Decently good. Always get cheesy breadsticks and a thin crust pepperoni and banana pepper pizza. Eat once or twice a month. I think my order has only ever been wrong once, and it was just a side of buffalo sauce being mistaken for marinara with my breadsticks. read more

Not happy. Generally you wouldn't order wings from a pizza place but no other wings place delivers here so we gave it a shot. WORST WINGS EVER. Also, worst fries ever. No, Hunter, not a disgruntled employee here, more like a mad mom, which is even worse. Don't rely on this franchise to delivery on time for your child's birthday party. I ordered the pizzas at 10:45 online and stated that I wanted it by 12:00. At 12:05, no pizza...I thought no big deal. At 12:15 no pizza...I now had 8 whiny, restless, 7-5 years old on my hands. I had planned to have them eating at 12:00 and then do more party games, but now I had to do the remaining games while waiting on the pizzas. I took time out of running the party to call the store to figure out what was going on. I told the lady that I may have misinterpreted what 12:00 noon meant. Did it mean, I would have the pizzas at 12:00 or they would go out for delivery at 12:00 meaning I should not expect them until 12:30? She informed me that the driver was out delivering, that I should have already had the pizzas. I told her that it was kind of ruining the party here and if you could call that driver to figure out what was going on, yeah, that'd be great. I waited another ten minutes while the kids were running around outside now, and finally the driver pulls up at 12:25. His car is unmarked so I wasn't sure if it was really him, but he pulls up all smiling as if he is oblivious to the fact that it's 12:25 and he was supposed to be here at 12:00. His happy self gets out of his car and asks me how I was...not a good idea. I informed him that 12:00 noon meant 12:00 noon for a reason and that by him being late was kind of ruining the birthday party. He said it was his fault. Something about his phone...um, ok...? and? Then I told him that I would be contacting his manager, and that he was aware that I was not going to tip him. He just said yes ma'am. I pulled everyone inside, got them resettled, and had them eating...the party was supposed to end at 1pm. So, I had to rush the kids through pizza, the cupcakes and singing happy birthday, pictures and last minute door prizes all in the span of 30 minutes...yeah, thanks pizza hut...good job. I have never received such bad service at any pizza place ever! This store does not know how run a business....I tried to call my order in....however they don't even answer the phone to take an order. I drove to this Pizza Hut and my phone was still ringing 15 min. later and they still were not answering the phone....when I walked into their location. So they took my order, I waited for the pizza 20 min. Then the employee came out and said, sorry I dont have your order in the system. I knew they had it because I paid him for it. I was furious. Then he figured out he had my order but another employee was trying to take my pizza and give it to one of the drivers! Now I have waited 30 min. and still No Pizza. My son bought me a large, hand tossed, veggie with pepperoni pizza for my birthday lunch. He paid full price, not some special they were running. There was hardly any toppings on it. That's the last pizza I'm asking for from Pizza Hut. Quality has really gone downhill. read more

Their product is consistent with the rest of the pizza at this chain, and of the pizza chains, Pizza Hut is my favorite. However, this particular store has one fatal flaw. Their delivery consistently takes forever. I'm writing this review after having ordered from this store at least two dozen times. According to Google Maps, this Pizza Hut location is 4 minutes from my home. Yet, the delivery time is typically anywhere from an hour to an hour and 20 minutes. That means that this location must constantly be running a 56 minute ticket time. That's not sustainable for any restaurant. I KNOW! I'VE RUN THEM! Perhaps corporate needs to allocate more resources to this location (a larger store, more staff, more delivery staff), or maybe this location is mismanaged at a local level. Either way, if you have an hour to wait, or if you have the presence of mind to order a full hour before you're hungry, this is a great pizza place. If you want a pizza delivered to you in a reasonable time, I'd recommend the local Domino's. Not as big a fan of their product, but their open later, deliver fast, and are extremely friendly. read more

There was a fly baked into my pizza. I'm not even kidding you. Even more disturbing, I almost didn't see it. It was under an olive I picked off. I took the pizza back and showed them and they gave me a $10 credit. I'm not sure how a fly manages to get baked in, so I'm assuming it was already a dead fly that was in the cheese when the pizza was made. read more

Management seems to suck here, we can hear you talk smack in the back and then come up front smiling. I talked to a supposed manager and they seemed to not care. Our pizza drizzle was wrong and it took 20min to get another pizza, and again manager apologized with a smirk on his face like he thought it was funny. We have never received our food in under an hour. Usually an hour and 45 minutes is what we have to wait. We had a credit on our account because the last time we ordered took so long and still received it after an hour a a half after they told me 30 minutes. It's so clear that this is a poorly managed store with incompetent staff and zero regard for customer service. If every Pizza Hut was run this way, they would be out of business by the end of the year. If you're expecting hot food that matches what you ordered in a timely manner, I suggest picking it up from another location. Never ordering from this location again! read more

Placed an order online for delivery and never received it. I called to ask if there was a problem, and they said they were so backed up that they had to completely stop cooking pizza's. They suggested that I place an order with another location. They didn't have any problem charging my credit card for the order they never planned on even cooking. I think I will take their advice and never order anything from Pizza Hut again. read more
