Well normally I'm pretty happy with this place but I've noticed the quality has gone down. The portions have also gone down. Today I ordered lo mein and orange chicken. The noodles lacked flavor and were mostly veggies. The orange chicken was also mostly breading and was way over cooked to the point I couldn't stick a fork in it. It normally doesn't mess with me but today it didn't sit well so I was a little bummed that it made me feel like garbage all day. Hopefully they can do better. read more

Unless you have 20-30 minutes to stand in line stay away from this place. I stood in line and 5 people in front of me walked out said he'd been inline for over 20 minutes. The worst part is they were filling door dash orders and wouldn't take orders from people in line. I finally walked up to counter to ask the employee when they would start taking orders from us that walked in and she told me not only does she disagree with their policy but they have a time limit to make and hand over door dash and on line orders, obviously I walked out after standing in line for over 10 minutes since I was the 8th person in line.people back line. I usually love Panda Express, but not this one. I had to wait for the chow mein, so instead of waiting on making my plate so the food is all fresh and hot, he served my plate and let it sit to get cold and 10 minutes later, I got the chow mein added. I also ended up with the dregs of orange chicken and broccoli beef. Freshly made batches of both were brought out while I waited. Why do I have to tell the guy I should be served fresh food? I ordered a " bigger plate". Server" Frank" dished me up. Cold food and less than normal serving sizes. When I I examined the portion of the Kung pay chicken, it was 1/2 the size normally served up. He had an attitude about my question this and argued my point,rather than make it right. I wanted to commend Jennifer and her co-worker who operated the drive-up window at the Cottonwood, AZ store on August 10, 2025. The store was short-staffed by two workers. These ladies worked cheerfully under pressure and succeeded during the 3pm crush. They both deserve a double paycheck because they do the work of 2 employees. But this store has had problems with employee retention for a long time. Corporate management needs to solve that problem. read more

I love Panada Express, and I know they get slammed, but I ordered 90 minutes ahead for 5:20 p.m. pickup. I got there at 5:30 p.m., but there was no food. I checked in and had to wait another 10 minutes to get my food. At 5:40 p.m., you must prioritize your online orders or not promise when the food will be ready. read more

I would say 3 1/2 stars on this one. Have been here several times, always for takeout. Food is always hot but I have had to wait several times for the choices I wanted. Overall service is good. Menu seems more limited than other Pandas I have been to. read more

I have read all the reviews and I'm very shocked to see that there are good ones. The food was lukewarm and the egg roles were cold. The service was ok since there was a line of cars in the drive through. But the place was very messy. Especially at the drink/napkin area. I had to ask for napkins since there was none. I have eaten at several times and this is close to be the worst. The staff were nice for the most. I'm very sorry that I'm writing this since I've never done this before. I walked in around 8:45 for a little late dinner (says open till 10pm) I got my food and sat down to eat it. As I was eating Andy Milonakis older brother from the kitchen was yelling a slur of obscenities about staying open past 9 and complaining about other things as well. I finished my dinner around 9:25 and the staff had already locked the doors and was cleaning the store. I watched multiple people trying to open them to get something to eat... not only does it say open till 10pm on Yelp but as well as google and apple. Maybe management should adjust the time from open to close to better suit there employees. read more

Ordered "string bean chicken" from Panda Express off of DoorDash tonight. It arrives super quick, yet, to my astonishment, I was met with a meal that looked like it went through a foodie horror movie and I was served with the nastiest and most unsettling looking box of string bean chicken that I've ever seen in my life. The green beans were literally falling apart and mush and all different colors, doing their best impression of a disintegrating magic act, and the chicken decided it wanted to be overly dehydrated beef jerky. Sauce? More like a Sahara Desert dry spell from this dish sitting in a heated warmer for most likely a few hours before being served to me by a complacent employee who really doesn't care how gross and old food looks before they serve it to customers. Couldn't get my money back from DoorDash because there is no option for getting food in "this condition." Now I'm stuck eating ramen wondering what mistake I made ordering Panda Express tonight. This place has NO MANAGEMENT! I stopped in on a Friday night at dinner time, and they had 7 people working the orders, but only one dishwasher, and one cook who could only do one dish at a time. When I ordered there were many people waiting on food already, and as I walked down the line to see what they had none of the items I wanted were available. What I didn't know was that the people waiting were waiting on the same things I ordered, so it took almost an hour to fill my order. I watched another lady who was there before me get mad and ask for her money back, because the food she was waiting for got consumed by the staff for their own dinners. She'd been there for over a half hour inside waiting for the food she ordered in the drive thru. One person cooking one dish at a time on a busy Friday night is not a way to run a Fast Food restaurant! Having 7 people walking around doing nothing because they have no food to serve is a failure of Management! To make matters even worse, when I got home I found that the Steak dish I waited for was burned. How's it possible in a major cooking rush that they have time to actually burn the food? The manager was the only one cooking, and she needs to be replaced, because she's not capable of doing the job correctly! It's sad that Covid has destroyed so many businesses! Most of the people working in this restaurant seemed completely braindead! It's sad that MOST of our youth have no understanding of the term work ethic! read more

Their operating hours are wrong on the website AND on google. Yelp is the true hours open. The food is hot and fresh if you go during the day. If you go at night, they are usually out of a lot of things so take ur chances on them having what you want. Inside is clean and airy. Very open.
