    I went to this Culver's with high hopes. But I was disappointed when I had to wait 20 minutes for my food. Don't get me wrong it's good food but they really need to get their food out faster. Also they were out of chicken tenders which is bizarre. Good food but horrible service. (Update): 25 min in now just took a dookie and came back and still no food. Highly don't recommend this Culver's

    I was really hoping and praying that our new Culver's would be every bit as awesome as the one we went to in Indiana and IT IS!! Maybe even better! We showed up tonight right before closing and never once felt like we were imposing. Connie took our order and learned that it was our 12th anniversary and we were coming in just for a little dessert. She suggested we share a banana split and that sounded like a great idea. We began placing our "custom" order and she let her co workers know she would prepare it. Since we ordered it from her, she knew exactly what we wanted and took extra care to be sure it was done just right. Not only was Connie amazing but everyone was smiling even though it was the end of the night and customers were still coming. How do you feel special at a fast food restaurant? Dead on Culver's and great job Connie!

    Brand new Culver's off of Hwy 131. Super clean, huge, and friendly staff. I mean, a trip through Michigan without a stop @ Culver's is an empty trip. Even if you weren't hungry, cheese curds are a must. Had the chicken strip basket, switched out fries for cheese curds. My one and only hope for all Culver's is that, whenever their beverage contract ends, switch from Pepsi to Coke brand :-P

    Loved the mushroom burger and the cheese curds fast service and friendly too and the broccoli cheese soup was amazing too

    Just left, no sauce for my dry tenders when I asked for extra. Slow service as well! Definitely won't be returning anytime soon.

    I've never found a Culvers I didn't like, nor is the Big Rapids Culvers an exception. Highly recommended!

Granted, we did have a few laughs with our phone friends but her approach was totally out of line for a business owner. How about, "Hey ladies, sounds like your are having a wonderful time, but could you not do the phone call much longer? And thank you for dining here today." She most certainly is not a professional. Only one waitress (no bartender) was new at her job, and doing ok. She was sweet and tried to fill drink orders, even though not trained on the bar. A couple small mistakes but we understood her situation. First and last time at the Blue Cow.

We aimed to enjoy Beef and Cheddar sandwiches along with some deep-fried sides. I used the Arby's app to take advantage of in-app deals, while my friend placed an order at the drive-thru speaker upon arrival. To comply with legal and practical considerations, I placed my order via the app before leaving the office. Unfortunately, this meant my food was prepared and bagged immediately, causing it to sit on the counter until we arrived. By the time we sat down to eat, my food was cold. Although waiting for my friend's jalapeño poppers to finish frying was understandable, the immediate preparation and subsequent cooling of app-ordered food significantly diminished the overall dining experience; app orders should be prepared upon customer check-in to ensure freshness. The foil-wrapped items couldn't be microwaved, leaving my French fries inedible and my Beef and Cheddar sandwiches akin to cold cuts. To improve the experience, I suggest modifying the app to prepare food only after checking in at a point-of-sale (POS) system. Differentiating between in-store and drive-thru orders could also help ensure food is freshly prepared upon arrival. The grounds can use some work. The squawk box looked like it lost an argument, but we didn't see the interior, so it might be clean.
