It's a hit or miss with this location. It's more of a miss. Ordered (2) individual pepperoni pizzas and there was hardly no sauce or cheese on them. All you could taste was bread. They need to teach their people better on how to make them or they'll keep getting negative reviews and people not wanting to buy from this location. read more

Beware of this store! In April 2024, I made an order from this Pizza Hut location. Unfortunately half my order didn't show up including one of my pizzas, my bread sticks, etc. I contacted the store and went back and forth with them before they finally called me back and agreed to a $35 credit (since they couldn't refund me or replace the missing items). In July 2024, I contacted the store and attempted to use my credit for an order. The staff was rude, refused to help me, and refused to take my order. Evidently there was no credit on my account and the staff refused to have the manager contact me. I tried emailing the company but never heard back. Basically this store stole from a customer and now I can't get ahold of anyone who can help remedy this situation. I'd advise to stay away from this Pizza Hut location. It has good Pizza when they can get orders correct, but it's a gamble on if they can do that most times. read more

DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION! Ryan is rude and disrespectful! First she called to tell me I couldn't have different sauces on each side of my pizza- been ordering it this way for five years! I used the app and chose curbside pickup which I e done before. She came out and said I had to pay inside - I went inside put my money in the counter (cash money) she called me and told me to return immediately or she would report me to the police I told her I set my money on the counter she called me a liar and demanded I return to pay her I told her I wouldn't. We ordered online, so I have no opinion about the employees. We ordered our pizza for delivery, so a piping hot pizza was not necessarily expected; but eating mildly warm pizza was not actually even the issue. We ordered 2 large pizzas - neither of them were cut...at all. The outer crust areas were super thick/wide, making the pizzas themselves so thin that there were holes in the pizza where you could literally see the cardboard underneath. Speaking of cardboard...the portions that didn't have holes were extremely tough/hard/chewy. This was probably the strangest and most unsatisfying pizza we've ever eaten. I don' t know if the dough itself was bad, stale, or what. But...to the tune of $50 for 2 larges and an order of apple pies, I had hoped for a little better than something that resembled low quality, pre-frozen, gas station pizza. Aside from the decent delivery time and the apple pies, the entire experience was just plain bad...which may explain why this particular location can only muster 2 stars on Yelp. I gotta say I don't mind the thin crust supreme. It's definitely not gourmet, but also not the worst pizza I've ever had, and I even choose it on occasion. The deliver is usually prompt, though they've messed up my order a couple of times. To give them credit, when they did screw up the order, they remade it and redelivered right away, leaving the mistake pizza behind - in other words, we got a free pizza... just how it should be when a restaurant makes a mistake with the order. Just the thought of the burning hot boneless wings makes me salivate - they are actually reeeeeaally hot. Strangely addictive and worth the pain. I have ordered several pizzas from this location and a few orders of Wings. I have never had any issues with service or quality at this location. The food is always hot, fresh tasting and ready when quoted. Although, Pizza Hut is not my preferred pizza, it is the closest to my house and the quality is always consistent. Based on these items, it earns a 5 star rating. It is Pizza Hut and they make the pizza the way Pizza Hut has designed there pizzas after all. I do appreciate how they place the peppers and Parmesan cheese packets on the counter by checkout though so you can take them on demand. Some pizzerias are so greedy about giving them out, but here you can take them. They even sometimes have free mints! read more

Went in around 10:30 pm & the manager didn't care to greet us but felt the need to immediately inform us that they are out of most things on the menu due to it being a super busy holiday. So many issues... Pizza arriving not fully cooked or with hardly any sauce, wings arriving in less than the amount that we ordered. Thought we'd give them one more shot tonight and ordered thinner crusts. We'll never know whether the pizza was any good because of the icing on the poo cake--delivery driver arrived but they hadn't charged our credit card and he would only take cash. We sent him away and had to find other food for the night. It's really sad. We used to really like ordering here but sometime in the last year, things just went to shit. I am a big Pizza Hut fan and like that I have two close by because their any pizza deal really can't be beat. This location I have ordered from a bunch of times and they are always fast. The pizza is good (Large Super Supreme with hand tossed crust =) and can't go wrong with some Pepsi. I've never had the wings but there are places to go for good wings, like the places that have wings in the name. But if pizza is what your after the same holds true and Pizza Hut is always a sure bet for me. read more

Disappointing sums it up. When this store first opened we ordered from them several times because they were the only pizza place nearby. After several bad experiences I quit going there. 2 other pizza chains opened across the street and I preferred to go there. Tonight my kids asked if we could get Pizza Hut because it's so good. So I ordered and my 16 year old daughter and husband went to pick it up. When they got there they were told it was not ready so they waited another 15 minutes and brought the pizza directly home. This is pretty much my go to place for pizza. The staff is professional and very polite. Great customer service. I always order online and by the time I get there usually 10 to 15 minutes my order is ready. My last order was a Super Supreme and it was just right-perfecto!!!! It's was wonderful experiencing one of their delivery drivers yelling at us in road rage as we drove a bit slower near an ambulance to be safe. 10/10 would recommend! Especially if you have your nine month old infant in the car as well. Stay classy! read more
