Mancino's had some of the best pizza and grinders!! One of my favorite is the Italian grinder, the produce is always fresh and the food is always hot and delicious. This place is absolutely filthy. I've noticed the filth in the dining/pick up area before, but today while waiting for my order (which always takes forever,even though there are about 8 people working at a time), I noticed the filth of the food prep and cooking area. Unswept floors with food spills and gloves laying underfoot, food prep area a mess with toppings and ingredients laying everywhere. Just disgusting. What I've eaten there has tasted good, but I am about done with this nasty place. read more

Proceed with caution - we have lived in the area for nearly a decade and have had pizza here a number of times. We were up this weekend and with limited options, we ordered from here the last two nights in a row. The pizza was overall pretty good. However on our second order we added the boneless wings. They were awful. They are not boneless wings. They are bits of chicken that were burned and not worth the $11 they charge. We drove them back and were told we couldn't get our money back, that's just how they are made, and they gave us bone-in wings instead that were fine but rubbery and also not worth it. A bigger issue is the fact that both nights we were told their special was two 3-topping for $26. On BOTH nights we were overcharged and didn't get the "deal". If we hadn't brought it to their attention, we would have been overcharged. Pay attention to what you are charged!! read more

Calling in orders using credit card is a nightmare! Count on 20 minutes of problems and holds, only to have delivery person want payment again when delivered. Food is ok and grinders are very salty. read more

Overpriced second rate pizza. That says it all. There is no other pizza competition in the small community (Canadian Lakes) they are located in so they feel they can charge more. We ordered 2 pies and the thin crust was over baked and hard as a rock. Staff are not friendly. Not rude, just unfriendly. read more

This team appears to be working hard to improve the products, service and cleanliness of the restaurant. We stopped in over the weekend and ordered a pizza and grinder and they were both good. They did forget to put our ticket in right away as they were very busy and the manager could not have been better about making it up to us. The team on that night was excellent and they kept everything clean. All businesses will have a hiccup now and then and good ones know how to make it right. Terribly rude customer service from the young staff working there. Pizza is expensive and nothing special. Was told they "ran out of cheese" and was given a 40 minute wait time before picking up my pizza. After arriving after 40 minutes later, they still did not have cheese and was asked "is that okay?" Delivery times seem to vary depending on the employee answering the call. Not worth the headache. I'd advise driving the extra mile down the road to Dave's pizza. read more
