I rolled in with my crew, ready to eat, and from the very first sip of Turkish coffee, I knew we were in for something special. This wasn't just coffee--it was a bold, rich, straight-from-the-gods experience, brewed right at our table. I took one sip and instantly felt smarter, more powerful, and possibly able to predict the future. It paired perfectly with the appetizers--hummus, pita, grape leaves--each bite making me question why I don't eat like this every day. Then came the lamb shank. I barely touched it, and it fell apart like it had just received life-altering news. So tender, so juicy, so perfectly seasoned that for a moment, I forgot where I was. It was that good. Meanwhile, the chicken shawarma and rice were disappearing at an alarming rate--by the time I looked up, it was almost gone. No one spoke. Just the sounds of pure joy and occasional "Oh my gosh, this is amazing." Dessert? Oh, we didn't hold back. Four cupcakes and big, glorious slabs of baklava came home with us. The kind of baklava that haunts your dreams in the best way possible--flaky, nutty, drenched in syrupy perfection. Food? Flawless. Service? Incredible. Turkish coffee? Life-changing. I'll be back, and I regret nothing.

I went looking for something specific but they didn't have it so I settled on a Mint Oreo Twister!…read moreThe menu isn't huge but it was good (have had better) and they even had a treat for my pup! Will definitely go back because I have a major sweet tooth! Although, I do believe they are closed in the winter, so stop by while you can!

The worker said they were out of Chocolate too- "Look on the sign," she said, "That's the menu of hard ice creams we have." We looked at the sign. "Chocolate is on the sign." "It is?" She pulled the sign and away from the window so she could read it, then went to look at the ice cream herself. "Oh, we do have it." I had a Hot Fudge Sundae, which unfortunately had chocolate syrup on it instead of Hot Fudge. I really do not like it when places advertise Hot Fudge when they actually sell chocolate syrup (or when it's not warmed up, i.e. hot, which has also happened). And that is why I am writing this review, to complain about it! Also, the ice cream was very icy, more like ice milk than ice cream, so dissolved in mouth quickly and did not have much taste. The eater of a Chocolate Ice Cream Cone, her report : "It doesn't have much taste." The eater of a Chocolate Malted, his report: "They don't know how to make malteds anymore, this is like one of those twistees" (probably meant Wendy's Frosties).
