Me and my guys were having a little outing when us four decided McDonald's sounds really good, so we put in 4 mobile orders. Coming up to the speaker with no line in front of us, the man said we only able to pick up 2 orders at a time. Meanwhile we know that all four are finished. This is the worst McDonalds ever. I wish I could give it negative stars. I just waited for over 20 minutes for a mobile order and they were not busy. My husband has a big truck that will not go through the drive thru so we have to do mobile. I watched many cars go through the drive thru and get food. I watched two different cars take their food back inside and one car went twice because they still didn't have their order correct. I called they brought the food out and said they were waiting on a few things which was a lie. Our food was cold and had been sitting there a long time. This location needs to clean up their act. They are allowing the drive through to block the entire lot. This means if you pull in you are stuck. If they are not going to fix this then they need to slow down the outside lane which tends to process 3 cars to 1 on the inside lane. Run like a submarine with a screen door. One order taker at the peak of lunch rush until she got backed up four-deep. Ordered the fresh fried 1/4 Pounders in our meals so expected a delay, but 12 minutes is a bit long. Drive-thru seamed to cycle through much faster. Maybe McDonald's needs to decide if they want to be a drive-thru only restaurant or have sit down dining, "too." By the time my order was called there were no less than 14 other folks crowded around me waiting for their food, too. Oh, and when I opened my sandwich I had to reassemble it because it was thrown together as though the cook was angry at me. Same trip they RAN OUT OF TOILET PAPER. When asked what could be done the response was "We won't have any until our order comes in." One lady went to her car for someone else for Kleenex. It's a good location. Their employees are always pretty nice, and the service is reasonably quick considering how busy it usually is. I don't think I've ever gotten anything in my order wrong, granted I usually have a pretty normal order. It's usually pretty clean too, the soda machine tastes clean which is can't be said for every fast food joint. read more

My daughter and I chose to pick up drinks at McDonald's because they are the best deal in town- $1 for all sizes! The double drive thru is nice and quite efficient- with ten cars ahead of me, we were in and out of the drive through in 8 minutes. Pretty fast. The employees were friendly and polite. My drink order was accurate, and the iced tea was excellent. Same with my daughters powerade. Convenient location, ample parking, modern inside decor, outdoor seating, televisions, free wifi, very clean. I highly recommend this McDonald's. read more

The most difficult thing about reviewing a fast food place is should you judge it against other fast food places or all other hamburger places. Of course compared against a good regular type resrurant almost all fast food places fail. When we compare this McD against other fast foof places it does okay. Food is okay, just like you get at any McD, service about the same also. Service varies based on who takes your order. . It is about as clean as the typical McD. If you like a place with a young lively crowd you'll love this place since it is across the street from a university.Bottom line: a typical Mcd, you know what the menu is and how much it will cost.
