if I could give the store a zero I would at this point in time. Sales associates were very rude playing Play inappropriate, music the parking lot looks disgusting and just atrocious and on this night, particularly I stopped in the store that I frequent almost every other day to get my items and the sales associate was conversing excessively with the customer in front of me. I made it clear that I was in a rush, and I just wanted to pay for my gas the associates in the store was sarcastically even after I tried to apologize for being very direct but not rude. Seeing as though I'm the customer. I was told that my transaction was going to be canceled maliciously because the sales associate was frustrated with me. The second cashier was not doing her job either she was from behind the counter, standing looking up at a light panel that was cracked worried about a bug while there were other customers standing in line waiting to be serviced then I was toled sarcastically by the second cashier. Yeah let's hurry up and get people their gas as if that wasn't her job in the first place. .I was not in the wrong and I was told that I didn't have to be dealt with.... and in that moment, I also told the cashier that I would be reporting the issue she returned told me she didn't care and I left the store very upset. I went out to the pump and paid for my gas and while I was paying for my gas, the cashier came out of the store and yelled across the parking lot that was no longer welcome at the store, this situation was very rude unprofessional and kinda embarrassing. I have never been treated like this and any of the other speedways that I have been to. This cashier along with the second cashier we're not doing their jobs and we're very inappropriate and at this point like I said if I could give this store a zero I would. read more
