Normally I love Qdoba but I have gotten it through door dash twice this month and been disappointed both times. It seems you need to be there in person to get a decent meal. We did a catering pickup order for 20 people for a family Christmas, and I sent my husband to pick up the order. When he got home, I realized that the huge bag of tortilla chips that comes with the order were not there. When I called, the gentleman on the phone immediately apologized and asked for my address. We live around 20-23 miles away, and within 1/2 hour there was a person there to deliver my chips. Not to mention the food was great! Have generally had good service and food at this qdoba location. My personal choice is a chic burrito and heavy on the Verde. Parking can be tricky, especially during the school year, but this is no reflection on the food. When the local university is in session, I tend to avoid Wednesday nights, but this is generally a lunch stop for me anyway. read more

I have to lower my score. We had them do a party meal for work and it over priced and horrible. Both the chicken and steak was over cooked. They gave sides of salsa and guacamole in little tiny cups. The tortillas were stale and rices was clumpy. Never ever again. read more

I've always enjoyed Qdoba, and the meal I had today was no exception. My go to is the grilled chicken burrito, whole wheat tortilla, black beans, brown rice, guacamole and pico de gallo. I know it sounds a little plain without the cheese and sour cream, but I'm watching my figure . The only gripe I have about this location is the overall setup of the interior. It's very awkward compared to every other location I've been in. Be sure to use the front door to go in. If you use the side door you'll end up smack dab in the middle of the food line, incurring the wrathful stare downs of those already in line. read more

Went to Qdoba yesterday June 3 2020. Made a simple order online because of this corona garbage. Ordered one burrito and on quesadilla. Somehow they managed to give us two burritos. My daughter was okay with it but when I pay $20+ for two items I'd expect it to be right. The "grilled" fajita vegetables were not cooked well. The red onions were essentially raw. Not to mention the young lady hading orders off had BLM written on her arm. Not exactly a place to make a statement imo. I will not be going to the Big Rapids, MI qdoba again. read more

Qdoba is the step between Taco Bell and other, better quality, chain Mexican food places (like Chipotle or La Salsa). On the plus side, they do have a veggie burrito with zucchini, summer squash, and other vegetables besides onions and green pepper, and they do saute the veggies to order. And they have queso, and I personally think it should be illegal to run a Mexican restaurant without melted cheese dip of some kind. On the down side, their shredded beef and pulled pork burritos have very little flavor compared to say, Chipotle, and the salsa was neither hot or flavorful (I had the Roja). I was at this particular location this morning, shortly after opening, the staff was quite friendly, both the person at the counter and the worker in the kitchen greeted me with a friendly "hello." The place was clean and cool (it was a hot day out today), but then it was pretty early in the day and not at all busy yet. Oddly, there was no music playing, which they need to drown out the hum of the soda machine. This location was a bit friendlier than the one I visited last week on the other side of the state, but my (probably final) conclusion is that, unless you want a veggie burrito, you're better off looking for a non-chain place, going to a Chipotle or La Salsa, or denying your Mexican food craving until you're near one of those places. read more

I went with coworkers for lunch. Because I didn't have a large appetite, I ordered the kids chicken quesadilla meal with a large drink. Although it's posted on their menu that those meals are for kids 12 and under, I was able to order it. That was a mistake! It was the same price as the craft 2 meal, which has bigger portions. I went their one time. I typically am the type of person who tries everything once. I HATED IT. The service was terrible, they treated me like I was dumb because I have never been there before previously. I am also the type of person that can literally eat ANYTHING and my entire meal tasted extremely bland and not good, I couldn't even eat it. Upon entering, there was a nearly illegible handwritten sign stating that they were out of chips. Okay, not a huge deal. Unfortunately it gets worse. This has won the award for the filthiest Qdoba I've ever been to. Napkins, straw wrappers and cup lids were strewn throughout the dining room. Behind the counter, there were stacks of dirty dishes. The ladies behind the counter were chowing down their food by the cash register and checking their phones. The portions were meager compared to what I usually get at Qdoba. I ordered a naked burrito and received a single scoop of rice and a scoop of beans. The guacamole was lazily smeared on the side of the bowl. The bathroom was just as dirty. Hairs on the seat, sticky floors and toilet paper strewn all over. If the employees spent as much time cleaning as they spent looking at their phones, it could be a heck of a lot nicer. read more

If you're expecting the typical Mexican place then you'll be disappointed. You order at the counter and your order is made while you watch. Food was good but we were disappointed there were no enchiladas nor wet burritos on the menu. In fact many dishes found in a traditional Mexican place were missing. We visited these guys at 9:28pm and they were still so courteous. They happily served us with as much energy as the start of the shift. And then to top it off, after relenting to the guy about our long day, he only charged us for one meal! Great service. read more

I stopped in at 9:13 pm on a Saturday and the door said it closed at 9:30 but the door was locked. Very wrong to close early, I am a regular customer and may choose elsewhere next time because of this. read more
