Don't try calling the store, they don't pick up the phone. Location is rundown inside - also overpriced compared to most locations. Normal online price for a large cheese is $13, and is almost double here. Would've gone somewhere else, but we were looking for a quick and cheap dinner before going to see the 7/4 fireworks. We placed an order (pan crusted cheese pizza with marinara sauce, extra marinara sauce on the side and ranch sauce on the side, and brownies). Pizza was delivered as a hand tossed pizza with the pizza crust and cheese only (barely covered the pie). Received the two sauces and brownie on the side. The ENTIRE pizza was cooked incorrectly. We called the Pizza Hut and talked to the manager who indicated she made the pizza correctly with sauce and refused to deliver again with a correct pizza. The worst customer service ever!! They don't speak proper English (which is totally fine) but when I asked for someone to explain to me what they we're saying, HE HUNG UP ON ME! So I called back and another person answered. I asked to speak to the manager and was hung up on again!! Poor customer service. They refused to take my order, I sat at the drive thru window knocked, called multiple times, and even went around to the front door and knocked. They just looked at me and kept walking. It was around 8:30pm and there were two gals and two gentlemen in the building that just kept walking past the drive thru window and not acknowledging me. Really it's almost a year and the dining room is still not open to dine inside. I coming from Camp Verde area, if I wanted luke warm pizza I'd have it delivered. Just walked in here with my girlfriend hoping to order a pizza to-go right around 2:30pm. Zero customers, but there was a worker sitting at a table closest to the door. On his phone, this distinguished gentleman didn't even bother to look at us. Keep in mind, they do have a door bell. Another worker was far too busy doing whatever it is pizza hut workers do while they're standing in front of a computer to turn around and show us some kind of attention. We couldn't find a menu and assumed one of the two workers would have to provide us with one. I'd say we made the right choice getting out of there. We all know what to expect from Pizza Hut with regards to their food. The ONLY reason they got the star was because their food doesn't suck. It's just commodity pizza. The reason they don't deserve any more stars is because their delivery drivers are HORRIBLE. I've ordered pizza twice in the same month and have requested plates/napkins/peppers/Parmesan. Horrible! ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PIZZA HUT IN THE ENTIRE NATION. On my first attempt I purchased the triple layer box from a filthy employee. He had a hoodie on that looked as if it hadn't been washed in like 3 years. He was trying to cover his face with it as if it were a mask. I get the food home and it is awful. Hardly any toppings. Bubbles in the pizza, undercooked just nasty. There are Cinnabon with it. Cinnabon would be so ashamed to have thier name on that product. It was raw! Like the dough hadn't even risen. I threw the whole $30.00 meal in the dumpster. I then called the store to alert the manager. He assured me he had a $30.00 credit for me next time I ordered. Well, despite the facts above I figure I will give it another shot. I call the store explain the situation and am told I do not have a store credit. After a little argument from the manager who says he is in the store alone he F...ING Hung up on me! Cottonwood has the worst service I have ever seen. Boycot this awful location. I have worked for Pizza Hut in the past and in no way would this have ever happened. R&R Pizza is sooooo much better. And so is Vinny's, Little Ceasers and any other place in town that sells Pizza. Pathetic website and pathetic mobile app. Worst customer experience ever. Will never order from them again. Called the 1-800-948-8488 to complain because the website will not let you order a custom pizza and defaults to UDI's gluten free small (no options). Downloaded the app, same lousy experience. Called the 1-800 and first thing corporate wants you to do is complain to your local store (because corporate could care less lol). Send the complaints (because obviously there are waaay too many for corporate to deal with so complain at the LOCAL level lol). I contacted corporate anyway, the lady on the phone knew of the issue with the tech part and had no response as to resolution. I had to hack my pizza order. Then the guy showed up and shorted me the dipping sauce. His excuse? 'Sorry, I didn't load the order.' Man, good thing he wasn't proactive and didn't have some back up sauce in his vehicle right? Honestly I do not recommend, unless you want crappy food, with crappy service and to hear the waitress who happened to be Trish talking bad about customers, and co-workers from the back. There may be better waitresses there, but Trish definitely made the experience horrible. Not only did she have a nasty attitude, but the service was awful! How many times do you have to ask for a refill before getting it. (Which I still never got) Ive put up with some horrible service before from restaurants and never felt the need to voice my concern on something like this, but being a waitress in the past and walking in to this was just horrible, I didn't want to be there a second longer than needed.
