OMG - this was the BEST PIZZA HUT PIZZA we have had (sadly) in 10+ years!!! Our area has seen stores close, and so we have to travel 50-80 miles to enjoy PH. We decided to try the new pizza melts. Ordered 2 pepperoni and 1 chicken bacon. Not worth it at all. More cheese than meat. We found two pieces of chicken and the bacon was barely cooked. The woman that rang us up was super nice, the other guy that was cutting the pizzas and what not was rude as hell. I came back up the the counter to get my breadstix cut (they weren't cut) and he completely ignored me 2 time then when he finally came over to "help" he copped an attitude and asked if we really expected him to cut our breadsticks. Tried to use their mobile app to order 1 medium pizza delivered. Got all the way through and then it said I had to call the store directly. It was one pizza and I live 2 miles from the store, not sure why I couldn't order that online? Also signed up for their email club to get free breadsticks... I have always liked the pizza here. One of the better pizza places in Big Rapids alongside Mancinos and Pizza King. So here it is more about service. Sometimes there is good service and other times not so much. More consistency on the wait staff would help with the rating. read more

Horrible service waited to be seated a few mins before a waitress told us to find a table ourselves which we did. We were never waited on after waiting for at least 15 min and watching a waitress wander around and wait on another table that arrived long after we had. We still hadn't even gotten a menu. Finally we left before leaving we let the girl standing up front (doing nothing)know why we were leaving. No doubt she could have cared less. Whoever was in charge tonight should be ashamed!!! Not satisfied we ordered a pasta dish to go with our meal and did not receive it with our meal called Pizza Hut and talked to a worker who in turn had me talk to a manager. The manager came on the phone and the first thing he says and I quote clearly him saying "sorry what is your problem". I told him we had not received our pasta dish with our meal during the delivery and gave me two options and I choose to have them make it and deliver it to me. Horrible service. Waitress asked us if we want anything to START with. Asked for breadsticks, had to wait 45 minutes & then once we got it, the pizzas came moments after we got the breadsticks. Waitress never came to check on us & we had to flag her down almost every time we needed something. read more

this pizza hut management is horrible, i just tried to order 4 pizzas and cheese bread, a $50 plus order online, well online said i needed to call the store to complete order, not sure the point of ordering online if i have to go call anyways, anyways i called and tried to explain situation they said 1 of the pizzas was a pick up only. they would not deliver to me because the one pizza was pickup only so 3 pizzas they could deliver and 1 they could not for that deal price. the store manager said she could not do it. horrible horrible so i did not order they missed out on a $50 order and decent tip for the driver dont order from them they suck read more

This Pizza Hut was awesome! At the moment, my husband is 15 hours away from me at a school in Big Rapids and it was our anniversary. I called Pizza Hut to see if they could help me celebrate our anniversary ( men don't like flowers... But food is great). I asked that on the inside flap of the pizza box they write "Happy Anniversary, Love your wife"....and they did. They even drew cute little hearts! I was pleased with them! Horrible and disgusting experience last night. Started out with having to ask waitress to wash our table after being seated then took my toddler to the bathroom and that was absolutely disgusting, wish i could upload the pictures i took. Filth! There were employee's standing around, clearly had plenty of time on their hands to pay some attention to cleaning restrooms. There is mold rings in the bowls, dust dirt and filth covering the exterior and floor, all corners are filthy and waste paper overflowed and all over the floor. HORRENDOUS customer service. Waited over an hour and 20 minutes for delivery during a non-rush time, and when I called asking where my food was the manager was extremely rude to me about it. When my food finally did come, the driver had a big attitude with me, not to mention my pizza was old and disgusting as well as cold. Won't be ordering here again. read more
