This Jimmy John's is located inside of a very busy gas station. When you enter go to the left and there are two small tables and a team ready to take your order. Annette welcomed me with a smile and helped me place a little John #9 (Italian) with a jalapeno chip. Cost under $11.00 and was promptly assembled. In and out in 5 minutes flat. While I waited I witnessed orders being taken at the window for the drive through, employees wearing gloves and wiping down surfaces. This Jimmy John's is located in a gas station. This is by far the freaky fastest, cleanest, and friendliest service I've ever had at a Jimmy John's. All the employees were working even if they weren't actively preparing food. The sub was also great! I always get an unwhich and the lettuce was perfectly crispy with all the fillings evenly dispersed. This was such a shockingly pleasant experience that I felt I needed to leave a review! read more

This place doesn't follow proper food service rules. I ordered online and got there a bit early. There was two guys making the order. I watched as one of the guys almost put onions on the order and looked at the other guy and said "I think I put onions on that one." The other guy looked and said yes. My order for both sandwiches was without onion. I watched them pull the onions off the sandwich and re wrap it. They had no idea if I was allergic to onions or not. They should have remade the whole sandwich and did not. I mentioned to the lady that brought me my order and she said sorry. I told her they should not be doing that because they are going to possibly kill someone some day. What if my order of no onions was because of an allergy? I called cooperate to complain and never even heard from the manager or anything. This place doesn't care about proper food procedures when they make a mistake. Be careful as you might be allergic to something and it still touches your sandwich. Will not be back to this place after what I witnessed. read more

The service was very fast and the employees friendly. I had an Italian sub which was huge. I now wish I would have asked them to cut it in thirds which I will do next time. What a great sandwich shop! For a chain sandwich place, Jimmy John's does a great job with hospitality and quality. This location was no different. We were greeted warmly when we walked in and thanked as we left. Everyone liked their cold subs on fresh french bread. I had the Italian Night Club and my wife had the smaller version of that, the Vito. The cappicola and salami were clearly of high quality and from what we could see through the open kitchen, so were the condiments (Hellman's, Heinz, and other major brands). The subs were about five bucks each and with a drink and chips (or a giant pickle) it came to about seven fifty a person. The subs are put together super-fast, too, so if you're in a hurry, this is your place. And if you're not in a hurry, they do have a surprising amount of seating, seven or eight 4-top tables (from the outside we wondered if they had any inside seating). The food quality is a step up from any other chain sub place and the friendliness is in a whole different league. read more

I love this Jimmy John's! The service is very quick, the sandwiches are packed full of what you want, and they taste delicious! My personal favorite is the vegetarian with avocado sauce, cheese, alfalfa sprouts and lots of veggies. YUM! This is located in the Shell Gas station so if you're fueling up or need other things, it's the perfect place to stop. They also have some tables and chairs so you can eat in. I love it! read more

I just had a Totally Tuna Sub from Jimmy John's in Ludington, Michigan (new francise). It was the worst sub I've ever had. Low quality Tuna, stale lettuce and tasteless stale tomatoe slices on plain dry white sub. read more
