The worst service I've ever had for fast food. Waited 30 minutes. Was a real nice lady working the front counter, but even her efforts couldn't get us any food. Maybe that's why today is her last day of work before she moves to another business... Not sure. But I'm telling you right now if you're in the area and you're looking to get some fried chicken, I would suggest driving out in the country and trying to kill your own chicken because you'll certainly get to eat it faster than if you order from this restaurant. Just checked out my drive through order when I pulled over to rest & eat. Orders wing box with mashed potatoes. And chicken tenders with fries (asked for sauce). Now we got our food but ... no napkins, no silverware, no sauce. Neither drinks had any ice in them. I don't know if they were distracted or just didn't care but ... DO BETTER! read more

If you are in a rush, or not, never get in and order. Drives through are 10 times faster, it takes them 30 mins to get a chicken sandwich combo. Employees work hard but it's not fair for the walk ins read more

I really like KFC. This location however SUCKS! My family went here 09/14/19 at 745pm looking forward to having KFC for dinner. Imagine my surprise when I began looking over the menu when I was told they had no chicken. WTH!? I asked why and was told that the mgr. said they were having too much left over at the end of the night so they quit cooking chicken at 7pm. Mind you now, they close at 9pm.....what kind of jacked up crap is this?! I can tell you that I will never step foot in this place again. I was so disappointed with my visit to this KFC. I ordered the nashville hot chicken sandwich with potato wedges and a mountain dew and I'm not sure what I got. The chicken breast was not dipped in the sauce, it was more like the sauce was spread on the bun like it was mayo. The mountain dew did not taste like mountain dew. Not sure what it was. read more

Unless you are close to starving to death, please make this KFC/Taco Bell your last place to eat in Butner/Creedmoor! The food here is of extremely poor quality, and service is awful! I went here one week night around 6:15pm, I ordered 2 tacos, 2 burritos, rice, biscuits, and some pintos and cheese. After working all day, all I wanted to do was feed my family something quick and relax. After opening one of the tacos, I noticed that the top of the taco shell was extremely hard, and the bottom of the taco where the meat was, was so soggy that the meat literally fell through when I picked it up. The rice had a combination of hard and soft rice in it, the pintos and cheese were hard, crusty, and dried at the top, and the edges of the burritos were hard as a rock. I have always been a huge fan of KFC biscuits, but these were so hard that you could use them in a game of softball. Everything I received was absolutely awful, and I could tell that it had been sitting under a heat lamp for the most part of the day. Unfortunately, I ended up throwing the food in the trash, and had to end up making dinner on my own after all. I decided that I just couldn't let this one go... if anything, I felt that the Manager needed to know how bad the food was. Around 7:30pm I called KFC/ Taco Bell to speak with the manager, I was told that the manager was in the store, but he didn't speak any English. The employee on the other line proceeded to tell me that I would actually prefer to speak with her since the Manager couldn't speak English... I couldn't believe what I heard, so I asked her how he was able to communicate with his employees and customers, and she proceeded to tell me that he only dealt with the ones that spoke Spanish, and those who could translate for him do when it's needed. This still confuses me, and it's no wonder the food is so poor, because the manger cannot properly communicate with the employees. The Employee told me to bring any uneaten food that needed to be replaced back to the store and they would either replace it, or give me my money back for the food that was returned. She said they always like to have the food back before they switch it out or refund the money. I told her that I already threw it in the trash, and she hesitated and told me to just stop back whenever I was in town to explain my situation and to not forget my receipt. My order was over $13.00, and I can honestly say that will be the last money they will ever get from me... Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! read more

This place lacks Customer Service. I approached the register and said hello to young black male with glasses. He totally ignored me and never acknowledged my presence. He was unable to process my coupon, he went to get the manager. She was no better. Never spoke. When she finally processed the order, she hands me the receipt and walks away from the counter. She then fixed my food and handed me the bag. I said, Thank You And she rolled her eyes and walked away. The restaurant is unclean inside and the staff needs some serious Customer Service training. The girl was hateful at the drive-through, she was eating at the register while handing out food, and this may be the last time we eat here. Stay away from this KFC.. go to another restaurant but do not go to this one if you want good service. I wish I could give negative stars. This place is FILTHY! I had to take my daughter in to use the bathroom and I should have known just by walking in and seeing the lobby that I should just immediately walk back out. I ventured into the bathroom and was APPALLED. No paper towels, was disgusting, one toilet and it smelled toxic. The soap was gone and there was NO way I was going to have my daughter use that bathroom regardless of always lining the seat with toilet paper. If their bathroom was that disgusting, I can only imagine the level of filth that made it back to the kitchen. The employees looked sloppy and extremely unprofessional. I will NEVER step foot in this rat hole again and for certain NEVER eat from there. Do not eat here. A bathrooms cleanliness is a huge indication of the cleanliness of the entire operation. I recently went here and the drive thru line was wrapped around the building. I decided to go inside and there was another line of people in front of me. One lady after waiting 20 mins just for them to take her order walked out when she was told it would be another 20 mins for a chicken pot pie to be made. They had ran out of majority of the sides and there was about 5 people in the back and only 2 of them actually working. A worker was walking around on their phone texting while people were waiting to be served. I have lived in this area all my life but the service has went from bad to absolutely horrible. The whole restaurant needs a revamp and management needs to be changed if they can't get there crew in order. read more

I don't know what's happened to this place. I wish I could give it 0 stars. 2 wks. ago we went through the drive thru and tried to order Taco Salads but were told they didn't have any. We ended up ordering 2 of the $5 chicken breast boxes. We wanted Sprites with those but the girl told us she couldn't give them to us without ringing the sale up again but could give us water. WTH! The drinks are included in the box price and she only gave us 1 water. Today we went in for the $20 12 piece Tender fill up. First they didn't know if they had 12 tenders but they took our order. During a 20 min. wait they told the guy behind us that they didn't have any cole slaw and the guy behind him wanted the 8 piece bucket but they told him they didn't have that. We finally asked for a refund. I told the manager while she was processing the refund that she just needed to close up and she said she couldn't even do that. A guy in a black truck sat at the drive thru window the entire time we were there waiting on his order. They had boxes stacked all over the counters where they should have been preparing orders and the place was disgustingly filthy. The employees were walking around laughing and doing nothing. Not impressed. I got the shock of my day when they told me the price. I just rolled right on through, passed the window, and to another restaurant. I guess they are feeding a family of 4 mice. The containers do not hold enough to feed 4 people, not even if 2 are children under 5. The chicken is on the soggy side. I was talking to others and they said they had rolled right on out of there when they heard the price also. For the first time in forever, the crew was not slow with the dining room orders. All other times they have been as slow as a snail but tonight I was actually shocked at how fast they were serving the guests. They do need to make sure the dining room and bathrooms are a little cleaner than they usually are. read more

I love this KFC. I stopped by here with my family while we were passing through Creedmoor. The manager was so friendly. I normally don't east fast food, but this was a nice treat. My family really enjoyed the chicken. The service was also really fast even though they were busy. read more
