When we walked in, we were told we could sit, but from the start the older waitress made us feel rushed and unwelcome. She was clearly impatient and very rude to my children, getting annoyed when they spoke while we were trying to order, as if we were an inconvenience just because they wanted to close. Her attitude was extremely unprofessional, especially toward a family with kids. On top of that, they added an automatic tip to our bill without asking or getting my approval. We were just a husband, wife, and children, not a large party, so there was no reason to force a tip, especially given the rude service. Based on this experience, I do not plan to return and I would not recommend this place to families looking for respectful service.

We ordered our usual order at other restaurants and were quite disappointed by our food. The General Tso's didn't even have any broccoli in it. They essentially dropped the to-go containers on the table and walked away. No discussions, no asks for feedback, not even a smile. Seems like there is a complete disconnect. The restrooms were clean, and the feel of the dining area was sterile. I hope they can find some effort to turn things around.

I placed my order on their website while I finished up shopping and the food was ready when I got to the restaurant. The restaurant is a bit tight due to it's long/rectangular shape, but they do have seating inside (and outside) if you want to eat there. The Szechuan Chicken was more sweet than spicy, but it tasted good (I would add hot chili oil if I got it again). The General Tso's Chicken was a little dry and not as good as other restaurants in the area. The Chicken with Curry Sauce was perfectly spicy and tasty, but I thought the fried rice it came with was really dry. Overall, the food was OK and the service was nice. However, I'll probably stick to the Chinese restaurant closest to my house.
