 I got a call that my payment needed to be reran because when the order was voided to take off the garlic knots it also voided my payment and he needed to take my card again. So after my order was supposed to be delivered they realized this. So now I'm sitting here with a toddler who is ornery and hungry and a newborn (which is already stressful enough without dealing with an ornery child) waiting for a pizza that was supposed to be delivered 15 mins ago that hasn't even left the store. I received no apology for their mistake, no rush on my order that I'm aware of. I haven't even received my pizza as I write this review. So I can't even speak for the quality. But their customer service definitely leaves something to be desired. Probably won't be ordering from here again. So frustrated right now! How does it take almost an hour to realize you never reran payment?! And calling the customer AFTER the scheduled delivery time to get it?! Not cool Pizza Hut. read more

So I'll never order from Pizza Hut again. I ordered dinner to be delivered and had plans to go out. The delivery time was 650. That gave me time to eat and get where I was going. The food didn't show up so at 710, I called. The phone rang and rang and no one picked up. Called five times and some jerk answered the phone and was so incredibly rude to me. He told me they'd give me a credit. I said no, that I was never ordering again and wanted a refund. He got even more rude, but finally gave me my refund. Then, after I've left my home and am driving, their delivery person calls me, twice, and texts my phone. No, dude. I'm not home. And don't text strangers phones. Communicate with your store. What poor customer service. There are a ton of pizza places around my apartment. I'll order from there next time. Oh, and the last time I ordered and DID get my food, they brought me the WRONG food. Ordered my pizza's online at 6:00 for 8:30 delivery. A few minutes later I received an email confirmation saying my pizza would be delivered at approximately 6:53. When I called them the phone rang for at least a minute, no answer so I hung up and called back. I asked the kid that answered the phone to change my delivery time t 8:30. He tried and said the system wouldn't let him. He put me on hold to go check with the kitchen. When he came back he said it was already in the oven. I asked him why it was in the oven already if they weren't going to deliver until 6:53. He said they cook the pizza's and wait for delivery drivers. He then told me that because I was the customer they would eat the cost and he would re-enter my order for 8:30 delivery. It showed up at exactly 8:30 but tasted like it was cooked at 6:00. I don't think they re-made my order, it was ice cold and dry. I will not order from this location ever again. read more
