Tried their lunch buffet and it was a hit. There were times when the pizza buffet bar was empty, but once re-filled, it was pretty good. Luckily the time I went, I wasn't working that day so I could take my time. The only downfall was their salad bar. They don't have one. If you want a salad, the waitress will bring you one, either a garden or caesar. The disadvantage with that is there were no olives, croutons, eggs, sunflower seeds, as those are some of the things I would have picked on my salad. So, basically, they were pre-made with basic things like lettuc, small amounts of carrots, tomatoes, and an abundance of shredded cheese (too much for my liking). read more

This is the last time we come here. We have tried and tried and tonight made it our last. We pulled up at 745 for dine in and all the chairs were up and booths were taken apart. We asked if we could eat in and she blew Air out her mouth like she was pissed and put 2 tables back together .. they close at 10...ordered 2 pizzas and breadsticks and specifically asked chelsay to bring up the breadsticks first and she said no problem.. didn't happen.. they brought it all out together and crowded it all on our tiny table... we asked if we could pull another table up so we had room and we got the attitude again.. that's the last time we saw our server chelsay. We gave ourselves refills and got our own plates and silverware off the buffet... guess it's self serve at night. During the entire time the staff of about 8 teenagers were cutting up and loud and throwing pizza boxes at each other and having pizza box folding context.. ohh and there was little bugs all in the cheese.. crawling around.. we left.. pissed off, did not leave a tip of course and will not be back.. we showed the guy who checked us out the bugs in the cheese since no one ever came back to our table and he didn't seem to care..this one and the goose creek location have went down the toilet.. read more

Know the strengths of a restaurant and work within them for the best experience. For this Pizza Hut, their strength is carry-out, so that's all we ever do. Their delivery is impossibly slow and the interior of the restaurant is very outdated, but pizzas are hot, fresh, and ready in 15 minutes when ordered for carry-out. We do our ordering online too. Our orders are consistent and the service is friendly enough for the 5 minutes we interact. Pizza Hut pizzas are a step above Little Caesars and cost dramatically less than the $25-$30 pizzas of other local pizzerias. read more

I don't really care for the pizza but the wings are good, there baked and are crispy and they have nice white meat on the bone not that brown Grody stuff. And they seem to be consistent at all the pizza huts I've visited so far. read more

Absolutely disgusting. Went on Saturday afternoon, only 3 tables occupied. 4 tables had dirty dishes to look at. Service was slow and awful, phone continually rang with no one answering. Pizza came twenty minutes later, halfway through noticed a nice long hair baked into crust! Looked directly above table, and the air conditioning vent had nasty black mold built up all around it. It is a Pizza Hut... what do you expect? I had low expectations when I drove up the Pizza Hut after the Civil War. I wanted a place with no wait and affordable food. I found it. We were seated very quickly and had a server take our drink order. He was a very nice guy. I had no idea this place had servers... nice surprise. The food was great and it was only $8 for a medium pizza with any 3 toppings that I wanted. Our server kept checking in on us and our food was out quickly. Delivery was fast, but the driver dropped my marinara sauce all over my front porch and said " i don't know why they didn't put it in the box ". Then PICKED THE SAUCE UP OFF THE GROUND. CLOSED THE LID AND PUT IT BACK WITH MY FOOD. When I called I got told " I'll speak to him about that ". The driver did not even offer to clean it up. Couldn't be more disgusted with how this was handled all around. If they're willing to drop food on the ground and put it back in with your fresh food, in front of you!!!! We placed an order for ten pizza's and pop the day before and low and behold, the pizza's were there at 11:00 AM waiting for us and yes, they were hot. The staff was very friendly and had great attitudes and as I observed at the Pizza Hut in Woodburn, acted like they wanted to be there.. I would have to agree with one of the other viewers about Pizza Hut being in the Dominos/Lttle Cesaers league, but hey, the price was right and nobody complained. They don't even deserve 1 star. Walked in and waited a bit for someone to tell us to seat ourselves because they don't know how to multi-task with customers. The AC was so cold that our food came out just warm. Asked them to please turn it off or up so I could defrost myself so I wouldnt be shivering and stiff while eating. That was clearly ignored. Ordered pizza from them and also ordered a 2 liter of soda. Got the pizza, and when the soda was asked about, the delivery guy said he forgot it but would return with it immediately. When we called and asked where our soda was an hour later (because we paid for it and they're not just going to take our money like that) they said it would be brought the next time someone brought out a delivery. Hours had been passing. Still no soda. Called again, requesting the soda or a refund...... told to call back the next day and we can speak with a manager about it...... My visit to this Pizza Hut was disappointing to say the least. I remember this restaurant being very hospitable and inviting in the past. There were warning signs in front of the register because of a large patch of water on the floor from an undetermined source, posing a slipping hazard. The pans in the area of the cinnamon sticks and lasagna were blackened with grease and badly dented/distorted and should have been discarded for new ones long ago. When I inquired as to whether there was a salad bar, the kind cook said "I wish we had one, but we have salad already made in bowls." I had to summon the waitress to inquire as to "what is the deal on the salad?" and she replied "it comes with the meal." My partner and I had a choice of garden or caesar and chose the garden which was no more than a good handful, wilted, poorly torn into pieces too large to eat with a fork with a smattering of julienned carrot sticks and replete with lots of unappetizing ribs of iceberg lettuce. The pizza was good, but there were only a few offerings. Our waitress never refilled our water glasses or attended our table except when we summoned her with the salad question. There were only a few patrons in the building at what should have been a busy time around 12:30 or so. I wonder why? Other businesses in the area were bustling with people and traffic. The building appears structurally sound with a lovely vaulted ceiling and updated doors, but has missing corner tile going into the kitchen and was overall dirty from many months and possibly years of minimal cleaning. Overall, the atmosphere was that of a dying business in a seedy, podunk town from an old black and white version of Twilight Zone. Were I a restaurant critic, I'd suggest closing the business down and starting over. It is written that pizza is the #1 liked food in America; perhaps somewhere, but not at this Pizza Hut. read more

Delivery was slow, food was cold and the cheese sticks where dry bread sticks with an after thought of cheese sprinkled on them. They tasted aweful! How do you screw up cheese sticks? The sign said hostess will seat you so we have a brief wait only to be told to sit anywhere we like and we had to ask for a high chair even though we had a toddler with us. We ordered our drinks and they were given to the wrong people. We ordered breadsticks and pizza but the bread sticks weren't put in so we had them cancel them when our pizza showed up. Not sure why this place has low reviews. It's pizza hut and the food is just like other pizza huts. I gave 5 stars because both times I came to eat out, the person greeting us/took our orders (what? does pizza hut even do this?) was really nice and polite to us. We get coupons for the lunch buffet so it's super cheap. We got soda with our buffet and the nice guy working the counter even offered to give us some soda to-go when we left. Pizza Hut is about a half step up from Little Caesar's and Domino's. The pan pizza used to be a favorite but more and more seems to be composed more of grease than actual pizza. The stuffed crust pizzas taste overly salty, and if you want pasta, make your own with noodles and a jar of Ragu from the store. Prices have continued to go up as well so if you do still choose to order pizzas here make sure to have a coupon. The lunch buffet isn't bad for the price, but you'd get better quality pizza at Papa's. read more

Always, always screws up our order. Last time we got food poisoning from them they say it wasn't them but it was the only thing we all ate that was in common and we all got sick. One doesn't go into Pizza Hut expecting something great. However, it'd be nice if they at least put cheese on the pizza. They're stingy on the toppings, stingy on the cheese, and this particular location doesn't accept special offers from Pizza Hut (like the ones you get via email). For cheap pizza in Corvallis, nothing beats this Pizza Hut. I was turned off to their food for the longest time because the Albany branch is horrible, but when I moved here, I was surprised at just how much better the food was here. Strangely enough, I think their pasta and wings are worse here than in Albany, but their pizza here is better. Go figure. I've had a couple undercooked pizzas, but nothing that wasn't edible. If I'm not looking to spend more than $15 on a pizza, this is my pizza place of choice in Corvallis. read more

Standard Pizza Hut fare, aside from one thing. I don't know what it is, but this location will simply not give you extra cheese, and to me, extra cheese on a pan pizza takes their otherwise average pizza to something exceptional. Oh sure, they will charge you for it, but they are stingy, and it shows. I thought it might be a one time thing, but I've noticed this every time I order at this location. It didn't really hit me how stingy they were until I put in the same order at the Albany location when I was out that way. Even the box was noticeably heavier. I have never been somewhere and treated so poorly. We come in and order at about 9:30. Then we aren't even asked if we're taking it or eating there. So we go to sit down and he says "oh. I thought you were taking it to go." Obviously he was just trying to push us out because it was close to closing. Then we get our stuffed crust pizza (before out breadsticks) delivered to us by the same guy that took our order and it's thin. Like paper thin. If it was any thinner the dough would've ripped trying to make the thing. So of course my mom questions this guy, and he tells us that they use the same amount of doe on the stuffed crust that they do on the regular pizzas so it's stretched out thinner to make the crust. My mom argues that we've had it plenty of times elsewhere and it was way thicker and he just tells her that's the way it goes really rudely. She assumes he has no idea what he's talking about so she goes to ask someone else- turns out that rude guy is IN CHARGE. But the guys she talks to are WAY nicer and suggest remaking it as long as they get the other guys permission. When he comes back and sees my mom up at the register he says "I told you that's the way they come" and she explains she's had it elsewhere and it wasn't like that. But he just gets even ruder and even laughs at her. Very disappointed. I work in the food industry and am always encouraged to be nice to the customers no matter what. read more

I ordered online for delivery and requested sliced tomato on the side as I have done numerous times. Last night 12/20/2017 they Refused to deliver the tomato. I called the store and the manager Kati refused to have tomato delivered to me even though I said I would pay extra for the less then ten cent tomato. She said no driver was headed my way. I have worked as a food delivery driver for years and spent many a lunch or dinner rush returning to a customer to get their order right if we made an error or not.
