We don't get a chance often to visit a Pizza Hut, maybe the Bennington site once a year. Today, I had a desire for their salad bar at lunch time. We were greeted promptly, then seated. A server brought us the menu - which had absolutely no mention of the salad bar, yet we were seated feet from it. Come to find out a separate sheet for lunch/salad bar offerings was on the table all the time - but faced away so I did not see it. After a few minutes our drinks were delivered and we had a nice lunch. But then I had to go out of my way to ask the server for the check. In the meantime, I needed the rest room. Abysmal would be complementary! Nasty, filthy. When I returned, the server still had not taken my credit card so I had bring my check to the service desk - otherwise our wait would have been long. Was trying to get some boneless wings and decided to order from this place , omg they were just horrible , definitely something that has been frozen for a while and than fried :( not to mention the garlic Parmesan sauce looked dirty . The wings tasted old and it tasted more like frying oil than garlic and Parmesan . The order took forever to be delivered and there were NO utensils or napkins included . Wife and I had a craving for a nice pizza. After seeing advertisements on TV, I ignorantly decided to call in an order for a stuffed crust pizza with pepperoni, onions and mushrooms. The pizza was ready for pickup as promised. Getting it home, both of us were disappointed to discover an expensive, doughy, tasteless hunk of bread that apparently had been sprinkled with Parmesan cheese . Needless to say we will not be ordering from Pizza Hut again and advise others to be very aware of what you order, expect and receive. read more

Several months ago we ordered from Pizza Hut. It was pretty good for a commercial type company that makes pizza. It was nothing I would write home about. We had requested that the pizza be brought out to our vehicle, but it seems like it took forever for somebody to bring it out to us.it's an OK restaurant in a pinch. read more

Me and my friends love going here. We get the pepperoni pizza and cheese bread and it always has the right amount of crunch and flavor. The service is always good and they are funny. When you walk in you see the menu and there are funny signs/posters all around. It looks good and it's always a great experience to have with family and friends. It's really quick and never to busy so not a long wait. read more

Simply phenomenal loved the stuffed crust with the cheese it was really good couldn't ask for better service the staff were right on top of everything she made sure I was served in time. The staff go above and beyond to make sure I was happy the whole family was happy this place was owed 5 stars because the workers are hard working and fast serving. Service was atrocious. Waited over a hour for pizza. We said Miss and she shouted "can't you see I am only one person and your pizza will be done in a while". There were only two tables occupied and one was ours. The other table was seated after us and served before us. We decided to pick up pizza and take it home. Let me start out by saying ask for Lisa, as a waitress you can't find anyone better. We ordered 2 large pizzas and garlic knots. She comes back out and tells us if we order garlic bread as well it will be 11 dollars cheaper. Way to go Lisa. Food came out fast, hot, and fresh. Drinks were always topped up. I was never thrilled with Pizza Hut, but my son told me my granddaughters loved it. So I ordered a couple of large pizzas to take up to them in North Bennington. I must admit, I was pleasantly surprised. Even after driving the extra 5 miles, after picking it up, it was still hot, and very tasty. And reasonably priced. I guess I'll give Pizza Hut another chance, after all these years. Staff was attentive and friendly. Might just be this particular franchise, but I'll go again. read more

The pizza came out timely and tasted as expected. The dipping sauces were good but not worth the money. They give you "complimentary" marinara when you order the breadsticks but they only fill the cup halfway. When we asked for more, they told us they had to charge 75 cents extra, and it came out fully filled. Why couldn't they do that with the first one? In the end, I would have liked to give them a 3.5 but I rounded up for cleanliness. read more

Service staff was friendly but put down my hot coffee in front of and within reach of my 8 month old child who grabs everything. There wasn't a big crowd and there was plenty of staff but she still didn't get back to us very consistently. The food (pizza) was bland and greasy. they screwed up the order twice!! and didn't refund the money. after a call to the manager they said a credit would appear under our phone number to use on the next order...this is not legal by the way and next order? you guessed it, it was wrong AND the "credit" was a mystery, the whole bunch shrugging their shoulders and saying I don't know...I don't know...and walking away into the back. so now I get to screw around with Visa to make this right...avoid this place at all costs. read more

In my opinion, this particular pizza hut does not deserve the bad reviews it's got. Its super solid, especially for a pizza hut, and way better than the local dominoes (which, coming from the college, is the only thing people eat here because they deliver to us) and way cheaper than ramuntos. I don't know why they don't do deliveries, I feel like they could get a ton of business from the college if they did, considering its so cheap and the pizza is totally solid. For some reason my husband talked me into giving this place another chance. This time we ordered a pie instead of the buffet. It was worse than the last time. The dough was mushy and just plain strange. Nothing even closely resembling pizza dough.The Cheese and sauce was bland. Never will try this place again. read more

Haven't been to a Pizza Hut in years, but decided to try it for a quick dinner returning back to NY from Manchester. I am glad we stopped! Probably the best Pizza Hut I had ever been to. I know, I know... It's Pizza Hut and we all know the type of pizza they sell, but we knew that going in. The dining room was extremely clean and bright, the salad bar was stocked and very fresh, and the pizza was brought to us hot and prepared exactly how we ordered it. The service was exceptional- attentive but not overbearing. Would definitely go back to this particular Pizza Hut again! read more

Great Pizza Hut! Neat to see a Wing Street and a buffet in the same place. There aren't many of them in the country. Staff is great and helpful. Linda and Janet really know their customers. Apple Pie dessert pizza is wonderful. The salad bar is clean and very fresh. The best part is while at the buffet, you can request a topping for a pizza and they will make it for the buffet. Feels like personal service to my family. read more
