I will always love Pizza Hut. They have the best pizza to me. The only thing I wish that was consistent is that when you're rang up, they won't usually apply coupons without asking. There was a manager Mr. Epps here for many years. After he retired it's as if no one new how to make the perfect crust, ingredients are now skimpy, barley any Sause, and the box is sealed at pick-up as though they do not want you to see the mess you paid for. The company has gone so down hill, and the turnover with employees is none stop and I fully understand. After 17 years I don't plan to go there again as I found another Pizza Hut has picked Mr. Epps up part time for his expertise. So so so disappointed as I'm only 10 minutes away. How can a company go so low. I don't even want another free pizza due to their mistakes. Even the replacement pizza is not much better. I've taken my daughter here a few times to cash in on her "free pizza" coupon for doing reading at school. The service is generally okay, nothing spectacular, and the food is your average Pizza Hut fare. Nothing fancy, just about what you would expect from a small town franchise of a national chain. While it's not bad, I an almost guarantee it's going to be a recipe for T-U-M-S. A certain local non-chain competitor has much better pizza. It is a Pizza Hut so don't expect five star pizza. As for service I was greeted by a pleasant lady by the name of Cynthia who truly had a servant heart. She genuinely cared about her guest. The pizza was average just like one would expect from a buffet at 11:30 in the morning but better than Cici's pizza. Ordered 8 Pizzas (at 11:05 am) for my workplace. Plainly stated that we needed them by 12, that our employees only get 3o minutes for lunch. Did not receive our pizzas until almost 12:30, despite calling multiple times. Keep in mind, this was over $130.00 spent on pizza. The late delivery aside, I ordered a pizza with no olives and of course there was no pizza without olives. When I asked did they even care to "make it right", the guy told me he could not refund my card but could give me $20 in credit. Really? This was supposed to be a treat for our employees yet they missed out due to the nonconcern of the staff here. Why on earth would we want a $20 credit? I will never order pizza from here again. Rude service over the phone, when I answered a question of theirs with an upward inflection in my voice because I was unsure, the lady responded rudely with "Are you asking me or telling me?" As I was giving her my name, I'm pretty sure I wasn't asking. When I arrived to pick up my pizza and later went to a show that night, I returned home to a pizza with several pubic hairs in 3 slices, I called the next day in regards to this, they asked me to bring the pizza to them so they could compare the alleged hairs to their staff to see if I was lying or not. I wish I had read the reviews before stopping here. We were traveling on 85 and needed a quick stop. We got there at luck time and there were only two other tables. I thought that was strange for lunchtime but we sat down to order. Our waitress was terrible. We ordered three drinks, a large pizza and an order of wings. We never got drink refills. Even after our pizza was brought out and we asked for more. The wings were hard and dry. We couldn't eat them. We would have told our waitress but she never came back to our table. We had to go up and get our check and take home boxes. When we were paying the person at the register asked how our food tasted. We explained the wing situation. He didn't seem surprised. First....the place is dirty and gross. Needs the corporate office to come in and see how they are shaming the Pizza Hut name. I guess franchises play to their own tune. We sit down, place our order..Med Pizza, single alfredo, a salad 2 drinks. We wait....and wait...and yes still wait. (My husband got there first so he had his drink.) Finally the waitress brings my husbands med pizza to the table, tells me my pasta is coming. Ask if we need anything...um yes..my drink and salad place please. My husband finished his pizza before my drink or salad plate arrive...by this time I'm really frustrated with the work ethics of people these days... Not only did I get my food items last minute, but We had to chase to get the check and a cover for my leftovers. Came in for the buffet, but was advised that they had closed it months ago. The lettuce on the salad bar was brown, the cucumbers were translucent indicating that they had been frozen, as were the pickle spears. This place has really gone downhill. This Pizza Hut is consistently dirty. The tables are often sticky and have crumbs on them. Half of the plates on the buffet have bits left on them from the dishwasher. Today, the spinach on the buffet appeared rotten - black and gooey. Near the beginning of my meal, I told both the cashier and my server that it needed to be replaced, but as I left the rotten spinach was still on the buffet. The pizza is fine. Typical greasy Pizza Hut pizza. But that's just the way I like it sometimes. The staff were friendly, quick with the water and pizza, but clearly not with ensuring the salad bar was fresh. Too noisy, limited salad bar, slow food. Servers are OK but people in the kitchen spend as much time talking as they do cooking. The most annoying thing is the volume of the telephone ringer. Delivery minimum is $12.00, competing Domino's is $10.00. This location has had sanitation grade issues and customer service issues in the past, and we usually avoid it. My family and I went to this pizza hut on 12/20/2014 and had the worst service ever. Ordered pizza and wings. Got the pizza and had it all eaten but 1 piece and still haven't gotten our wings. Asked our server about them and she looked surprised, like she had forgotten about them. Well, it then took about 10 more minutes before getting them. The pizza and wings were good but the service was awful. I will think long and hard before going to eat at Pizza Hut again but will definitely not go back to that one. read more

We did a delivery on New Years Eve. Two pizzas were ordered. They were on time, but delivered the wrong pizza. How can you confuse a white pizza with a plain pizza with extra cheese.
