well, we ordered chicken strips and we were directed to Park in parking lot along with 4 other customers. We have been siting here for 20 min when a worker brought someone else's food out. I told her we have been waiting for 20 minutes, she shrugged and said sorry. At 25 min we went to drive thru and they stated food was ready and he didnt know why it wasnt brought out. We got a refund and went to a different restaurant. ZERO STARS NEVER AGAIN. We are at B-Dubs so much better read more

Thursday evening I used the app to put in my order, it was completed efficiently and in record time. I ran in grabbed my bag and left for home. When we opened our food and started eating we BOTH noticed that it was the best food we've had from you in a long time. I mean we eat there 3 to 4 times a month. The 8 piece original variety chicken was delicious. Good sized pieces and lots of flavor. The cole slaw was really good too. We were trying to decide if something was changed, cleaned or new to make us notice. Hats off to the Thursday April 30th dinner crew. read more

12/18/25 whoever was at the window at 9:50 pm. Wth do you mean you're going to charge us for ranch? We got 2, 3 piece combos with CHICKEN. Why would you charge a customer for the ranch that comes standard with a chicken meal. Dumb as hell, be better read more

I always use to like KFC, but last Tuesday I bought two 3 piece chicken meals to go at about 5:15 pm, and that changed things. And I won't buy at KFC again. When I got to my GF's house about 10 minutes later and we sat down to have some good old fried chicken, we found that both 3 piece boxes only had 2 pieces of crispy chicken each, and in each one of the boxes only 1 of the pieces of chicken was edible. The other piece in each box was so dried out you couldn't chew it, much less eat it. They must have been under the heat lamp all day, or more. After deboning the chicken, we gave those pieces to the dogs, (and they had to chew a while to get it down). I looked at my receipt and confirmed that I had been charged for 2 three piece chicken boxes. The 2 biscuits that came with the meals were like hockey pucks. Couldn't eat them either, and neither could the dogs. Same thing with the heat lamp here. Threw them outside for the birds, then the dogs buried the biscuits. Now folks, this wasn't a simple accident, this was intentional and incompetent. Trying to unload food that had sat around way too long, and I'm guessing the manager didn't want it to look bad on the books throwing that old food away. I wonder if the Health Department ever checks this place out?? They should. I paid almost $25 for those 2 meals, which is high priced for fast food, even if the food was fit to eat. Next time I'll spend my money at a local establishment like Szots, or a chain restaurant like Applebees or Ruby Tuesday and get good food cooked fresh and some value for my money, instead of a big disappointment. If I want fast food, I'll go to Taco Bell, Little Caesar's, or similar. read more

We had to wait 25 minutes when we got there we even placed an order about 15 before and they were not ready the service is okay the food is good but they are lacking on work. read more

Something must have changed because the services was stellar here today. Super friendly and respectful. Ordered the new chicken nuggets and have to say they are darn good. Cross between regular and crisp. Sauces however lack flavor still. Price was not too bad. read more

Just got home, 6 peice bucket missing 4 peices of chicken..won't answer phone either..what a joke

Asked for sauces for chicken fingers & ketchup at drive through, did not get. Had to go into the restaurant & wait for 3 people to order to ask for sauce. read more

Called and placed a large order two hours ahead of pickup time. Was assured everything would be ready to pickup at requested time. Not only was it not ready but I had to wait 20 minutes for them to make up the order. I never heard an apology but I did get a lot of excuses and blaming. Apparently ordering ahead on the app doesn't work either because there was another person there that experienced the exactly same thing. We will not plan on KFC Big Rapids in the future. read more

How this place exists, I will never know.... I have been there a few times and half the time, they are out of their main items. On top of it, when you ask if they have something and they don't, they just say no and no sorry or apologies are given. Horrible customer service read more

OMG!!!!!!How can you screwup chicken tenders?!?! I ordered a meal of the Nashville hot tenders along with some fish from LJS. The tenders were cooked so much that they were dry and the seasoning was just dumped on top of each tender. This is the first KFC that I have been to where the seasoning wasn't liquid and poured over the tenders. I suppose if I wanted chicken jersey with Lays BBQ seasoning dumped on them I'd be pleased. This was not a good experience and I'd say, lucky for KFC, they are the only chicken place in town. If you have the option, go somewhere else....McDonalds has better tenders than this place. read more

horrible, got home with 8 piece bucket meal and there was only 4 little pieces of dark meat, how do you forget the 4 pieces of white meat.... so we called and they said next time your here we'll give you full meal for free. so we go back 4 weeks later and they say they cant look back that far and we left empty handed. will never go to a kfc again!!!! read more

To bad they can't count ordered a 2 pieces dinner received 1 breast my wife's BQ dark meat was terrible, t hey gave use 7 forks and about 20 napkins. No wonder a place like this is losing money, need to get better help never order from them again we live in Big Rapids area. read more

The gal on the drive through was rude when I asked for an all white meat bucket of chicken and refused to sell it to me. The mac and cheese was absolutely gross and inedible. This was the first time I ordered the Honey BBQ wings. I don't know what they are supposed to taste like, but I won't be ordering those again either. Overall, I won't be visiting this KFC location again read more

The food is typical KFC. The service is terrible. The staff always appears to be confused. I have to double check my order every time. The $20 fill up bucket listed on the KFC website cost $23. They were out of biscuits at prime dinner time. If my wife didn't crave their food occasionally I would never go there. read more

i have never had an issue with this particular KFC before. i usually get everything right and no issues but tonight my boyfriend got a chicken sandwich and so did i and later on after we finished them he started vomiting from the sandwich and so did i. i'm not sure what happened in there to let this happen. i am disappointed for sure read more

This is a combined KFC and Long John silvers. Maria's fries were almost warm. I had the cod and it was gray inside, undercooked. Complained and they made another piece which was okay. Dining area was dirty. Pop machine had a couple of selections out of service (see photo). read more

Absolutely terrible location. I only like one thing from KFC. Nashville hot chicken with EXTRA A LOT OF PICKLES yet I only get two to three pickles with my order+loads and loads of grease. If you value your money and time just avoid this location. Also I don't know why I stay for 15 minutes in the drive through (only me there) and I end up with cold soggy food. WHYYY read more

The girl at the counter was clearly new and no one was helping her. She was scared and confused it took me asking for a manager to help her after standing in line for 20 mins because she didn't understand what the lady in front of me said. We finally order and get out cold rubber chicken. The only thing fresh n girls was the fish and fries thanks to Shannon. If your in a hurry don't go there! read more

It's KFC. Not sure why Yelp is requiring more than a rating. They have chicken. It tastes good. The staff is exactly like any fast food staffing standards. read more
