I typically don't like to review places like Pizza Hut bc, let's be honest.....it's pizza. We usually always order from Dominos but I decided to go with PH tonight. I ordered online, easy peasy. Went to pick up my order and much to my surprise the friendly fella behind the counter looked at my order on the screen and said "I can save you a couple of bucks." He saved me about $6 bc I guess I didn't notice the special they were running online. Now, THAT'S customer service! I had to wait about 3-4 mins bc my order wasn't ready. Unbelievably slow and they contact DoorDash for deliveries on those that aren't worth their employed drivers taking. Thus, if you leave a really good tip, expect to to be stacked with someone who left no tip and gets their order before yours. The new centralized dispatch is an excuse for them to not answer your call. Called three times asking for a manager. Put on indefinite hold or hung up on. Look at the reviews. Tonight's box order was supposed to have wings, we got pasta Alfredo with no chicken. The pizza was under cooked and gummy. The mozzarella had a funky taste, like the cheese was stale or cheap. Awful experience ordering over the phone. I was put on hold for an irritatingly long time, and sat and listened to the loud, overeager recorded messages over and over again while I waited. If I wasn't really craving Pizza Hut I would not have made it past that point. However, I was, so I kept waiting. A good 10 or so minutes into the call a man picked up, and asked if I would like to try their medium pizza combo. Our phone call continued as follows: Me: Can I get a lot of toppings still if I do the medium combo? Pizza Hut Guy: Umm. What toppings do you want? Me: Pepperoni, bacon, tomato, and mushrooms. Pizza Hut Guy: I'm sorry, you can only get 2 toppings on the combo. Me: Oh, I don't want the combo then. I will get the pizza anyway without the combo. I quickly found out that when I placed the order it was with a call center who relays the order to Pizza Hut. They couldn't answer why my order hadn't been delivered so they asked me if they could transfer me to my local store, of course I said isn't that who I'm talking to? It wasn't. The call center transferred me and when the local business came on--I was immediately told how backed up they were and that my Order was ready but DoorDash hadn't picked it up yet. MEH Pizza Hut The person standing at the register when I walked in didn't even acknowledge me. One of his co workers did - who then looked at me as if I were an alien because the host{ess} podium was abandoned and the sign on it said "wait to be seated." So I did and when I had to explain to him this is what I was doing he says to me as if I am clueless to sit anywhere. The waitress was very good but overwhelmed. There were at least 8 employees that I saw and she was the only one working the floor. The pizza was fresh made hot and accurately but this is Pizza Hut pizza.... The salad bar was well stocked cold and fresh so bonus there. The bathroom needed a total makeover. It wasn't frightening but it wasn't exactly pleasant either and I am not sure a wheelchair could access it well. Next time I think I'll try carry out from Little Cesar's Across the street. read more

Moved to a different park, West Lake. This park is 3 miles from the Pizza Hut location. They called me saying they'll make an exception this time but normally they don't go past a street 1 mile down the road from the park, meaning they refuse to travel over 2 miles from the store. This makes even less sense seeing as how my last residence was farther away. This establishment is the worst pizza place for delivery and customer service I have ever dealt with and I've ordered over my fare share of heavenly pies from just about every option imaginable. Maybe take a hint from a leader in the fast food industry and make customer service a priority not an absent thought. read more

Pizza was ok. They were fast at filling order. The promblem I had was with the cinnamon twists. They were very Small and they put the cinnamon,butter and brown sugar on the wax paper then dumped the cinnamon twists on top of that. I had to take the cinnamon twists and roll them in the topping that was under the twists. Apparently they don't know how to make them.
