I have to give this location a shout-out as I placed a few large orders recently for some events I was hosting in the area and they came through wonderfully. One pick-up was very early in the morning, yet they were able to prep my pizzas and have them ready to go shortly after opening. I had to call and make a revision to one order, and they handled that deftly and without complaint. My last order was particularly large and they helped me to my car with it, without my having to ask. For what I got, prices were fair and the food was fresh and consistent with the chain's quality and taste (better than most other chains if not on par with most local mom and pop pizza options). For the price and the consistency, you could do much worse and this location has incredibly friendly, helpful service. read more

this was the worst experience i've had, 18 year old boy walking around the store looking at the full lobby of people ignoring everyone just twiddling his thumb while staring at everyone for and hour, while a kid named jasper was running around trying to figure everything out for him, the manager on shift Austin handled everything really well and was able to get anything back on track. I have no idea why this store has such poor reviews. My family and I moved to the area about nine months ago and we have been nothing but happy with this Pizza Hut. We have dined in as well as picked up several times. The staff is friendly and the food is always great. Breadsticks are absolutely phenomenal with the perfect amount of seasoning--they never skimp!! Our order is always correct and super fresh. 10/10 for sure, especially compared to any other location that we have been. Edit: Upon further investigation, the poor reviews were all [at the very least] over 3 years ago. Most were 8 or 9 years ago. Things have obviously changed since then. I was in the mood for pasta. Not many options in town so I checked out Pizza Hut. I ordered online and the food was just coming out of the oven when I arrived. I couldn't finish the amount of food and for $8.99 I feel like this is one of the best values around these days. Even a sub sandwich is that much. Heck I paid almost $10 for a McDonald's burger the other day. There was a large pasta bowl with meats and plenty of cheese. Then 4 (or maybe 5) large garlic breadsticks. In todays world, $9 won't get you much. But this pasta bowl was delicious, and the best value I've gotten in a long time. Thanks Pizza Hut! read more

The Dickson Pizza Hut is horrible!! They don't even fucking show up!!! I placed a delivery order on their website last night (at my boyfriend's residence) at 10pm. Their site says they're open until 11pm. I was able to complete my order and it said that the delivery was on the way. I waited until 11pm and realized that apparently, no one was going to show up. I tried calling them a little before 11pm numerous times and no one answered. So no one contacted us and no one delivered our food. WTH???? Thank goodness I didn't pay with a debit card. The only other time that I placed an order with them, (which was about a month ago) about 10 minutes after placing my order, someone called to tell me their driver went home early. If they choose to close early, they need to change their hours accordingly on their site. Or maybe, ya know, be open during the hours that they're supposed to be. So shitty!!! I definitely won't be giving them another chance. Luckily, I was able to order from Domino's, whose customer service is always excellent. Lay off of the heroin, Dickson Pizza Hut!!! read more

Too bad I can't give ZERO stars Got a pick up order tonight. Went up there, picked up our pizzas, breadsticks, and cinnamon mini rolls. Came home and realized they forgot to give us our two 2 liter Pepsis that we ordered. Called up there, got some rude girl that answered the phone. First, she tried to tell me we did not order any drinks. Told her the receipt I have in my hand at that very moment had that we paid $5.98 for TWO 2 liters and did not receive them. Then, instead of telling me to hold on a minute, she YELLS "Carla, this person wants to speak to a manager". First, I did not request to speak to a manager. And second, at least be nice and tell me to hold on a minute or place me on hold before you YELL. The manager gets on the phone and is 10x nicer than the girl that answered the phone. The manager apologizes for her employees attitude and the manager tells me we can come get them or if we did not want to come up there, she can just refund our card. I decided to go back up there and get them. Not even 10 minutes later, I changed my mind and just called up there to get a refund. I asked to speak to the manager and yet again... Girl doesn't say hold on, doesn't place me on hold, or anything. She just YELLS for a manager. Then, she gets back on the phone and tells me her manager is busy but she can help me. So I told her I wanted a refund. Then, without telling me what she is doing, she YELLS "Carla, I can't do this. They want their money back." And without telling me, she places me on hold. She then gets back on the phone and says "you have to come up here to get your refund." So I tell her that I just spoke to her manager not even ten minutes ago and I was told if we did not want to make a second trip up there, we could just get refunded to our credit card. And the girl RUDELY goes "umm...I just spoke to her and that's what she told me to tell you." I finally had ENOUGH of home girls bad attitude. Wishing I would've gotten her name, but whoever she is... she needs to get a new attitude or get fired. And Carla, the manager, needs to stick to her word. If you tell me one thing and then change your story not even ten minutes later, you don't need to be a manager. The whole point was we did not want to make a SECOND trip back to the restaurant. Therefore, you should've either delivered our drinks at no charge, or refunded us for the drinks we did not get because of YOUR mess up. And note to Carla, the manager: either fire your girl with the bad attitude, or be consistently losing business because she is the rudest little homie I've ever spoken to. read more

I took my family here on 12/11/16 around 5:30pm. I am not usually one to complain, but this had to have been the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. There was us and about 5 other families in there. It wasn't packed, but it wasn't empty. We ordered drinks, breadsticks and pizza. We waited 15 minutes just to get our drinks. After waiting for an hour, we never even got our breadsticks and just as we were about to complain, another guest got up and walked into the kitchen to ask what the deal was. They were in the back standing around, playing on their phones and chatting amongst themselves. 5 minutes later, they came out with deep dish pizzas. The other family ordered large pizzas, and when they said they did not order deep dish pizzas, the waiter mentioned that "they were out of large pizzas". Their order also ended up being wrong. Overhearing this, we ultimately got up and left after an hour waiting for our pizza that never came. Management (if it even exists at this location), just an FYI - it wouldn't hurt to run drug screenings on your employees. I won't ever be back and I would definitely not recommend this location to anyone. Stay away. read more

An hour and a half to deliver ONE pizza! I could make one myself and walk it there faster. Are their employees in fact turtles trudging across a peanut butter floor? 45 minutes would be reasonable but AN HOUR AND A HALF! In addition to their unreasonable timing they charge $1 for each dipping sauce that isn't marinara for their Big Dipper Pizza which advertises "choice of dipping sauces." Hey Pizza Hut, doesn't the pizza already have marinara sauce on it? Wouldn't it be reasonable to assume one might want to dip it into something, um, DIFFERENT? Also, I understand you must be stressed, what with churning out a pizza every hour or so but there is no need to take it out on me over the phone. Main complaint: I got six wings, cooked tender. They were tossed in either too mild a sauce (not what I ordered) or PH needs to change its description. I had ... six NON-drumettes. Not a single one. Ya know, SINCE we, as the consuming public, are allowing you to call a section of a wing a 'wing', you'd think the drum section would at least be represented in the box. That's just ... sorry. Under no circumstances should you ever go to this place. They mess up every delivery I have ever had and dining in is just as bad. They serve raw pizza and the service will be horrible. Last time we went here we couldn't find our waitress after she took handed us our order and had to walk into the back kitchen area to find someone, waitress was out back talking to friends in the parking lot. This place is just awful which is a shame cause I love all other pizza huts. read more

2/8/2020 lunchtime. The server (red hair up in a bun) was so rude she didn't tell us her name or even ask what we wanted to drink or what we were having to eat she just came up and stared at us like we were stupid. There was an old lady slowly trying to get the the cash register and our server pushed right past her and almost knocked her down and didn't say excuse me or even apologize to the women. All of the tables are covered in crumbs and sticky they definitely have not been cleaned. When the server brought our food out she just slammed it on the table and walked away. This is very unacceptable especially the way she treated the woman trying to check out. read more

I totally agree with the prior review. I used to manage the Pizza Hut in Dickson late 80's thru early 90's. We CARED about ALL our customers!! Since leaving, Pizza Hut of Dickson has gone to a hit or miss restaurant. Meaning you take a chance ordering, never knowing what the food will come out like. I am not bragging....fact is fact. I recieved bonus EVERY period and was considered by my management peers with a lot of jealousy. It is a highly stressful job but with the right management maybe one day we will get the "rockin" Pizza Hut back. read more

Dined in...they took my order and had to come back twice to ask me what I ordered ANNND they still didn't get the order right...not even close! My son also had a free personal pizza coupon for a school event and his order came out correctly. So after 1 1/2 hours of waiting and being told we would get a 15% discount for the trouble, we finally got our food. When the ticket came, they tried to pass my sons free pizza coupon off as the discount. They came back a second time and told me the fixed it but it was still wrong (basic math). I finally had to explain it to the casher who was able to see the obvious math mistakes and get it correctly. Just not worth that kind of trouble. read more

My family and I went in and the tables were dirty we had to clean ours off my brother order a sweet tea and it was water. The pizza was really bad nothing would help it nothing . I don't know about anyone else but when I eat pizza I am happy but this pizza made me sad then when we were done we had to wait for them to give us the check which took them 20 min we wanted to leave earlier than what we did because it was just awful. Can't even begin to tell all the trouble we've had at this Pizza Hut. Tonight I called due to spaghetti not being online but also needed an online deal for pizza. Worker said she couldn't do online deal over phone (which they've done several times in the past) so I went ahead with one order. Went back online for the pizza order and the deal didn't show for Dickson location. Called back to order pizza by phone and she would not give me large pizza special she had previously told me. Said she didn't check with her manager first before she told me that. That is not my problem that sounds like a communication problem amongst management and workers. I waited nearly 40 minutes for a pizza that my confirmation said would take 20 due to the worker only putting 5 pieces of pepperoni on it. (I ordered double pepperoni and sausage). I do not recommend this location for anyone unless you want a problem. If I could have given it zero stars I would have. read more
