Last month I ordered online and paid online. There was some issue with their computer and it took an hour and fifty-three minutes for our order to arrive. I would have just got dinner elsewhere but as I mentioned, I already paid online. I called and complained to the district manager. They gave me the same order for free, and a voucher for another large pizza and side item. The folks at this Domino's care about their customers and want to do a good job. I appreciate their willingness to make up for a mistake (which we all make) and provide us with good food. I will continue to order pizza at Domino's because they will do what is necessary to satisfy the customer, and the pizza is consistently good. Worst service imaginable. Will mess up order and take no responsibility for any of it. We were not offered a fix, discount for next time, apology, nothing. Service workers make more money than they ever have, and the service level is the lowest it's ever been. Particular lady working 11/02 around lunch time had a terrible "idgaf" attitude. read more

Ordered to carry out order today picked it up got home only to find out that none of the sauces that we PAID FOR we're in the boxes, one of which was the Cinna bite, which are no used to us without the icing. Called to inform them that the order was messed up, the female employee immediately responded "you can come back in and get them". Not " we're sorry for the mistake" or "how can we make this right?". Just an attitude of I don't give a rats ass. When I asked, are they going to reimburse me for the gas? I have to use to get back there to get them, she of course said no. When I asked if they could deliver the missing sauces as we are inside their delivery area, she of course said no we won't ever deliver for just sauce cups. When I asked the employees name so I had a reference when I speak to the district manager later, she refused to give me her name. Then stated "it's Sunday why are you so aggressive" and hung up. On top of all that the pizzas look like garbage and tasted the same today. I guess they have their "a team" on duty today. So far, better than PTA, and with Brick Oven gone (and thus, the buffalo roasters gone as well), we need to find a new favorite local pizza/wing joint. For the moment, Domino's is it. My Hawaiian Pizza was nearly perfect - maybe a little too much garlic butter on the crust. The Pepperoni and peppers pizza was also very good. Horrible customer service. They truly do not care if your order is wrong and if the food is bad. They will tell you they can't help you and that they are too busy to help. The workers have no pride and have no clue what customer service is. read more

Terrible customer service, waited two hours for my food and never got my refund. Overall they got worse and worse throughout this year.

Ordered two hours ago and still no pizza. We have watched the tracker cook our pizza four times. It has even said the order has been delivered. Spoke to a nut who answered the phone. night shift manager sucks, customer service is awful. waited over an hour for an order on a saturday night, manager ended up cancelling the order without letting us know so we never got it. not to mention, she placed blame on US and made no effort to remake our order. she told us our order had been sitting for 15+ minutes on the rack and we had to wait for a driver. knowing that it was already cold. read more

I like Domino's, but this store is pretty bad. This is three consecutive orders they've messed up. This time they didn't include an item that I specifically asked the delivery driver about. Yes, they're sending a driver back out with it, but it'll be twenty minutes or so. I've worked pizza delivery in a much bigger market. It's not rocket science. Get it right. read more

Absolutely ridiculous! I live less than 5 minutes from this store and their is always an issue finding my home. I order frequently and choose delivery because we have small children and it makes it easier than having to load everyone up to drive down the road. However I have waited 2 hours before..no delivery...no phone...nothing! My husband and I have had to drive to the location numerous times to pick up our order because it takes forever. I understand busy nights and things happen but the fact we order so frequent and it continues to happens shows me this is more than busy nights and excuses. It's plain out horrible customer service. Not one time have we ever been compensated for having to deal with this. I would not recommend ordering for delivery....as dominos is convenient for us we have ordered less from here because of how horrible it is! read more

On-line order totally gone wrong. Placed order, confirmed, pick up not ready, boxes on shelf with order, they forgot to make the order, 40 mins later, redo, finally got pizza. Totally unacceptable execution of online ordering. I will avoid this store until staff is retrained. Advise all other to avoid this store. read more

Customer service was poor, Tim is a sorry excuse for a supervisor. He didn't attempt to make things right for customer satisfaction, he made the same pizza, after I told him, it wasn't what I ordered. Then he had an attitude, because I complained about the pizza being wrong. Once I told him I would call corporate, he then wanted to make the pizza I asked for. But for the record, I will be contacting corporate anyway! So in other words I have two incorrect pizzas, that are going to go to waste, because it's not what I ordered. read more

I've ordered from them multiple times. I frequently work at the state hospital in butner and I am not allowed to leave to pick up food. Usually the food is good, although sometimes it has been burned, especially their cheese sticks/stuffed bread things. I have a profile where both my cell phone and the portable hospital phone I carry are saved there. I write instructions for them to call before they try to deliver, so I know to meet them at the front of the hospital. I have had to stop ordering from them because, the last time I ordered I was having a slow night and was waiting out in front of the hospital. I got a call where the manager yelled at me asking "why cant my driver find you!?!" I told him I was waiting infront of the hospital and had not seen a driver. He then went on to tell me how he hates sending deliveries to the hospital because "nobody is ever there." I tried to explain how my orders always have a phone number attached to them for them to call, but the manager told me "that doesn't matter" and went on to tell me we "weren't worth delivering to." I suppose they really don't want my money or want me to order from them. I will order from pizza hut (the only other delivery in town) instead if they feel that passionately about proving food for me while I'm trying to care of patients in the hospital. read more

We have ordered from this Dominos twice this month and both times the orders were screwed up we ordered them online so i mean how hard is it to get the order right. The first time the driver tried to give us the wrong order then it took him another hour to get the right food back to us while the manager was a little bit on the immature "wannabe gangster" attitude. Now the second time we specifically ordered extra ranch and they completely forgot the ranch i mean we pay for it and they say that ohhh well the driver will be back out with the ranches yeah thats another 30 to 45 min. I mean common the whole experience with this Dominos has been Horrible if you want the right food and you want to get what you paid for then don't order from this Dominos. read more
