We have ordered from here several times, one of our pizza's we got from here I was eating a piece and there was a long hair in my mouth that I pulled out and I wanted to puke It was so disgusting! I called and spoke with a manager and told him what had happened. I asked why are they not wearing hair nets, he said we wear hats and asked me if it was a long hair and I said yes, so he knew which employee had the long hair. I was given a credit for another pizza, which we ordered and still no hair nets, just hats. I am done ordering pizza from here, they should be wearing hair nets and not hats! There are better pizza places around, that have better and cheaper pizzas than Jets Pizza! read more

Outstanding pizza. We ordered a large NY, bbq chicken and the spinach feta bread. Out of this world delicious. So flavorful and the crust was soft inside and crunchy outside. It is however super expensive. read more

For a chain, this place is great! We usually order 1-2 times a month and have never had an issue with the order. They have never forgotten or left anything out. My only complaint is the wait time for delivery. It's a little absurd sometimes, and I once waited for an hour and a half. I try to chalk that up to them being one of the best chains on Titan, assuming they are pretty busy on nights we like to order (Friday or Saturday nights). Typically, I order online so the only interaction with the staff is delivery drivers, and they are always super nice and outgoing. Last driver I had was Dante friendly, sweet, and he was so nice especially considering he was so busy and delivering food in freezing temps and a snow storm. read more

I am an employer who traveled to FSU and was ordering pizza for our Info Session. Called the day prior to check if I needed to place my order earlier for the next day, and was told no- just call that day. Pizza could not be delivered at 11 AM because they were busy- even though I called the day before. Was told the pizza could be delivered at 11:45 AM and I accepted. It took about 3-4 phone calls and no apologies or great customer service. The pizza finally arrived at 12:24 and it wasn't piping hot either, rather just like warm. Also told the delivery guy to have the Manager contact me, and no one reached out. The next time my company is interested in spending a couple hundred dollars in pizza- I will take my business elsewhere. Terrible business practice. read more

Good pizza, but slow delivery. If you live in town, pick it up and save yourself from paying the delivery fee and tipping for slow delivery. 1.5 hours for delivery. I had to call them to figure out where they were. Terrible customer service. read more

Service was absolutely terrible, waited about 2 hours for delivery before I said screw it and went down there and complained. Nothing was done about it waited another 30 minutes for my pizza to be done then its not even how I wanted it but I took it anyway. Never going there again!
